  • Such pumps are for example from the DE 10 2004 034 919 B3 known. They are also used in motor vehicles and sometimes subject to extreme temperature fluctuations. If such pumps, in particular in the exhaust system, for example, mounted next to the exhaust manifold, then these pumps are also heated from the outside, so that the material of the pump is exposed not only mechanical, but also extreme thermal loads. This must be taken into account when selecting the material for the pump. Although aluminum or an aluminum alloy would be optimal for making the housing of the pump due to its ease of processing and light weight, this material can not be used for such temperature-loaded pumps, as it does not withstand these high temperatures of over 150 ° C to 200 ° C , The most heavily loaded would be the sliding surface on which the tip of the wing slides along. Here it would come to an intolerable material removal.

Thus, the housing or at least a part of the housing continues to be produced as a die-cast part. Description

  • Figur 1
    eine perspektivische Ansicht eines ersten Ausführungsbeispiels einer Rotorpumpe, teilweise aufgeschnitten;
    Figur 2
    eine Draufsicht auf die Rotorpumpe gemäß Figur 1 mit abgenommenen Gehäusedeckel;
    Figur 3
    eine perspektivische Ansicht eines zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels der Rotorpumpe, teilweise aufgeschnitten; und
    Figur 4
    eine Draufsicht auf die Rotorpumpe gemäß Figur 3 mit abgenommenen Gehäusedeckel.
