Abstract

The cabinet is closed by a roller shutter. This is made up of pairs of interlocking U-profiles (8, 11) which enclose a cavity between them. One or both of the interlocking profiles have a series of apertures (40) in their surface which reduce noise when the shutter is opened or closed.

Description

The invention relates to a cabinet furniture with a furniture body and at least one front blind, which has mutually parallel interconnected profile elements and which is guided in the body arranged on the guide grooves.
Such cabinet furniture are already known from the prior art. There are described cabinet furniture in which profile elements for forming a shutter with each adjacent profile elements are pivotally connected and which are provided for opening or closing this cabinet furniture. The arranged in various types of profile elements in cabinet furniture shutters or front blinds cause when opening and closing due to the material itself noises. A disadvantage of these cabinet furniture from the prior art is seen that, especially when used in, for example, open-plan offices with a high level of noise, the use of this cabinet furniture to distribute the sound level causing sound, as this on the surface of the cabinet furniture and especially the front blinds is reflected back.
The resulting background noise, especially in larger offices, is not conducive to the understanding and working environment of the employees working there.
Thus, for example, in DE 103 43 956 discloses a cabinet furniture with a furniture body and a front blind, which has parallel profile elements, here called lamellae, and is guided in arranged on the end faces in the walls of the furniture body guide. This cabinet furniture should be designed so that the blind can have comparatively high profile elements. This is to be achieved by the fact that the profile elements are connected at their front sides with linking members, which have on their side facing the center of the front blind side connecting portions with the profile elements and respectively on the outwardly facing to the walls sides in the guide grooves engaging pivot pin over Pivoting eyelets are connected to the respective adjacent linking member. A disadvantage of this cabinet furniture is seen that a sound amplifying effect is achieved by the geometry and the material used of the profile elements of the front blind, since the resulting example in office space sound is reflected back over a large area.
The invention is therefore based on the object to improve the disadvantages of the known prior art and to show cabinet furniture that are economical and inexpensive to produce and that are improved in particular in terms of sound-absorbing properties.
This is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1 according to the invention. Further advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims.
The cupboard furniture according to the invention is characterized in that at least one opening is introduced in at least one profile body.
This solution is simple and has the advantage that the sound can penetrate through the opening in the profile body of the profile element in the cabinet furniture and spread there. The sound is at least partially absorbed in the cupboard furniture. The reflected back from the cabinet furniture sound is now at least partially reflected back from the profile elements of the front blinds in the cabinet furniture, so that only a very small proportion of the sound is reflected back into the room.
In an advantageous development of the invention can be provided in cross-section only one opening in the profile body of the profile element seen in cross-section. In particular, by this design according to the invention can be in the longitudinal direction of a profile element reduce the number of openings and thus simplify the production.
Another advantage is seen in the fact that the incident sound passes through the openings of the first profile body and propagates in the cavity formed by the second profile body or is reflected back to the existing between the openings of the first profile body wall of the profile body. The sound absorption effect is thus achieved in the profile element itself, so that also only small portions of the incoming sound are reflected back into the room. It has proven to be advantageous that viewed in cross section, the width of the opening is less than half the width of the front side of the profile body of the profile element is preferably less than one third. In studies of the cabinet furniture according to the invention has been found that inexpensive geometric furniture with front blinds can be produced with these geometric specifications, which have a good sound absorption effect.
Furthermore, it has been found advantageous that a size of the surface of all openings of the profile body of the profile element of less than 45% or more than 3% of the surface of the front of the profile body of the profile element leads to dimensionally stable profile elements or front blinds, which depending on the size of have generating surface optimized sound absorption effects.
Another advantage is seen in the fact that a plurality of spaced-apart openings are provided in the longitudinal direction of the profile body of the profile element, through which the sound absorption effects can be further improved.
It has proven to be advantageous that the openings are regularly spaced apart, whereby on the one hand the design of the front blinds formed by the profile elements can be designed according to customer requirements, while on the other hand a simultaneously optimized sound absorption effect is present. Furthermore, it has proven advantageous that the spacing of the openings is greater than or equal to the extent of the opening in the longitudinal direction of the profile body of the profile element. Due to these production-technically simple possibilities and the resulting diverse designs, cabinet furniture with front blinds with optimized sound absorption effects can be realized for many requirements. In a further embodiment of the cabinet furniture according to the invention, the distance of the openings in the longitudinal direction of the profile body of the profile element is greater than or equal to twice the extent of the opening seen in the cross section of the profile body of the profile element. As a result, cabinet furniture can be produced with formed by the profile elements front blinds, which have an attractive design optimized sound absorption effects.
In one embodiment of the cabinet furniture according to the invention a sound-absorbing material is arranged as part of at least one soundproofing element on the profile body of the profile element. This soundproofing element can be arranged both on the first profile body and / or on the second profile body of the profile element. In a further embodiment of the cabinet furniture according to the invention, a soundproofing element is arranged at least in the region of the opening to the opening and can already eliminate large components thereof when the sound penetrates through the opening of the profile body of the profile element.
The penetrating through the openings of the profile body of the profile element sound propagates such that it comes into contact with at least a majority of the surface of the soundproofing element and is absorbed. Compared to conventional cabinet furniture, the front blinds with profile elements without such sound-absorbing material, the sound absorption effects of a cabinet furniture according to the invention can be significantly improved.
In the cabinet furniture according to the invention, the soundproofing element is arranged at least in the region of the opening to the opening and movable from it, so that the penetrating sound moves the soundproofing element in the sound direction and thus contributes to a better absorption of the sound.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the soundproofing element is arranged on the front side of the profile body of the profile element, so that advantageously in addition to the sound-absorbing properties, design and design possibilities for customized cabinet furniture are possible.
In a further likewise advantageous embodiment of the invention, the soundproofing element is arranged on the underside of the profile body of the profile element, so that the openings introduced in the profile body of the profile element channeled the incoming sound to the soundproofing element and the design of a cabinet furniture is the wishes of each customer customizable.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the soundproofing element is arranged both on the front side and on the underside of the profile body of the profile element, which leads to even more optimized soundproofing effects of the cabinet furniture. In a further embodiment, the soundproofing element is arranged both on the first profile body and on the second profile body, so that the soundproofing effects of the cabinet furniture are further improved. However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the soundproofing element is arranged only on the second profile body of the profile element, so that the optimized soundproofing effect can be realized without the soundproofing element being visible to the user of the cabinet furniture.
A - The formation of the soundproofing element as a substantially mat-shaped leads to advantageous production costs of such inventive cabinet furniture. In advantageous developments, the sound-absorbing material may be a fiber material with which it is possible in a simple manner to obtain cost-effective sound-absorbing properties of the cabinet furniture.
Another advantage of the cabinet furniture according to the invention is that the sound-absorbing material is a non-woven material, which is characterized by very good sound-absorbing properties and very good processability.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the soundproofing element can be formed by a membrane, for example made of plastic. With such a membrane, material-specifically targeted desired sound frequencies can be influenced and absorbed accordingly.
Furthermore, it is advantageously seen that the soundproofing element extends over the entire length of the profile element, which leads to cost-effectively manufacturable cabinet furniture with optimized sound absorption effects.
It has also been found to be advantageous that the sound-absorbing material is a foamed material. By using foamed materials with densities of about 0.4 to 1, 2 g / cm 3 , the production of such profile elements is inexpensive and the front blinds made from these profile elements have optimized sound absorption effects in the cabinet furniture. However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the first profile body or the second profile body of the profile element consist of such an open-celled foamed material and even act as a soundproofing element.
Advantageously, the soundproofing element extends over the entire length of the profile element, so that in addition to low production costs and optimized sound absorption effects can be achieved.
Advantageously, at least one profile body and / or the profile element is designed such that it has fastening devices for fastening the soundproofing element, which enable a cost-effective production of such profile elements with optimized sound absorption effects, whereby an undesired shifting or slipping of the soundproofing element is prevented. In a further advantageous embodiment, the soundproofing element is connected over its entire area with at least one profile body of the profile element, which enables cost-effective production, for example in the coextrusion process known per se.
The cabinet furniture according to the invention with the consisting of the profile elements front blind has a sound absorption coefficient according to EN ISO 354 of at least 0.4. The sound absorption coefficient represents the ratio of the equivalent sound absorption surface of a test object to the surface of the test object. The surface of the test object, in this case the cabinet furniture according to the invention, is the surface of the floor or the wall which is covered by it.
The equivalent sound absorption area of the test object is determined from the difference between the equivalent sound absorption area of the reverberation room (the office room) with and without the test object (cabinet furniture). Here, the equivalent sound absorption area of a room is defined as the hypothetical size of a fully absorbing surface without diffraction effects, which would give the same reverberation time in a room as if it were the only absorbing element in space. In general, it can be stated that when a sound source is operated in a closed room, the resulting stationary sound pressure level and the decay of the sound pressure level after switching off the sound source by the sound-absorbing properties of the room boundary surfaces, the air in the room and the objects (cabinet furniture) in the room to be influenced. In general, the proportion of sound power absorbed at a surface depends on the angle of incidence of the sound. In order to relate the reverberation time of, for example, an office, a workshop, and the like to the noise reduction achieved by a sound absorbing arrangement, such as cabinet furniture, the knowledge of the sound absorbing properties of the surface, usually in the form of a suitable average over all Angle of incidence required.
Since the distribution of sound waves in conventional rooms covers a large and unpredictable angular range, a uniform distribution is generally assumed for the purposes of standardization. Moreover, if the sound energy density within a room is location-independent, such a sound distribution is called a diffuse sound field and one speaks of stochastic sound incidence in the sound components that hit a room surface. EN ISO 354 describes a reverberation method for measuring the sound absorption coefficient of acoustic materials used to clad walls and ceilings or the equivalent sound absorption area of individual objects such as cupboards. The determined sound absorption coefficient can be used for comparison purposes and for design calculations in room acoustics and especially in noise abatement. By the cabinet furniture according to the invention, it is surprisingly possible to reduce the sound in, for example, office space so that an audible reduction in the general noise level for each recognizable or audible.
In the following, the effect and operation of the cabinet furniture according to the invention will be explained in more detail by means of embodiments which do not limit the invention.

In Fig. 1, a cabinet according to the invention is shown, which has a furniture body in a known manner with two side walls 2, 3, a bottom 5 and a top 4. In this embodiment, the front blind 1 from right to left, so horizontally movable. In the bottom 5 of the cabinet furniture according to the invention a guide groove 20 is introduced, in which the front blind 1 is movable. Another guide groove 20 is incorporated in the topsoil 4, but this is not visible in the illustration. The front blind 1 of the cabinet furniture according to the invention is formed from a plurality of interconnected profile elements 10. The profile elements 10 of the front blind 1 of the cabinet furniture according to the invention have on their visible side openings 40, which are regularly spaced from each other.
Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of a first embodiment of a front blind 1 of a cabinet furniture according to the invention. The profile elements 10 of the front blind 1 have an approximately U-shaped cross section, which is formed in a defined wall thickness by the first profile body 11. A second profile body 8, which is connected to the profile body 11, is arranged approximately parallel to the first profile body 11. The profile element 10 may for example consist of a thermoplastically processable material and be prepared by extrusion or coextrusion in a known manner. However, it is also within the scope of the invention to produce the profile element 10 of a metallic material, such as aluminum, or a thermosetting processable material; In the first profile body 11 of the Pröfilelementes 10 openings 40 are introduced, which are formed angular in this embodiment. However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the openings 40 are round, oval, polygonal or trapezoidal. In the second profile body 8 of the profile element 10 no openings are introduced in this embodiment. The second profile body 8 is integrally connected to the first profile body 11.
The sum of the total area of the openings 40 relative to the surface of the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 in this embodiment is about 17%, which leads to optimized sound absorption effects of the cabinet furniture according to the invention.
Furthermore, the profile element 10 has on its longitudinal sides via connecting means 6, 7, via the several profile elements 10, brought into operative connection, a corresponding front blind 1 result. The connecting means 6 is in this embodiment, a cross-sectionally approximately C-shaped opening which extends over the entire length of the profile element 10. The connecting element 7 is in this embodiment, an approximately circular in cross-section formed element 72, which is connected via a band-shaped element 71 with the longitudinal side of the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10. The band-shaped element 71 of the connecting means 7 is made in this embodiment of a softer material than the element 72, so that in the interconnected interconnected connecting means 6, 7, the profile elements 10 are hinged together in the front blind 1. Below, the effect and operation of the inventors will be explained in more detail. As already shown, by telescoping the connecting means 6, 7 respectively adjacent profile elements 10 a front blind 1 is formed. This front blinds 1 can be performed in a known manner in lateral guide rails 20 of cabinet furniture and are guided or wound over a example curved rail or a role in the cabinet furniture.
When closing the opening of the cabinet furniture, the front side of the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 faces the interior of the office space. The sound entering the profile element 10 via the openings 40 is reflected back on the second profile body 8 and impinges on the walls arranged between the openings 40 of the first profile body 11. From these walls of the first profile body 11, the sound is reflected back to the first profile body 8 of the profile element 10 and thus occurs greatly attenuated from the interior of the profile element 10 back into the office space.
A Thus, by the use of cupboard furniture in for example offices an "improvement of the working environment by reducing the noise level of the space reaches per se in such a way according to the invention cupboards has a sound absorption coefficient of about 0.7.
In Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of a front blind 1 of a cabinet furniture according to the invention is shown. The profile element 10 of the front blind 1 is formed as a hollow profile, which is formed by a first profile body 11 and a second profile body 8 connected to it, between which a cavity is formed. In the first profile body 11 openings 40 are introduced, which are round in this embodiment and arranged at equal intervals from each other. The spacing of the openings 40 is greater than the extent of the opening 40 in the longitudinal direction of the first profile body 11.
The second profile body 8 is arranged approximately semicircular in this embodiment and has openings 40 which are formed angular. The sum of the total area of the openings 40 with respect to the surface of the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 in this embodiment is about 15%, which leads to optimized sound absorption effects of the cabinet furniture according to the invention. The profile element 10 has on its longitudinal sides via connecting means 6, 7, via the several profile elements 10, brought into operative connection, a corresponding front blind 1 result.
The operation and operation of the invention will be explained in more detail below. The front blind 1 formed from the profile elements 10 is guided in a known manner, for example in vertical guide rails 20 of cabinet furniture. When closing the opening of the cabinet furniture, the front side 2 of the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 faces the interior. The sound from the interior now passes through the openings 40 of the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 in the cavity between the first profile body 11 and the second profile body 8. On the second profile body 8, the sound is reflected back to the wall of the first profile body 11, which between the openings 40 is arranged. The sound is next guided through the openings 40 of the second profile body 8 in the interior of the cabinet furniture and further absorbed by the stored therein objects, but also by the furniture body itself, and reflected back. The attenuated sound now strikes the wall of the second profile body 8, is reflected back into the cabinet furniture back, while a small proportion of the sound via the openings 40 of the second profile body and the openings 40 of the first profile body 11 recedes into the interior. Thus, advantageously, a sound-absorbing effect of the cabinet furniture according to the invention can be achieved without the additional use of a sound-absorbing material, which further increases this sound absorption effect.
In Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a third embodiment of a front blind 1 of a cabinet furniture according to the invention is shown. The same elements with the same reference numerals as in the preceding figures will not be described again in part again.
In the first profile body 11 openings 40 are introduced whose distance in the longitudinal direction of the first profile body 11 is approximately equal to the extent of the openings 40 in the cross section of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 seen are. These introduced in the form of elongated holes openings 40 are arranged on the edge sides of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10.
The approximately parallel to the first profile body 11 arranged second profile body 8 of the profile element 10 also has openings 40, which are formed in this embodiment round. The distance of the openings 40 of the second profile body 8 is greater than the dimensions of the openings 40 in the longitudinal direction of the second profile body 8. At the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 opposite side of the second profile body, a soundproofing element 5 is arranged. The sound-absorbing material of the soundproofing element 5 is in this embodiment, a nonwoven material which is arranged over the entire length of the second profile body 8 over this entire surface.
The sum of the total area of the openings 40 relative to the surface of the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 in this embodiment is about 25%, which leads to very good sound absorption effects of the cabinet furniture according to the invention.
By telescoping and thus bringing into operative connection means 6, 7 of the profile elements 10, a front blind 1 is formed. When closing the opening of a cabinet furniture, the front side 2 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 faces the interior. The sound from the interior now passes through the openings 40 of the first profile body 11 in the cavity between the first profile body 11 and the second profile body 8 of the profile element 10. On the opposite walls without openings 40 of the first profile body 11 and the second profile body 8 is the sound is partially absorbed and passes through the openings 40 of the second profile body 8 to the sound-absorbing material of the soundproofing element 5. At the soundproofing element 5, this sound is at least partially absorbed.
However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the soundproofing element is arranged, for example, that between the first profile body 8 of the profile element 10 and the soundproofing element an air gap is formed, through which the sound propagates along the soundproofing element 5 and also between the openings 40 of Profile body 8 of the profile element 10 is absorbed. The now entering the cabinet furniture residual sound is further absorbed and reflected by the stored therein objects and by the furniture body itself and strongly attenuated coming from the interior of the cabinet furniture coming back to the soundproofing element 5. In the soundproofing element 5, the sound is further absorbed or from the second profile body 8 of the profile element 10 arranged behind the soundproofing element 5 is reflected back into the interior of the cabinet. A very small proportion of the sound entering the cabinet now passes through the openings 40 of the second profile body and the openings 40 of the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 in very small amounts back into the surrounding office space.
Thus, a reduction of the noise level can be achieved by the use of cabinet furniture according to the invention, such cabinet furniture according to the invention having a sound absorption coefficient of about 0.82.
Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of a front blind 1 of a cabinet furniture according to the invention. The first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 of the front blind 1 has an approximately U-shaped cross-section with a constant over the entire profile length wall thickness. In the first profile body 11 openings 40 are introduced, which are formed approximately square in this embodiment. The sum of the total area of the openings 40 with respect to the surface of the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 in this embodiment is about 15%. Spaced apart from the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 is the second profile body 8. In this embodiment, the second profile body 8 is formed of a foamed material having a density of about 0.6 kg / m 3 and thus acts even as a soundproofing element 5. The second Profile body 8 has approximately a threefold greater wall thickness than the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10. This design of the second profile body 8 of the profile element 10, on the one hand, achieves dimensional stabilization of the profile element 10, while, on the other hand, the second profile body 8 acts as a soundproofing element 5.
By using a profile body 8 made of a foamed material, which is advantageously formed open-pore, the penetrating through the openings 40 of the first profile body 11 sound from offices on trained as a soundproofing element 5 second profile body 8 is absorbed and forwarded in small quantities in the cabinet interior. The sound absorbed in the interior of the cabinet is not absorbed by the objects stored therein and the furniture carcass is reflected strongly attenuated coming from the interior of the cabinet furniture on the underside of the formed as a soundproofing element 5 second profile body 8 and is at least partially reflected back into the interior of the cabinet furniture. A very small reduced part of the sound now passes back into the interior via the open-pore geometry of the second profile body 8 designed as a soundproofing element 5 and the openings 40 of the first profile body 11, but this proportion is very negligible. Thus, by using such cabinet furniture according to the invention with a sound absorption coefficient of about 0.65, a reduction of the noise level can be achieved in, for example, office space, resulting in an overall better and more optimal working environment.
