Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft stoßartige Sport- und Trainingseinrichtungen, die vorwiegend zum Beibringen und zur Verbesserung der Technik der Schlagbewegung im Volleyball konzipiert sind. Das betrifft insbesondere die Technik der sekundären Schläge und die Einübung der Variabilität der Schlagbewegungen und zwar der Angriffschläge mit Überführung.
- Durch die
US 4 325 548 ist eine Einrichtung zum Beibringen und Üben der Ballschläge bekannt. Die Einrichtung besteht aus einem elastischen Riemen mit einem Befestigungselement. Der Riemen ist mit einem Karabinerhaken und einem Gleitstück zum Einhaken rings um eine feste Stütze versehen. Diese Einrichtung weist jedoch eine länger andauernde Nachschlag-Schwingungsperiode auf. Außerdem erhalten die Volleyballer keine Information über die richtige Funktion der Hand. - Durch die
RU 2 224 565 - Jedoch stellt der hin- und hergehende Mechanismus dieser Einrichtung die Geradeausbewegung des Balls sicher, während die Hand sich bogenförmig bewegt. Während der Schlagbewegung der Hohlhand stehen der Ball und die Hand vor dem Kontakt mit einem Abstand von 25 bis 35 cm zu enden. Diese Periode wird "Zusammenstoß" genannt. Die unterschiedlichen Laufbahnen des Balls und der Hand verursachen die Störung der biomechanischen Bedingungen des "Zusammenstoßes". Das wirkt sich auf die Trainingsqualität aus. Die Einrichtung zur Einübung der Schlagtechnik ist auch deswegen nicht wirksam genug, weil die Einschränkungen der Freiheit hohe Anforderungen an die Genauigkeit der Ausführung der Schlagbewegungen mit sich bringen. Das ist beim Schulen von Anfänger-Sportlern nicht hinnehmbar, weil diesen die motorische Fertigkeit der Schlagbewegung fehlt.
- Der der vorliegenden Erfindung am nächsten kommende Stand der Technik ist eine Einrichtung zum Trainieren der Tennisspieler gemäß der
RU 641973 - Jedoch geht der Ball nach dem Schlag hin und her, während sich die Hand in einem Bogen bewegt. Dies verursacht eine Unstimmigkeit der Laufbahnen beim "Zusammenstoß". Das ist unbequem, kann Traumata hervorrufen und ermöglicht es nicht, die Schlagtechnik in angemessener Weise zu verbessern. Nach dem Schlag kehrt der Ball nach andauernden, chaotischen Schwingungen in die Ausgangsstellung zurück. Außerdem besteht ein Mangel der Einrichtung darin, dass es keine Sofortinformation über die Qualität des ausgeführten Schlages gibt.
- Die Aufgabe dieser Erfindung besteht in der Erhöhung der Qualität der Einübung der Schlagbewegungen. Das betrifft insbesondere die Einübung der Handfunktion zur Sicherstellung der Ballbewegung nach der bogenförmigen Laufbahn und der aufzuwendenden Mindestkraft bei der Schlagbewegung, wenn der Ball aus dem Ruhezustand gebracht wird.
- Diese Aufgabe wird folgendermaßen gelöst. Die Einrichtung zum Einüben der Schlagbewegungen der Sportler enthält einen Tragrahmen, einen Ball und eine Einheit zur Rückführung des Balls in die Ausgangsstellung. Die Rückführungseinheit enthält einen federnden Spanndraht. Das eine Ende des Spanndrahts ist mit dem Rahmen verbunden. Gemäß der Erfindung ist die Einheit zur Rückführung des Balls mit einem Stab ausgestattet. Das eine Ende des Stabs ist am Rahmen befestigt und zwar derart, dass mindestens zwei Bewegungsfreiheitsgrade sichergestellt werden. Das andere Ende ist mit dem Ball verbunden. Dabei ist das andere Ende des Spanndrahts mit dem Stab gekoppelt.
- Der Tragrahmen ist mit einem Stabanschlag versehen.
- In die Einheit zur Rückführung des Balls sind Führungen für die Spanndrähte eingebaut. Die Führungen können als Rollen ausgeführt werden. Die Rollen werden am Umfang des Tragrahmens befestigt.
- Die Einrichtung enthält zusätzlich Stoßdämpfer, die in den Endstellungen des Stabwegs angeordnet sind.
- Der Tragrahmen ist klammerartig ausgebildet. Der Stabanschlag ist in Form eines Trapezrahmens ausgebildet und zwischen den Enden des Tragrahmens befestigt.
- Die Führungen sind als Rollen ausgeführt. Die Rollen werden am Umfang des Tragrahmens befestigt.
- Die Befestigung des Balls am Stab erfolgt durch zwei konkave Scheiben. Die Scheiben sind an ihrem Umfang mit Einschnitten versehen. Eine der Scheiben ist innerhalb des Balls angeordnet. Die zweite Scheibe befindet sich außerhalb des Balls und ist am Stab parallel zu seiner Achse befestigt.
- Der Stab wird am Rahmen mit einer Vorrichtung befestigt. Die Vorrichtung enthält eine Klammer, an der eine Stange angebracht ist. Die Stange ist in einem Gehäuse mit Ösen angeordnet. Die Ösen dienen der Befestigung des Stabs. Das Gehäuse ist außerdem mit zwei Einsatzstücken aus einem Material mit Federungseigenschaften versehen. Die Einsatzstücke liegen an entgegengesetzten Enden des Gehäuses.
- Die Erfindung wird nun anhand eines in der beigefügten Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Die einzige Figur enthält eine Gesamtansicht einer Einrichtung, und zwar:

- Die Einrichtung ist nach dem Schema der Pendelaufhängung (physikalisches Pendel) ausgeführt, was die biomechanische, abgestimmte Zusammenwirkung von Ball und Hand während des "Zusammenstoßes" sicherstellt, und zwar dadurch, dass die Sportlerhand im Prinzip auch als "Pendelaufhängung" betrachtet werden kann. Das obere Ende eines Stabs 1 ist gelenkig mittels einer Achse 2 in Ösen 3 einer Stange 4 befestigt. Die Stange 4 ist in einem Gehäuse untergebracht. Das Gehäuse der Stange 4 ist an einem Tragrahmen 5 mit einer Klammer 11 befestigt. Das Gehäuse ist mit zwei Einsatzstücken 10 aus einem Material mit Federungseigenschaften versehen, beispielsweise aus Gummi. Die Einsatzstücke liegen an entgegengesetzten Enden des Gehäuses. Sie sind zur Vorbeugung gegen Schwingungen (überflüssige Vibration) nach dem Schlag des Stabs 1 mit einem Ball 11 gegen die Stoßdämpfer 10 des Stabanschlags vorgesehen. Die Stange 4 ist um ihre eigene Achse drehbar ausgeführt. Sie kann auch entlang der Achse aufgrund von vorhandenen Einsatzstücken 10 ein wenig verschoben werden. Diese Ausführung verleiht dem Stab einen zusätzlichen Bewegungsfreiheitsgrad entlang und rings um die Stangenachse.
- Der Rahmen 5 kann an einem Ständer oder an einer Wand mittels Befestigungselementen 6, beispielsweise Trägern, befestigt werden. Im Falle der Befestigung an einem Ständer kann die Einrichtung zusätzlich mit einem keilförmigen Anschlag versehen werden, um ein spontanes Umstürzen des Tragrahmens beim Ausfall der Befestigungselemente zu vermeiden.
- Die Einheit zur Rückführung der Stange mit Ball in ihre Ausgangsstellung enthält einen Spanndraht 8 und eine Führung dafür. Diese Führung kann als System von Führungsrollen 7 ausgeführt werden. Der Spanndraht 8 (Gummi-Stoßdämpfer) wird durch diese Rollen durchgeführt. Im unteren Teil des Tragrahmens 5 ist ein Stabanschlag 9 eingebaut. Er kann beispielsweise trapezförmig ausgebildet sein. Die Basen des Trapezes begrenzen die Stabschwingungen in der Längsrichtung und die Flanken in der Querrichtung. Der Anschlag ist mit Stoßdämpfern 10 versehen. Die Stoßdämpfer 10 können in Form von Gummiplatten ausgeführt werden. Dabei werden diese Gummiplatten in Pakete zusammengesetzt, weisen verschiedene Längen auf und sind in zwei Hälften zusammengefaltet. Die Kanten der Pakete aus Stoßdämpfern 10 können mittels Klammern zusammengeheftet werden. Die Klammern können als Grundlinien für den Anschlag dienen oder an ihnen befestigt werden. Die Flanken können ebenfalls mit Stoßdämpfern versehen werden. Am unteren Ende des Stabs ist eine Vorrichtung 13 zur Ballbefestigung angeordnet. Sie kann aus zwei Konkavscheiben mit Einschnitten bestehen. Die Einschnitte können am Umfang der Scheiben zwecks Verschnürung versehen werden. Der Ball wird an den Scheiben mit Hilfe von Einlagen mit einem Abstand von 50 mm zum Stab befestigt. Eine der Scheiben ist im Ball angeordnet, die andere Scheibe befindet sich außerhalb des Balls. Dabei verläuft die Scheibenebene parallel zur Stabachse. Diese Ausführung schließt einen Aufprall der Hand gegen den Stab aus und sorgt damit für die Sicherheit beim Schlag.
- Die Einrichtung (obere Ballkante) wird auf der erforderlichen Höhe anhand von zwei teilbaren Trägern 6 aufgestellt. Die Träger 6 werden am Tragrahmen 5 befestigt. In der Ausgangsstellung steht das Pendel in Form des Stabs 1 unter einem Winkel von 30° gegenüber der Senkrechten und ist neben dem vorderen Stoßdämpfer des Anschlags mittels des Rollensystems 7 mit Seildraht 8 (elastische Gummischnur-Stoßdämpfer) fixiert. Das stimmt mit den technischen Anforderungen an die Winkelgebundenheit des Balls in Bezug auf die Ebene des Spielplatzes nach der Schlagwirkung überein, wenn der Spieler einen Angriffsschlag im Volleyball ausführt. Dieser Winkel legt die richtige Handfunktion fest. Nach dem Schlag bewegt sich der Ball in einem Bogen. Der Bogenradius fällt mit der Stablänge zusammen. Um den Ball unter diesen Bedingungen aus dem Ruhezustand zu bringen, muss die geringste Kraft in Bezug auf den Ball tangential zum Bogen angewendet werden. Jede andere Richtung der Schlagbewegung der schlagenden Hand wird mit größerem Kraftaufwand verbunden sein. Der Sportler wird es seinerseits sofort fühlen können, d.h. er bekommt die Information über die Richtigkeit des Schlags und kann sich beim nächsten Schlagversuch korrigieren.
- Der Sportler nimmt die Position ein, die der jeweiligen Phase des Schlags entspricht. Dabei handelt es sich entweder um die Position stehend mit einer Stütze oder im Sprung ohne Stütze. Die Schlagwirkung gegen den Ball erfolgt mittels Hohlhand. Nach dem Schlag erhält der Ball eine bedeutende kinetische Energie (Kraftimpuls) und Beschleunigung. Danach überwindet er leicht die Spannung des Spannseils und verschiebt sich gemäß dem Radiusbogen. Der Radius fällt dabei mit der Länge des Stabs 1 zusammen. Nun stößt der Ball mit dem Stoßdämpfer an die Seite der größeren (Hinter-)Basis des Anschlags 9. Dabei überwindet der Ball den Abstand (Ballfreilauf) von 930 bis 950 mm mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 18-20 m/s bei einer Stablänge von 800 mm. Nachdem der Ball mit dem Stoßdämpfer zusammengeprallt ist, fällt seine Geschwindigkeit bis auf Null ab, und der Ball kommt durch die Wirkung der Spannkraft des Spannseils in die Ausgangsstellung zurück. Nach drei bis vier hin- und hergehenden Schwingungen (etwa 1,5 bis 2 Sekunden) ist die Trägheitsenergie erschöpft. Der Ball wird in seiner Ausgangsstellung ruhig und stößt dabei gegen den vorderen Stoßdämpfer. Die Einrichtung ist wieder betriebsbereit.
- Diese Einrichtung ermöglicht es, in der Praxis Schlagbewegungen im Volleyball nach dem Prinzip der sekundären Schläge einzuüben und von Anfang an nicht nur eine kinematische und rhythmische Struktur der Schlagbewegung, sondern vor allem auch ihre dynamischen Strukturen auszubilden. Die dynamischen Strukturen sind die wichtigsten, weil sie die Grundlage für die gesamte Schlagbewegung darstellen. Die Einrichtung ermöglicht es, Informationen über die Abgriffshöhe und die Handfunktion zu erhalten.
Claims (9)
- Einrichtung zum Einüben der Schlagbewegungen der Sportler mit einem Tragrahmen, einem Ball und einer Einheit zur Rückführung des Balls in die Ausgangsstellung, wobei die Rückführungseinheit einen federnden Spanndraht aufweist, der mit seinem einen Ende mit dem Rahmen verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass in der Einheit zur Rückführung des Balls ein Stab eingebaut ist,
dass das eine Ende des Stabs am Rahmen befestigt ist und zwar derart, dass mindestens zwei Bewegungsfreiheitsgrade sichergestellt werden, und dass das andere Ende des Stabs mit dem Ball verbunden ist, wobei das andere Ende des Spanndrahts mit dem Stab gekoppelt ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Stabanschlag in Form eines Trapezrahmens ausgebildet und zwischen den Enden des Tragrahmens befestigt ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Befestigung des Balls am Stab mit zwei konkaven Scheiben erfolgt, die mit Einschnitten an ihrem Umfang versehen sind, wobei eine der Scheiben innerhalb des Balls angeordnet ist und die zweite Scheibe sich außerhalb des Balls befindet und am Stab parallel zu seiner Achse befestigt ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Stab am Rahmen anhand einer Vorrichtung befestigt wird, die eine Klammer enthält, an der die Stange befestigt ist,
dass die Stange in einem Gehäuse mit Ösen angeordnet ist, die zur Befestigung des Stabs dienen, und
dass das Gehäuse mit zwei Einsatzstücken aus einem Material mit Federungseigenschaften versehen ist, wobei die Einsatzstücke an entgegengesetzten Enden des Gehäuses liegen.
