Definitions
- the invention relates to a covering for paths, play and sports surfaces and a method for producing such a covering.
- these constructions can be installed only on bonded base courses such as asphalt, concrete or screed, which were secured in advance by complex procedures against rising damp.
- these constructions are made of wood and / or pressed foams, on which then pressure distribution plates are screwed or glued. Then the actual pitch cover is then designed and / or firmly glued.
- these structures are not playable all year round, not frost-resistant and can not be installed on unbound base courses.
- these types of flooring have a low water permeability.
- the classic tennis court which consists of broken brick flour, is still considered by most tennis players to be ideal because of its slip-resistance.
- it has the disadvantage that it requires a very intensive care, has no elasticity and practically every year has to be prepared again.
- a sports field in which applied to a bound support layer, an elastic plastic layer and solidified by means of an adhesive. After stripping off this elastic layer, a color layer (red or green) is subsequently applied in order to optically improve the black rubber particles of the elastic layer, which are usually colored with carbon black.
- a tennis court made in this way is easy to maintain, but has the disadvantages that it is not slip-friendly. This means that after a while it will become smooth and, in addition, it will have an irregular and too elastic ball bounce behavior. The latter behavior is partly due to unevenness in the elastic surface, but partly also due to the elastic particles acting directly on the ball.
- Another covering is from the DE 32 31 231 A1 known.
- such a place has a relatively good and long-lasting playability, although it should be noted that such a place is not suitable for tennis tournaments, as it has an unfavorable Ballabsprung in relation to the conventional clay brick.
- This ball-dropping behavior is mainly due to the fact that the unevenness in the rubbery body layer can not be compensated to a sufficient degree by the brick-breaking layer of flour. That is, the thickness of the clay layer is relatively uneven. In this respect, there is a more or less strong direct contact of the tennis ball with the rubber bodies that produce a different jumping behavior of the tennis ball due to their elastic properties than the conventional brick breaker meal layer.
- the DE 22 58 566 A relates to a floor covering for tennis courts, whose lower layer consists of an elastic polymeric material (expanded polystyrene), on which an upper open-pored plate layer of a hard Mineral (granular fired clay) is applied, which is solidified by a weather-resistant binder and bound to the lower layer. On this clay layer soft burnt clay flour is scattered, the interface area between the hard and the soft clay flour on the binder, which is present in the hard clay flour to be connected to the soft clay flour.
- the tennis court surface described herein does not meet the desired, gentle to the musculoskeletal system of the player requirements, since the hard mineral layer is too thick and therefore too inelastic.
- the DE 201 00 678 U1 discloses a pad having a subsurface pressure distribution layer comprised of granular, plastic binder-bound rock flour with a slip layer scattered on the pressure-distribution layer.
- the EP 0 358 209 A2 discloses a tennis court covering having a solidified layer of rubber granulate onto which a sand layer solidified with binders is applied as the first leveling layer.
- a third layer of broken brick flour is applied, which is also solidified with a binder and serves as a second leveling layer.
- the third layer of solidified latex flour is again strewn with broken-open flour in loose form.
- the coating thus constructed is arranged on a base layer, which consists for example of concrete or asphalt. Due to the arrangement of the individual layers, the tennis court surface achieves tournament quality.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a surface-elastic and largely maintenance-free, frost-proof, recordable all year round and on to provide any surface usable indoors and outdoors and a method for producing such a covering, wherein the covering has a for the athlete (especially tennis player) advantageous, shear-resistant, dust-free and lubricious covering and sliding layer with improved permanently permeable to water properties , which more than meets the sports functional and sports medical requirements and is also to be used for all sports that require a flat surface.
- a tennis court which has the positive characteristics of the conventional sand-brickmill tennis court, but is area elastic and can be applied to any existing substrate 1 (bound or unbound) indoors or outdoors.
- Consisting of a colored rock material in a cracked, ground, granular form which is bound with a plastic binder and is pressure-resistant, impact-resistant, tough-elastic and open-pored. Applied on a loosely fixed and bound with a plastic binder granular elastic layer 2.
- the cover same sliding layer 4 consists of a colored rock material in crushed and ground form and has the same nature and high shear strength as the pressure distribution layer 3, which does not dust even in drought and where the marking lines 5 are inserted permanently and evenly.
- the invention relates to a method for producing a surface-elastic, weather-resistant, frost-resistant, all-season usable covering for paths, play and sports surfaces. Especially for indoor and outdoor tennis courts.
- the covering comprises a granular elastic granulate (recycled granules and / or synthetic granules and / or foams and / or predominantly tire granules) of different shape and grain size (grain size 0.5-20 mm, predominantly the grain size 1-8 mm).
- the granules may have a fiber content of 1-50% (predominantly 5%). This is mixed with a suitable mixing device, primarily a compulsory mixer.
- the granules are mixed with an elastic plastic binder in an amount of 2-20%, mainly 4%.
- This homogeneously mixed material of rubber granules and binder is applied to an existing substrate 1 (bound or predominantly unbound) of mineral mixture and / or lava of grain size 1-32 mm (predominantly 0-16 mm) with a puller via gauges at a height of 5-6 mm. 25 mm (mainly 12 mm) withdrawn without compacting and / or smoothing.
- a pressure distribution layer 3 is applied to this highly elastic and fixed water-permeable Gummigranulatdecke, which consists primarily of tire granules, which also forms the play layer.
- Consisting of a colored, natural, crushed and ground rock material of different grain sizes Primarily of red brick chippings of grain size 0-20 mm (mainly 2-8 mm).
- the rock material is mixed homogeneously with an elastic plastic binder (mainly based on polyurethane) with a proportion of 2-15% (mainly 8%) in a suitable mixing device, especially a compulsory mixer.
- the pressure distribution layer 3 is applied via gauges with a suitable puller on the existing Elastic layer 2 in a thickness of 10-50 mm (mainly 25 mm) withdrawn and smoothed, without compressing the applied granular rock mixture.
- the covering is water-permeable, surface-elastic, frost-resistant, playable all year round, maintenance-free and elastic and can thus be used for paths, sports and play surfaces and all sports that require a smoothed surface. It provides a joint-gentle covering for the respective sport. Examples of sports for which the flooring is particularly suitable are: volleyball, basketball, handball, football, hockey, tennis, cycling, roller hockey, biking, roller skating, wheelchair tennis, skating.
- the applied material which serves as a sliding layer 4, can be rinsed with water at a water pressure of 2-100 bar (preferably 6 bar) without residue from the material of the grain size of predominantly 2-8 mm, without which the sliding material of grain size 0-. 1 to 0-2 mm penetrates into the covering of the granulation of predominantly 2-8 mm. This is in contrast to all other known constructions with a structure of elastic rubber and / or rock material and / or rock flour ensures lasting water permeability.
- the mixture of mineral binders (predominantly 2-8 mm grain size) is mixed homogeneously with a hygroscopically active trivalent alcohol mixture (mainly glycerol) with a proportion of 1-80% (mainly 20% water).
- a hygroscopically active trivalent alcohol mixture mainly glycerol
- sucrose is stirred in liquid or solid form in a ratio of 1-50% (mainly 20%) and dextrin in a ratio of 2-50% (mainly 10%) with a suitable stirrer until the individual additives are completely dissolved and mixed homogeneously.
- This mixture of glycerol-sucrose-dextrin is applied to the mineral binder mixture (mainly 2-8 mm grain size).
- the resulting surface elastic covering meets all the requirements of a sports surface, especially a tennis surface. It has a high power reduction, is elastic, pressure-resistant, impact-resistant, frost-resistant, permeable to water, lubricious, can be used all year round, playable all year round, access holes can not arise.
- the ball jump is uniform at every point.
- the pad has a ball speed adjustable by the amount of applied sliding layer 4 for each level and adjustable ball jump and bounce angle and is maintenance-free except for the normal removal of the sliding layer 4 after playing.
- the mixture of glycerol with a water-sucrose-dextrin mixture is in a ratio of 20-100% glycerol. Mainly 70% glycerol and 30% water. Mixed with sucrose in a ratio of 5-50%. Notably 20%. In a glycerol-sucrose mixture with dextrin in a ratio of 5-50% mixed. Notably 10%.
- a dusty and / or dust-prone agent of naturally or artificially produced materials such as rock and / or rock flour, gum grains and / or gum, wood grains and / or wood flour
- escapes and evaporates the water content of the Mixture mainly of glycerol-sucrose-dextrin.
- sucrose-dixtrin a more or less binding, adhesive, sticky, reversible film of varying intensity, depending on the applied and / or mixed amount of the glycerol-sucrose-dixtrin mixture. Due to the hygroscopic properties of the predominantly used glycerol content, the properties increase or decrease depending on the humidity.
- the pavement is cut with a cutting disc suitable for the rock material and binder with a thickness of 1-3 mm (predominantly 3 mm) at a depth of 1-25 mm (predominantly 18 mm) and a width according to the given type of lacing and sport of 2 -10,5 cm (mainly for tennis of 5 cm).
- the existing cuts are uniformly filled with a plastic adhesive (mainly based on polyurethane) with suitable flowability with a suitable device (mainly a pressure bottle and / or spray bottle).
- the rulings consist predominantly of colored, elastic, wear-resistant hard PVC with elastic anchors attached to the ridges.
- rulings are placed on the milled cuts and pressed with a suitable device and / or tool (mainly a rammer and / or a mechanically-driven or electrically driven vibrating plate weighing 20-150 kg (mainly 70 kg) permanent and fixed, frost-resistant and without additional aids attached ruling have arisen, which meets all the requirements for all sports that require marking lines 5.

Description
The invention relates to a covering for paths, play and sports surfaces and a method for producing such a covering.
Area elastic floors for sports and playgrounds (especially tennis courts) are known to be used in various constructions, which consist predominantly of wood and / or pressed foam parts. Outside these constructions can not be used, since the entire structure is destroyed by the action of moisture.
Furthermore, these constructions can be installed only on bonded base courses such as asphalt, concrete or screed, which were secured in advance by complex procedures against rising damp.
Furthermore, these constructions are made of wood and / or pressed foams, on which then pressure distribution plates are screwed or glued. Then the actual pitch cover is then designed and / or firmly glued.
These constructions have an advantageous for the athletes large-scale pressure distribution, which protect the ligaments and joints. The disadvantage is the Susceptibility to moisture, price and durability. In addition, they can only be used indoors.
Furthermore, there are numerous indoor and outdoor constructions designed to recreate the playing characteristics of a clay court, clay court, clay pit, favored by most tennis players, but all of which have little point elasticity.
In addition, these structures are not playable all year round, not frost-resistant and can not be installed on unbound base courses. In addition, these types of flooring have a low water permeability.
In addition, these types of construction are maintenance-intensive and require a complex and regular irrigation.
The classic tennis court, which consists of broken brick flour, is still considered by most tennis players to be ideal because of its slip-resistance. However, it has the disadvantage that it requires a very intensive care, has no elasticity and practically every year has to be prepared again.
This is particularly costly in today's mass of places, so that was looking for new solutions to develop a surface, on the one hand has the properties of the Ziegelmehltennisplatzes, on the other hand, however, requires little care and has a particularly advantageous playing conditions of a surface elastic soil structure, can still be installed indoors and outdoors.
For example, a sports field is known in which applied to a bound support layer, an elastic plastic layer and solidified by means of an adhesive. After stripping off this elastic layer, a color layer (red or green) is subsequently applied in order to optically improve the black rubber particles of the elastic layer, which are usually colored with carbon black.
A tennis court made in this way is easy to maintain, but has the disadvantages that it is not slip-friendly. This means that after a while it will become smooth and, in addition, it will have an irregular and too elastic ball bounce behavior. The latter behavior is partly due to unevenness in the elastic surface, but partly also due to the elastic particles acting directly on the ball.

Aufgebracht auf einer lose fixierten und mit einem Kunststoffbinder gebundenen körnigen Elastikschicht 2.Consisting of a colored rock material in a cracked, ground, granular form, which is bound with a plastic binder and is pressure-resistant, impact-resistant, tough-elastic and open-pored. Applied on a loosely fixed and bound with a plastic binder granular
Furthermore, this tennis court requires no elaborate spring overhaul and only minor care. On the course no treads or bumps can occur. The ball jump is consistent in all weathers and in all places.
The cover same sliding layer 4 consists of a colored rock material in crushed and ground form and has the same nature and high shear strength as the
The invention relates to a method for producing a surface-elastic, weather-resistant, frost-resistant, all-season usable covering for paths, play and sports surfaces. Especially for indoor and outdoor tennis courts. The covering comprises a granular elastic granulate (recycled granules and / or synthetic granules and / or foams and / or predominantly tire granules) of different shape and grain size (grain size 0.5-20 mm, predominantly the grain size 1-8 mm). The granules may have a fiber content of 1-50% (predominantly 5%). This is mixed with a suitable mixing device, primarily a compulsory mixer. The granules are mixed with an elastic plastic binder in an amount of 2-20%, mainly 4%. This homogeneously mixed material of rubber granules and binder is applied to an existing substrate 1 (bound or predominantly unbound) of mineral mixture and / or lava of grain size 1-32 mm (predominantly 0-16 mm) with a puller via gauges at a height of 5-6 mm. 25 mm (mainly 12 mm) withdrawn without compacting and / or smoothing. After the setting of the plastic (mainly with polyurethane binder), a
The mixture of mineral binders (predominantly 2-8 mm grain size) is mixed homogeneously with a hygroscopically active trivalent alcohol mixture (mainly glycerol) with a proportion of 1-80% (mainly 20% water). In this mixture of water and glycerol sucrose is stirred in liquid or solid form in a ratio of 1-50% (mainly 20%) and dextrin in a ratio of 2-50% (mainly 10%) with a suitable stirrer until the individual additives are completely dissolved and mixed homogeneously. This mixture of glycerol-sucrose-dextrin is applied to the mineral binder mixture (mainly 2-8 mm grain size). Primarily applied in a quantity of 100 - 1000 g / m² (mainly 500 g / m²), so that the surface is completely cross-linked and, in addition, a proportion of the applied mixture can penetrate into the open-pore surface as a depot supply. This mixture of water-glycerol-sucrose-dextrin has resulted in a hygroscopically-binding-adhesive-sticky surface film which is provided with the same starting material of the mineral binder layer (grain size 2-8 mm). Provided in a grain size of 0-8 mm. Mainly consisting of clay of 0-1 mm and interspersed with a thickness of 1 mm. Wherein the predominantly consisting of brick dust material of grain size 0-1 mm is absorbed with the mixture of water-glycerol-sucrose-dextrin and thereby enters a continuous dark red discoloration. This first applied and now with the rock material grain 2-8 mm scherfest connected covering and sliding layer 4 is uniformly withdrawn with a suitable device (trawl or broom). On this first stripped layer, which acts hygroscopic by the binding binder mixture of water-glycerol-sucrose-dextrin, a second layer of colored rock material (mainly brick flour of the same type and color) of grain size 0-8 mm (mainly 0-2 mm) applied. Primarily sprinkled with a quantity of 0,5-5 kg (mainly 1,5 kg / qm). This applied or interspersed layer of clay is after the Apply after the material has bonded to the first applied layer (0-1 mm), stripped with a suitable device and compacted with a light hand roller. A mixture of the hygroscopically acting glycerin in an amount of 1-1000 g / m 2 (mainly 500 g / m 2) is now applied to this compacted hygroscopically binding covering and sliding layer 4 made of colored rock flour of grain size 0-1 mm and 0-2 mm. sprayed with a suitable device and then withdrawn after evaporation of existing in the lower layer water content of 30% with a suitable device, so that a planar and largely shear-resistant play and sliding layer 4 is formed. The resulting surface elastic covering meets all the requirements of a sports surface, especially a tennis surface. It has a high power reduction, is elastic, pressure-resistant, impact-resistant, frost-resistant, permeable to water, lubricious, can be used all year round, playable all year round, access holes can not arise. The ball jump is uniform at every point. The pad has a ball speed adjustable by the amount of applied sliding layer 4 for each level and adjustable ball jump and bounce angle and is maintenance-free except for the normal removal of the sliding layer 4 after playing.
It was developed from naturally renewable raw materials odorless, ecologically and physiologically harmless agent, which consists of several additives, developed, which is colorless and watery. This is used for dust binding and / or dust prevention and / or solidification for all of natural and / or artificially produced materials, in particular for rock and / or rubber dust and / or rock or rubber granules or grains. It can be mixed in suitable equipment, mainly in compulsory mixers. It is sprayed on with suitable equipment, mainly airless sprayers. The agent is mainly used for rock material and / or rubber material and / or flour for sports surfaces (especially for tennis courts). It consists of polyhydric alcohol, predominantly of a trivalent alcohol. It is a hygroscopically reversible, odorless, ecologically and physiologically harmless mixture, which consists of renewable natural resources and is ecologically degradable. Preferably, the mixture of glycerol with a water-sucrose-dextrin mixture is in a ratio of 20-100% glycerol. Mainly 70% glycerol and 30% water. Mixed with sucrose in a ratio of 5-50%. Notably 20%. In a glycerol-sucrose mixture with dextrin in a ratio of 5-50% mixed. Notably 10%. After mixing and / or application to a dusty and / or dust-prone agent of naturally or artificially produced materials (such as rock and / or rock flour, gum grains and / or gum, wood grains and / or wood flour) escapes and evaporates the water content of the Mixture (mainly of glycerol-sucrose-dextrin). In addition, depending on the addition of sucrose-dixtrin, a more or less binding, adhesive, sticky, reversible film of varying intensity, depending on the applied and / or mixed amount of the glycerol-sucrose-dixtrin mixture. Due to the hygroscopic properties of the predominantly used glycerol content, the properties increase or decrease depending on the humidity. With a mixture produced by this process, it is possible to avoid dust formation and / or dust binding in the case of dust-prone materials (in particular brick dust). In particular at sand tennis courts, clay tennis courts, football and athletic field coverings and artificial turfs filled with quartz sand and / or rubber granules. Furthermore, the risk of injury by this method is largely reduced, since the glycerol-sucrose-dextrin-based mixture forms a surface with a soft lubricating film.
On the made of colored, natural, dried, ground rock material of different grain size (mainly brick chippings of grain size 0-20 mm, mainly 2-8 mm) made covering for paths, sports and playing surfaces (especially for tennis courts) rulings are durable, wear-resistant and incorporated without additional fixing aids after the coating has cured. This rubber is mixed with an elastic plastic binder, mainly based on polyurethane, with a content of 2-15% (mainly 8th %).
