Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hinged container according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a hinged container which is designed as a trailer for bicycles.
  • the hinged container has an upper and a lower frame, between which flexible fabric extends.
  • the hinged container has two cooperating struts which are mounted on the upper frame.
  • One of the struts is mounted on the lower frame on the axle of the wheels of the trailer.
  • This axis has a connecting piece, on which the second frame part is supported.
  • the US 2,655,970 shows a hinged container having a bottom plate and an upper frame. On the frame two side brackets are pivotally mounted, which are supported in the unfolded state on the ground. At the bottom of the container ribs are formed, which are the side bars in their hold outward pivoted position. To fold the container, the side brackets must be gripped by the operator by hand.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a folding container of the generic type, which can be quickly and easily folded and unfolded and has a high stability.
  • a simple opening and folding of the container can be achieved in that the support portion in the unfolded state of the container on the other dimensionally stable element, ie the upper frame or the bottom of the container, is supported. As a result, no additional facilities for support are necessary. With several folding elements all folding elements can be folded at the same time in one operation.
  • At least one hinged element is mounted on the frame and is supported against the ground.
  • the frame can be designed simply and without additional support surfaces.
  • the already existing floor space can be used for support. Other facilities are not required.
  • at least one latching device is provided for at least one folding element, which holds the folding element in the unfolded state of the container in its position.
  • the folding element can not be moved inadvertently from the position in which it is supported against one of the dimensionally stable elements in the folded position.
  • a latching device is arranged on the dimensionally stable element in the region of each mounting of a folding element.
  • the actuating device is to be actuated in particular in an actuating direction which is transverse, advantageously perpendicular to at least one support section.
  • the loads occurring during operation are passed from the upper frame to the ground.
  • Characterized in that the actuating direction is transverse to the support portion, it is in a direction in which no or only small forces occur during operation. As a result, unintentional operation during operation is avoided.
  • a simple design of the actuator results when the support portion of the folding element is rod-shaped and the actuating device is formed on a bent in the direction of actuation end of the support portion. For the actuator so no additional components are necessary. This results in a simple construction of the container.
  • the rod-like shape of the support portion also requires an inherent elasticity of the flap member, so that the support portion can exert a spring action against the actuation direction with a suitable bias.
  • the locking device has an insertion bevel, which acts on the folding of the folding element in the actuating direction.
  • the unfolding is facilitated.
  • To open only the folding element must be moved. An actuation of the actuator is not necessary. This is actuated via the insertion bevel due to the folding movement.
  • the insertion bevels exerts a force on the folding element in the folding direction, so that the insertion bevel also facilitates the folding.
  • the latching device has a latching recess in which the hinged element is held in the unfolded state of the container.
  • the folding element is designed as a substantially U-shaped bracket, wherein each leg of the U forms a support portion. Characterized in that the bracket has two support portions, two support portions between the frame and the floor can be positioned with a handle of the operator. This allows a quick opening of the container.
  • two folding elements are provided, which are mounted on opposite sides of the container. The support portions are arranged in particular in the region of the vertical edges of the container, so that there is a high stability of the container.
  • the container has handles for carrying the container.
  • the container can be easily transported and used in a variety of ways, for example as a catching container for a garden shredder, as a shopping basket or the like.
  • the flexible material is in particular a woven fabric.
  • the bottom is advantageously made of metal and is in particular a deep-drawn part. This allows the soil to be easily produced.
  • the fabric is especially firmly connected to the ground.
  • the upper frame is in particular a metal frame, which is advantageously bent and welded from a metal rod.
  • the in Fig. 1 shown container 1 has a dimensionally stable bottom 2, on which a peripheral edge 3 is formed.
  • the bottom 2 is made of metal and is a deep-drawn part. To increase the stability of the bottom 2 has a structuring.
  • flexible material namely a fabric 5 is set, which extends over the entire circumference of the container 1.
  • the container 1 has an upper frame 4 extending in a plane parallel to the bottom 2.
  • the frame 4 consists of a metal rod which is bent and welded together.
  • the tissue 5 has Loops 19, which wrap around the upper frame 4. As a result, the fabric 5 is also fixed to the upper frame 4.
  • the container 1 is formed approximately cuboid and has two longitudinal sides 16 and two shorter transverse sides 17. At the transverse sides 17 of the container 1, the fabric 5 in the region of the frame 4 recesses 27. As a result, the frame 4 is exposed in this area and forms handles 18 on which the container 1 can be held by the operator. Due to the portable training, the container 1 can be used in many ways, for example as a catcher, especially as a grass catcher for a garden shredder, as a shopping basket or the like.
  • the container 1 has two brackets 6, of which in Fig. 1 one is shown.
  • the brackets 6 are formed substantially U-shaped and each have two support portions 7, which are formed by the legs of the U, and a connecting portion 8, which extends between the two support portions 7 ( Fig. 3 ).
  • each bracket 6 is bent from a metal rod.
  • the connecting portion 8 is arranged in the unfolded state of the container 1 in the region of the bottom 2. However, the connecting portion 8 may also have a distance to the bottom 2.
  • each bracket 6 is mounted in two brackets 21.
  • the brackets 21 are arranged in the region of the corners of the rectangular frame 4.
  • the brackets 21 are firmly connected to the frame 4.
  • Each holder 21 has an opening 20 through which a bent end 9 ( Fig. 4 ) of the support sections 7 protrudes.
  • a locking device 10 is arranged, whose function will be explained in more detail below.
  • the bracket 6 are arranged in the interior of the container 1.
  • the support portions 7 extend in the region of the vertical edges 15 of the container 1.
  • the vertical edges 15 are rounded. However, it can also be provided to form the vertical edges 15 of the container 1 angular.
  • Fig. 2 shows the container 1 in the folded state.
  • the upper frame 4 is located in the region of the brackets 21 on the edge 3 of the bottom 2.
  • the fabric 5 may be folded inside the container 1.
  • the bracket 6 are inside the collapsed container 1 on the fabric 5 and the bottom 2.
  • the handles 18 raises the upper frame 4 upwards.
  • the support portions 7 of the bracket 6 are above, ie on the side facing the frame 4, a lower portion 28 of the brackets 21.
  • the sections 28 are each disposed on the bottom 2 side facing the openings 20 and advantageously extend approximately parallel to the level of the bottom 2.
  • the bracket 6 are formed so that they rest in the collapsed state of the container 1 substantially without tension loosely on the floor 2. However, it may also be provided that the bracket 6 already have a bias in the collapsed state of the container 1.
  • each insertion bevel 14 of the locking devices 10 When unfolding the support portions 7 of the bracket 6 are each at an insertion bevel 14 of the locking devices 10 at.
  • Each insertion bevel 14 is arranged on a lower portion 28 of a holder 21 ( Fig. 2 ).
  • Each insertion bevel 14 deflects the support section 7 arranged on it inwards, that is to say in the direction of the opposite support section 7. In this case, the bracket 6 is elastically deformed.
  • the lower portion 28 Adjacent to the insertion bevel 14, the lower portion 28 has a latching recess 13 (see also Fig. 4 ), in which the support portion 7 engages in the fully unfolded state of the bracket 6.
  • each support portion 7 is under bias, since the support portion 7 has been deflected relative to its unloaded position into the interior of the container 1. This results in a secure hold of the support portions 7 in the locking recesses 13.
  • FIG. 3 Front bracket 6 shown is shown in fully unfolded state. In this state, the frame 4 facing away from the end 23 of the support portion 7 abuts the bottom 2 and is supported against it. As a result, the distance between the frame 4 and the bottom 2 is fixed. Characterized in that the bracket 6 are latched in the locking devices 10, the fabric 5 between the frame 4 and the bottom 2 is not required be curious, but can lie loosely between the two elements.
  • the locking device 10 To fold the container 1, the locking device 10 must be solved.
  • the bracket 6 are mounted with a bent end 9 in the openings 20 of the brackets 21.
  • the bent ends 9 extend approximately parallel to the frame 4 on the longitudinal sides 16 and the pivot axis 24 of the bracket 6.
  • the bent ends 9 protrude through the brackets 21.
  • no fabric 5 is arranged.
  • the ends 9 are accessible from the outside of the container 1.
  • the bent end 9 of each support portion 7 is pressed in an operating direction 12 inwards.
  • the actuating direction 12 is in the direction of the curved ends 9 and parallel to the pivot axis 24.
  • each support portion 7 as in Fig. 4 is shown against the bias of the support portions 7 deflected out of its detent recess 13.
  • the bracket 6 in the direction of in Fig. 4 shown arrow 26 are pivoted inwards and upwards. Pressing the pressure caps 11 is only necessary until the support portions 7 have passed from the detent recess 13 in the region of the insertion bevel 14. The insertion bevel 14 pushes the bracket 6 inwards, thus facilitating the folding.
  • bottom 2 and / or the frame 4 are formed in several parts.
