Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement with a circular scissor device for cutting a flat blank and arranged in the transport direction of the blank downstream of the circular scissors device Book Covering machine for obtaining the flat blank, wherein the book cover machine has a feed station and a Georgia glassstation and wherein the feed station for supplying a cut flat blank to the downstream merge station and the merge station are configured to merge the flat blank with a cover.
  • Buchele machines of the company Hörauf are state of the art.
  • a one-piece or multi-part blank is provided in cycles at several workstations with a reference.
  • the finished, pre-cut blanks can be used as book covers or for file folders or game plans.
  • a book cover in which a multi-part blank is needed, it may be provided to supply the ready-cut blanks in stacked form of the device.
  • Buchremsschinen containing a circle scissors By the Circular shears, the blanks are cut directly into the book cover machine in two or three parts, so that, depending on the requirement, a part for the front and back of the book and possibly for the spine is cut.
  • the invention has for its object to provide an arrangement which has a higher flexibility with changing use requirements.
  • the object is achieved in that the circular scissor device and the book cover machine have mutually adapted fastening means for coupling and uncoupling the circular scissor device and the book cover machine, and that the circular scissor device Transport means for direct feeding of the cut flat blank to the feed station of the book cover machine has.
  • the circular shears device has attachment means for easy coupling to the device, which are adapted to the fastening means of the device accordingly.
  • the fastening means can be designed to be arbitrary.
  • fastening means which contain bolts, conical pins or stops for reproducible positioning.
  • they also contain a clamping device.
  • a circular scissors device for easy coupling and uncoupling to a device for obtaining a flat blank with a reference has the advantage that the device is very flexible.
  • the Umrüstaufwand such a device in a format change is significantly reduced. If the circular shear is not needed, it can easily be decoupled and removed from the book cover machine, providing more direct access and improved accessibility when operating without a circular shear device.
  • the dockable circular scissors device offers the advantage that the circular scissors device can be set in still decoupled state already on the new format while the book cover machine is still producing.
  • the production downtime during the format changeover of the book cover machine is thereby reduced to the set-up time, which is necessary for the conversion of the work stations in the book cover machine. Since the set-up time, which is necessary to set up the circular shears device, has a high proportion of the set-up time, which is required for the rest of the machine, the production downtime of the book cover machine is considerably reduced.
  • the engageable circular scissor device has transport means which allow a direct feeding of the cut blank to the device.
  • direct feeding is intended to mean that the cut cut in the circular shears device blank is cyclically transferred in time to the book cover machine and preferably without significant change in direction to the book cover machine.
  • direct feeding means that the blanks are transferred one-by-one to the device in succession, and then further processed individually by the blanks. The blank is always guided during the transfer by means of transport and there is no intermediate storage of the cut blanks in the form of a stack.
  • the device has a control, with which the couplable circular scissors device can be connected.
  • the circular scissor device advantageously contains its own drive, which can be connected to the control of the device when coupling, preferably via a plug connection.
  • the control of the device registers whether a circular scissors device is coupled and thereby enables the operation of the device with or without circular shear device.
  • the circular scissor device has at least two wheels on which it is movable on the floor when connecting and disconnecting.
  • the circular scissor device can be very easy to move when connecting and disconnecting without special aids.
  • a device for obtaining a flat lying, preferably made of cardboard blank with a reference is described, as it can be used in particular when producing a book cover.
  • the device has attachment means for easy coupling of a circular scissor device.
  • the coupled circular scissor device contains transport means for directly feeding the cut blank to the device.
  • FIG. 1 a device 1 for obtaining a flat blank 2 with a reference 3 is shown.

  • the blank 2 is usually made of cardboard and can be formed one or more parts.
  • the device 1 contains a plurality of processing stations 4 to 7 through which the blank 2 is cyclically transported in the transport direction A. Depending on the requirement, the number of processing stations can be quite different. The work steps to be performed are known per se and will therefore be described only briefly below.
  • a stack of blanks 2 is inserted.
  • the blanks 2 are separated by means of transport 8 and fed to a Georgialite5.
  • the transport means 8 contains a plurality of slides 9 and guide rails 10.
  • the blank 2 of the blank stack lying at the bottom is taken along in the transport direction A.
  • the overlying blanks 2 are retained by a stop bar 11.
  • a dashed line 3 is removed from a stack, provided with glue and merged with the blank 2.
  • the blank 2 provided with the cover 3 is further transported in a subsequent working cycle into a wrapping station 6 in which the protruding edges 12 of the cover 3 are wrapped, ie wrapped around the edge of the blank 2.
  • the turned-in edges 13 of the cover 3 can be pressed once again by a pressing roller pair, not shown.
  • the transport of the provided with the reference 3 blank 2 of the Georgia Industriesstation 5 through the processing stations 6 and 7 is carried out by means not shown, which may include attached to a belt gripper, for example.
  • the processing stations 4 to 7 of the device 1 are arranged in a machine frame 14, which is placed on the floor 15.
  • the machine frame 14 of the drive 16 is housed for the device 1, which contains at least one electric motor for generating the necessary movements of the working means in the processing stations 4 to 7 and the means of transport.
  • the drive 16 is controlled by a controller 17.
  • the device 1 is prepared so that it can optionally also be operated with a circular shears device 18.
  • the circular shears device 18 will be explained in more detail below.
  • fastening means 19 are provided on the device 1.
  • the fastening means 19 are in FIG. 1 indicated in the region of the feed station 4 on the machine frame 14.
  • the fastening means 19 are easily detachable and allow a reproducible positioning of the circular shears device 18 during coupling.
  • the fastening means 19 preferably contain at least one bolt or conical pin and a clamping device.
  • a plug connection 20 is provided on the controller 17 of the device, by means of which the circular shears device 18 can be connected to the controller 17 during coupling to the device 1.
  • the circular shear device 18 is shown schematically.
  • the circular shears device 18 essentially consists of a magazine 21, a circular knife station 22, transport means 23 and a frame 24.
  • the circular shears device 18 can be moved on the floor 15 via four wheels 25 attached to the frame 24.
