Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Halter für Preisauszeichnungsschilder.
  • In Verkaufstheken und ähnlichen Plätzen, wo Feinkost angeboten wird, wird dem Kunden neben der Ware auch jeweils der Preis angezeigt. Herkömmliche Preisschildhalter besitzen gerade bei der Verwendung für Feinkostprodukte und für Fleisch- oder Wurstprodukte eine Preistafel, die mehrere parallel zueinander verlaufende Klemmnuten aufweist. Zur Auszeichnung wird dann der Preis, über einzelne lose Zahlen und Buchstaben auf die Preistafel geklemmt. Hierbei ist es nachteilig, daß an einer solchen Preistafel sich leicht Reste der Verkaufslebensmittel festsetzen können. Beispielsweise kann Mayonnaise, Salatsauce oder dergleichen an das Schild gelangen und dort unhygienische Rückstände bilden.
  • Aus JP 20063177431 ist ein Halter für einzelne Bögen aus weichem Material bekannt, bei dem der Aufnahmeschlitz in der Ebene des Bogens eine Biegung aufweist, die den Bogen stabilisiert.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde einen Halter für Preisauszeichnungsschilder bereitzustellen, der bei der Verwendung im Lebensmittelbereich besonderen hygienischen Anforderungen genügt und sich zudem einfach handhaben läßt, ohne dass die Gefahr eines seitlichen Verrutschens des Preisauszeichnungsschildes besteht.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch einen Halter für Preisauszeichnungsschilder mit den Merkmalen aus Anspruch 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung bilden die Gegenstände der Unteransprüche.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Halter gemäß Anspruch 1 dient für Preisauszeichnungsschilder. Selbstverständlich können diese Schilder ganz oder teilweise auch andere Informationen als reine Preisangaben enthalten. Der Halter besteht aus einem Halterkörper und einem Halterschirm. Der Halterschirm ist über einen Steg mit dem Halterkörper verbunden. Ein oder mehrere Schilder werden bei der Benutzung des Halters zwischen dem Halterkörper und dem Halterschirm auf dem Steg gehalten. Der Steg besitzt einen Bereich mit geringer Breite, sodass das Preisschild sicher auf dem Steg angeordnet werden kann, ohne dass die Gefahr eines Verrutschens oder dergleichen besteht. Ein besonderer Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Halters besteht darin, daß bei der Preisauszeichnung das gesamte Schild ausgetauscht wird. Das Schild oder falls gewünscht auch mehrere Schilder werden zwischen dem Halterkörper und dem Halterschirm gehalten. Eine Preisänderung oder die Verwendung des Halters für eine andere Ware erfolgt durch ein Austauschen des Schildes oder durch eine Änderung der Angaben auf dem Schild. Das Schild bietet eine glatte, ästhetisch ansprechende Oberfläche, für die nicht die Gefahr einer Verunreinigung durch das Lebensmittel besteht.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Halters besitzt der Steg ein im wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt. Die Schilder besitzen bevorzugt an ihrer unteren Kante eine Ausnehmung, die den Steg aufnimmt. Bevorzugt entspricht dabei die Ausnehmung in dem Schild in ihrer Form dem Querschnitt des Steges.
  • In einer bevorzugten Weiterführung des erfindungsgemäßen Halters ist der Halterkörper mit einer Standfläche versehen und besitzt bevorzugt einen ovalen oder einen rechteckigen Querschnitt mit abgerundeten Ecken. Der Halterschirm zur Aufnahme der Preisschilder ist dabei bevorzugt an der Längsseite des Halterkörpers angeordnet.
  • In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung werden die Schilder auf dem Steg über eine Schnappverbindung gehalten. Die Schnappverbindung wird geformt durch Hinterschnitte an dem Steg und einen entsprechenden Vorsprung in der Ausnehmung der Preisschilder.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Halter wird nachfolgend anhand von zwei Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.

  • Die Figuren 1a und 1b zeigen einen ersten Halter mit einem Halterkörper 10, der eine oval zylindrische Form besitzt. In der Draufsicht auf den Halterkörper 10 in den Figuren 1a und 1b ist die Stirnseite des Halterkörpers zu erkennen. An einer der Flachseiten des Halterkörpers ist ein Halterschirm 12 vorgesehen, der über einen Steg 14 mit dem Halterkörper 10 verbunden ist. Wie in den Schnittdarstellungen aus Figur 2 und 3 ersichtlich, erstreckt sich der Steg 14 von einer Standfläche 16 auf ungefähr über 4/5 der Höhe des Halterkörpers 10. Der Steg 14 besitzt an seinem zur Standfläche 16 weisenden Ende einen Bereich 18 der eine geringere Breite besitzt als der von der Standfläche fortweisende Bereich. Die oberen Enden 20 des Steges sind abgerundet.
  • Figur 4 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Halter in einer Ansicht von oben, genau wie die Ansicht aus Figur 1 a und 1 b jedoch ohne die eingezeichneten Schnittlinien. Deutlich zu erkennen in Figur 4 ist der Zwischenraum 22, der zwischen Halterkörper 10 und Halterschirm 12 besteht. Der Zwischenraum 22 nimmt bei der Verwendung die zu haltenden Schilder auf. Die Seitenansicht in Figur 5 zeigt die Seitenkante 24 des Halterschirms 12. Die Seitenkante 24 ist hinter der Anlagefläche 26 für das Preisschild angeordnet. Auf diese Weise wird das zu haltende Preisschild in der Aufnahme 22 leicht nach hinten gewölbt und so eingespannt.
  • Figuren 6 und 7 zeigen eine zweite Ausgestaltung, bei der der Grundkörper 28 oval ausgebildet ist. Auch bei dieser Ausgestaltung greift wieder die Seitenkante 24 des Halterschirms hinter die Anlagefläche 24 für das Schild.
  • Figuren 8a bis 8c zeigen einen bevorzugten Einsatz, bei dem zwei Schilder 30, 32 gehalten werden. Jedes der Schilder besitzt eine Ausnehmung 34 an seinem unteren Ende, deren Breite durch zwei gegenüberliegende Vorsprünge 36 begrenzt wird. Die Form der Ausnehmung 34 entspricht der Querschnittsform des Steges 14, wobei die Vorsprünge 36 in die Bereiche 18 eingreifen. Das auf diese Weise aufgeschobene Preisschild schnappt mit den Vorsprüngen 36 an dem Steg ein und ist so sicher gehalten. Ein besonderer Vorteil bietet sich dadurch, daß zwei Schilder 30, 32 an dem Halter angeordnet werden können. Auf diese Weise kann das Schild 30 mit Produktinformationen, beispielsweise für einen Feinkostsalat versehen sein und das kleinere Schild 32 mit Preisinformation zu der Ware. Auf diese Weise kann bei Preisänderungen das Produktschild 30 belassen werden und das Preisschild 32 ausgetauscht werden. Das Preisschild kann bevorzugt aus einem transparenten Material ausgebildet sein.

Claims (8)

  1. Halter für Preisauszeichnungsschilder, der einen Halterkörper (10) und einen Halterschirm (12) besitzt, der über einen Steg (14) in einem Abstand vor dem Halterkörper (10) angeordnet ist, wobei ein oder mehrere Schilder (30, 32) zwischen Halterkörper (10) und Halterschirm (12) auf dem Steg (14) gehalten werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg einen Bereich (18) mit geringerer Breite aufweist.
  2. Halter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (14) einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt besitzt.
  3. Halter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der Schilder (30, 32) an seiner unteren Kante eine Ausnehmung (34) aufweist, das den Steg (14) aufnehmen kann.
  4. Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (34) in ihrer Form dem Querschnitt des Steges (14) entspricht.
  5. Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halterkörper (10) eine Standfläche (16) aufweist.
  6. Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halterkörper (10) eine ovale Grundform besitzt.
  7. Halter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halterschirm (12) an einer Längsseite des Halterkörpers angeordnet ist.
  8. Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schilder und der Steg eine Schnappverbindung bilden.
