Die Gewindehülse 14 weist an ihrem dem Lager 12 zugewandten freien Ende eine Auftulpung 23 auf (Fig. 5, 6), welche aus dem Lager 12 herausragt. Diese Auftulpung 23 ist mit einer Innenverzahnung 24 versehen, welche mit einer komplementären Verzahnung 25 an einem Klemmelement 26 zusammenwirkt. Das Klemmelement 26 wird nun mittels einer Schraube 27 radial nach außen gegen ein Haltelement 28 gezogen, wodurch die Verzahnungen 24, 25 miteinander in Eingriff geraten. Da das Halteelement 28 in einer noch zu beschreibenden Weise gehalten ist, ist damit auch die Gewindehülse 14 in ihrer Drehwinkellage fixiert.
