Abstract

The woven fourdrinier, for paper/cardboard web production, has at least two woven layers with the upper layer (G1) in contact with the web and the lower layer (G2) in contact with the production machine. The layers are locked together by bonding warps (sBK). The upper layer has at least 26 different warp structures with wefts in a maximum float length of three. The bonding warps provide surface warp structures with change points (A) to the other layer.

Description

The present invention relates to a fabric tape for a machine for producing web material, in particular forming fabric, comprising at least two fabric layers with warp threads extending in a tape longitudinal direction and weft yarns extending in a tape transverse direction, wherein a first of the fabric layers provides a web material contact side and a second one of the fabric layers Machine contact side provides and the fabric layers are connected by binding warp threads together, according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a tape is from the document EP 1 619 295 A2 known.

For woven belts, such as, for example, as forming fabrics in machines for producing sheet material, such as e.g. Paper or cardboard, is an elementary requirement the lowest possible tendency to mark in the web material to be produced. This means that the structure of the fabric tape should be as little as possible to impress in the web material to be produced, since such an impression of the structure, generally referred to as marking, reduces the quality of the finished web material.

Markings are mainly produced when a very regular bond structure or fabric structure is present in the fabric tape. There is therefore generally a desire to make the repeat lengths both in the warp direction, as well as protective direction, so generally the size of a warp / weft repeat as large as possible. In this way, it becomes possible to have a larger variety of variation of the mutual bonding points of warp threads and weft threads with correspondingly larger ones To achieve irregularity of these binding points.

It is the object of the present invention to provide a fabric tape for a machine for producing web material and a method for producing such a fabric tape, with which an improved fabric structure with a lower marking tendency is achieved.

In this context, the term "marking tendency" is to be understood as meaning, for example, a linear marking which, for example, extends in the warp or weft direction or in a direction which is diagonal thereto.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, this object is achieved for a fabric belt for a machine for producing web material, in particular forming fabric, comprising at least two fabric layers with warp threads extending in a belt longitudinal direction and weft yarns extending in a belt transverse direction, wherein a first of the fabric layers Web material contact side provides and a second of the fabric layers provides a machine contact side and the fabric layers are connected by binding warp threads, wherein the first fabric layer is woven with at least 26 different Kettverläufen, wherein the binder warp threads not structure forming are integrated into the first fabric layer and bind to tethers on weft threads of the first fabric layer and the tethers are distributed irregularly within a warp / weft repeat.

According to the invention, the warp threads woven into the first fabric layer and the weft threads of the first fabric layer have a maximum float length of 3 and at least two, preferably all, of the at least 26 different warp thread courses are not formed by shifting another kerf thread course in the warp direction.

There are so-called non-structure forming warp threads can be provided, which are not primarily involved in the Bahnmaterialkontaktseite providing fabric layer and set only at a few points, so-called attachment points, via weft threads of the first fabric layer and in this way the connection of different fabric layers together realize.

By providing at least 26 different warp courses, ie at least 26 different types, such as the warp threads also tied into the first fabric layer with respect to the weft threads of the first fabric layers, a very long repeat length is produced which extends over at least 26 warp threads. This, in turn, makes it possible to position either the exchange points in so-called structure-forming binder warp yarn pairs or the tie sites with non-structure binding warp yarns within a respective warp / weft repeat with great freedom of variation, thus avoiding the occurrence of a regular pattern of such exchange sites or tethers and thus these places are irregularly distributed in a respective rapport.

The first fabric layer (G1) can be 32 or more, 38 or more or 45 or more different warp courses.

Advantageously, within at least half of the weft threads at least one replacement point is present within a warp / weft repeat.

On the one hand to achieve a stable connection of the fabric layers to each other, but on the other hand to achieve a possible irregular distribution of tethers of non-structure binding warp threads, it is proposed that each non-forming binder warp within a warp / weft repeat at least two tethers in the first fabric layer and that at most two, preferably no, non-structure binding warp threads are all tethers at the same weft threads of the first fabric layer. It can further be provided that within a warp / weft repeat maximum of three non-forming binding warp threads are present, in which all tethers are at the same weft yarns of the first fabric layer.

Even with the non-structural binding warp threads, the irregularity of the distribution of the binding sites within a warp / weft repeat can be increased by at least one tying point is present within a warp / weft repeat at least half of the weft threads of the first fabric layer.

The other fabric layer may be the second fabric layer, which generally means that such a fabric tape is then constructed with two fabric layers.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the number of non-structural binding warp threads is less than or equal to the number of warp threads not contributing to the connection of the fabric layers in the first fabric layer.

In order to produce a comparatively high density of warp threads and weft threads and a correspondingly dense weave structure, in particular on the web material contact side, it is proposed that the number of warp threads of the first fabric layer is greater than or equal to the number of warp threads of the second fabric layer. For this purpose, it can further be provided that the number of weft threads of the first fabric layer is greater than or equal to the number of weft threads of the second fabric layer.

Preferably, all the warp threads within a Kettrapportes on different warp courses.

Furthermore contributes to a reduced tendency to mark that in the fabric tape according to the invention at least half of the warp yarns woven into the first fabric layer structure and the weft yarns of the first fabric layer with respect to each other formed floats has a float length of less than 3.

According to the invention, a very irregular bonding pattern will be obtained, that at least two, preferably all, of at least 26 different Kettfadenverläufe not formed by moving another Kettfadenverlaufes in the warp direction.

The use of at least 26 shanks generally means that at least 26 different warp yarn courses are also generated with the consequence of a correspondingly long warp repeat.

The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying figures. Show it:

An embodiment of a fabric tape constructed according to the invention or a binding structure for this is in the Fig. 1 and 2a to 2g shown. Again, the shows Fig. 1 again a warp / weft repeat R, which here forms over 36 structure forming in the first fabric layer G1 woven warp threads and 42 weft threads both the first fabric layer G1 and the second fabric layer G2. The connection of the two fabric layers G1 and G2 takes place here by binding warp threads BK, which are woven in the substantial area of their extension exclusively in the second fabric layer G2, so there over or under the weft threads 1 to 42 of this second fabric layer G2 set. At so-called tying points A ', however, these binding warp threads BK bind with weft threads of the first fabric layer G1. In the case of the binding warp thread BK arranged between the two warp threads 1 and 2 of the first fabric layer G1, these binding sites A 'are respectively formed on the weft threads 2, 20 and 35 of the first fabric layer G1. That is, there the binder warp BK extends over the weft threads of the first fabric layer G1. Before and after that, he changes from the second fabric layer G2 back to the first fabric layer G1 or back to the second fabric layer G2. Since these binding warp threads appear on the surface of the first fabric layer G1 only in the region of the binding sites A ', but otherwise do not appear in the first fabric layer G1, they are not referred to as forming structure, as they do not make a noticeable contribution to the structure of the first fabric layer G1 deliver.

Also in the in the Fig. 1 and 2a to 2g shown binding structure is provided for as large as possible irregularity. First of all, this contributes to the fact that the first fabric layer is woven with a multitude of different warp courses. This refers first to the structure forming in the first fabric layer G1 occurring warp threads Ko, which in Fig. 1 are numbered 1 to 36. All warp courses of these 36 warp yarns Ko differ in each case by different setting patterns with the weft threads 1 to 42 of the first fabric layer G1, whereby here too none of the warp courses solely by shifting another warp course in the warp direction can be generated. Also for the binding warp threads, which only appear at the attachment sites A 'in the first fabric layer G1, different warp courses are selected, which among other things leads to a completely irregular distribution of the attachment sites A' being produced. Thus, for such a warp / weft repeat, there are 18 such non-structure binding warp threads BK, so that the total number of warp courses of warp yarns Ko and BK which appear in the first fabric layer G1 is again 54. This, combined with the three different warp courses for the warp threads Ku woven into only the second fabric layer G2, leads to a total number of 57 different warp courses within one warp / weft repeat. Even such a fabric or such a binding structure thus requires the use of a high-shaft machine with at least 57 shanks.

Furthermore, it should be understood that, of course, in the in the Fig. 1 and 2a to 2g with regard to the floating structure of the warp threads used in the first fabric layer G1 structure, ie the warp yarns Ko and the weft threads 1 to 42 of the first fabric layer woven therewith, the same applies as in the preceding embodiment. Again, the maximum float length should not exceed 3. For example, such a floating over 3 wefts floats the warp Ko 29 in the Fig. 2f recognizable. The majority of the floats is chosen so that it extends over a maximum of two other threads, ie warp or weft threads.

Regarding the irregular positioning of the attachment locations A 'within a respective repeat R, it should also be stated here that these are preferably selected such that the attachment locations A' do not lie with the same weft threads in each case with more than a maximum of three binding warp threads BK. If such binding warp threads are present, which have all attachment points A 'on the same weft threads, as well as other binding warp threads BK, it should be ensured that they are not directly next to each other, but instead are separated by at least one differently bound binding warp thread. Also, care should be taken that, as in the Fig. 1 It can be seen that as many as possible of the weft threads present in such a rapport R have binding sites A '. At least half of the weft yarns should each set with a binding warp BK to form such a binding point A '.

In the manner described above, therefore, a binding structure for a fabric belt for a machine for producing web material, such as paper or cardboard, can be generated, on the one hand by providing very large reports and on the other hand by a very irregular distribution, for example, the exchange points A or the binding sites A 'within the respective rapportees the occurrence of regular bond patterns is suppressed as far as possible. This also contributes to a very short fleet length. As a result, a cloth tape can be obtained in which not only the marking tendency is reduced but also a very uniform compound of the fabric layers distributed over the entire cloth tape can be obtained with each other.

Finally, it should be noted that, of course, the illustrated examples with 54 different Kettverläufen of in the first, so the web material contact side providing fabric layer is not limiting for the present invention. Even smaller numbers of Kettverläufen or shafts used in the weaving process can be used to produce comparatively large rapports. Thus, of course, a certain number of warp courses can be repeated within a respective repeat, so that, for example, with 26 different warp courses, it is also possible to produce repeats which extend over 40 or more warp threads or structure-forming warp thread pairs. The number of 26 different Kettverläufen has proved to be advantageous. It is also conceivable, as a lower limit number 30 different warp courses or to use 36 different warp courses, which leads to correspondingly larger reports.

The above-described fabric tape constructed according to the invention can also be used in particular in the production of voluminous paper, in particular tissue paper, also commonly referred to as tissue or bulk tissue. In association with such bulky paper, that is, having a lower basis weight, then the warp and weft specifications may be selected, e.g. the related sizes of density and diameter of the warp threads and also the weft threads.
