Durch die Einprägungen 8 sind von der Unterseite des gekrümmten Abschnittes 5 des Kragens 2 Vorsprünge 9 gebildet. Durch den Einprägevorgang ist bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel das Material des Ösenteils 1 durchbrochen, so dass die Vorsprünge 9 eine zentrale Durchbrechung 10 aufweisen. Die Vorsprünge 9 haben einen kegelstumpfförmigen Habitus. Das in den Figuren dargestellte untere Ende der Vorsprünge 9 dient als Andruckfläche 11. Die Andruckfläche 11 des dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels ist ringförmig ausgebildet. Je nach Ausgestaltung der Einprägung zum Ausbilden von Vorsprüngen kann es vorkommen, dass ein solcher Vorsprung im Bereich seines unteren Endes zerteilt ist. Claims (8)
- Eye component for inserting into a material web in order to form an eyelet, said eye component (1, 16) having a ring-shaped neck (3, 19) surrounding a neck opening (4) and a collar (2, 21) formed from the neck opening (4), characterised in that the collar (2, 21) of the eye component (1, 16) has several projections (9, 20) pointing in a longitudinal direction of the neck (3, 19) each with a pressure surface (11, 22) at the free end, so that a bordered section (7, 25) of the neck (3, 19) can operate, by the insertion of the material web (12, 23, 28), against the pressure surfaces (11, 22) of the projections (9, 20) of the collar (2, 21).
