Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock for a door.
- EP 1 672 153 A1 discloses a lock, which in addition to a case and a bolt also has an external actuator in the form of an external handle. By depressing the outer handle, the bolt can be moved from the locking position in which it protrudes from the lock case of the lock, in the open position in which it is withdrawn into the interior of the lock case.
- a key To transfer the case of the prior art lock from the locking or trailing position in the open position is a key.
- a driver of the lock cylinder acts on the rotation of the key guided in the interior of the lock box longitudinal slide. This in turn shifts a trap drive slide whose movement finally implemented in a return movement of the case from the case position to the open position becomes.
- the trap is acted upon by a latch spring in the direction of the trap position.
- the fall retraction counteracts a force, for example due to the contact pressure between the wing and fixed frame. The entire, the fall retraction counteracting force is overcome when turning the key.
- a generic lock is known from EP 1 683 936 A1 ,
- the lock described in this document has between an outer handle and a latch on a Fallenantriebsthetic with a case drive element which is slidable along the lock plate and pivotable about a perpendicular to the direction of rotation pivot axis.
- the outer handle is to be pressed down in the opening direction.
- the outer handle rotates a pusher with an opening-rotational movement.
- the pusher nut acts on the latch drive element with a stop and moves it along the lock cuff.
- the trailing drive element which displaces along the lock plate in turn causes a return movement of the trap located in the trap position via a deflection gear.
- the pusher of the prior art lock can be blocked by means of a locking device formed by a pivotable blocking lever to perform an opening-rotational movement.
- the blocking lever is by key operation from a locked state in which he blocks the pusher nut to pivot into a release state in which he presses the pusher an opening-rotational movement releases.
- the trap drive element is thereby automatically pivoted its pivot axis and thereby passes out of the range of movement of the stop on the follower.
- the blocking lever remains in the release state. Therefore, the outside pusher can be depressed again, but a retraction movement of the trap can not cause this.
- a new movement of the case in the open position is possible only by key operation, in which, however, by means of a key to overcome a counterforce.
- the present invention has set itself the goal of providing a lock with over the prior art simplified operation, which nevertheless takes into account the existing security needs.
- the trap drive connection provided between the outer actuator and the trap located in the trap position makes it possible to transfer the trap from the outside of the door to the open position by means of the outer actuator from the latch or latch position.
- the latch drive connection In the locked state of the controllable locking device for the case drive connection between the outer actuator and the case, the latch drive connection is deactivated and thus caused by the outer actuator opening movement of the trap impossible.
- release state of the locking device the latch drive connection is activated and the case can be transferred by means of the outer actuator from the case position in the open position.
- the invention causes the movement of the outer actuator in the opening direction, a restoration of the non-functional state, ie a deactivation of the Fallenantriebsharm.
- the trap After a single opening movement, therefore, the trap is again against a Fallen Wegzugsfar blocked solely by moving the outer actuator in the opening direction.
- the controllable blocking device If the case is to be moved again from the case position into the open position, the controllable blocking device is first to be actuated again in a sense which converts the case drive connection from the non-functional state into the functional state. It eliminates the need to initiate the force required to perform the renewed trap retracting force via a key. In this respect, the operation of the lock according to the invention is simple.
- an external manual operating member in particular an external manual operating handle, which is rotatable about a handle axis of rotation in the opening direction, is provided as an external actuating member.
- a manual operating handle such as an external handle or a rotatable outer knob
- the operator which is required for the transfer of the case from the case position in the open position, can be initiated in a handling-friendly manner.
- a relatively long lever arm can be provided for the operating force to be applied by the operator to open the door.
- small operating forces are sufficient.
- the use of the type of invention described above is especially recommended for doors that are also or predominantly used by less powerful persons, such as senior citizens or children.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lock for a door.
In
The present invention has set itself the goal of providing a lock with over the prior art simplified operation, which nevertheless takes into account the existing security needs.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the lock according to
The trap drive connection provided between the outer actuator and the trap located in the trap position makes it possible to transfer the trap from the outside of the door to the open position by means of the outer actuator from the latch or latch position. In the locked state of the controllable locking device for the case drive connection between the outer actuator and the case, the latch drive connection is deactivated and thus caused by the outer actuator opening movement of the trap impossible. When release state of the locking device, the latch drive connection is activated and the case can be transferred by means of the outer actuator from the case position in the open position. According to the invention causes the movement of the outer actuator in the opening direction, a restoration of the non-functional state, ie a deactivation of the Fallenantriebsverbindung. After a single opening movement, therefore, the trap is again against a Fallenrückzugsbewegung blocked solely by moving the outer actuator in the opening direction. If the case is to be moved again from the case position into the open position, the controllable blocking device is first to be actuated again in a sense which converts the case drive connection from the non-functional state into the functional state. It eliminates the need to initiate the force required to perform the renewed trap retracting force via a key. In this respect, the operation of the lock according to the invention is simple.
According to
Conveniently, the controllable locking device for the latch drive connection by means of a key in a the Fallenantriebsverbindung controllable from the non-functional state in the functional state meaning (claim 4). The key operation is limited according to the invention on the controllable locking device for the case drive connection. The return movement of the case from the case position to the open position is not effected by means of the key but rather by the outer actuator.
As shown in
In the interest of a structurally simple and functionally reliable overall arrangement, the Erfindungsbauart according to
For appropriate reasons, the switching device of the locking device for the case drive connection is evidenced by
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a lock is provided for the blocking element of the locking device for the Fallenantriebsverbindung by means of which the locking element can be releasably secured in the release position (claim 8). When the lock is released, the blocking element of the locking device is released for movement into the blocking position. The lock for the locking element ensures a defined arrangement of the locking element during the duration of the release state of the locking device. To transfer the locking device in the locked state, the lock is to be solved.
In a further development of the invention is evidently claim 9, the lock for the blocking element of the locking device for the Fallenantriebsverbindung by means of a key in the locked state and / or due to movement of the outer actuator in the opening direction in the dissolved state can be transferred.
In the case of the Erfindungsbauart according to claim 10 is not only a case drive connection between the outer actuator and the trap located in a trap position but also provided a latch drive connection between the outer actuator and a latch located in a locking position. The case and the bolt can thus be transferred from the outside of the door with one and the same actuator from the respective locking position in the respective open position. As a result, the operation of the lock designed so far particularly simple, as to perform the withdrawal movements of the latch and bolt only a single outer Actuator is to operate. In particular, it is possible to convert the door in question by a continuous movement of the outer actuator from a fully locked in a fully unlocked and thus ready for opening state.
For simplicity, the controllable locking device for the case drive connection is provided as a controllable switching device for the bolt drive connection (claim 12). By means of the common controllable switching or blocking device can equally be prevented by the outer actuating member caused movement of the case from the case position and a corresponding movement of the bolt from the locking position to the open position. Alternatively, the common traction drive and latch drive connection control device permits both retraction of the latch and retraction of the latch by means of the outer actuator.
