- the engaged portion 3b of each of the end-only bending tools 3 21 , 3 22 and the engaging portion 23b of the movable-side abutting member 23 can be freely engaged with and disengaged from each other in a direction orthogonal to the traveling member traveling direction. Consequently, the pusher 26a and the end tool pusher mechanism 55 perform an operation of pushing the end-only bending tools 3 21 , 3 22 for engagement or disengagement.
- the bending machine with the bending tool length adjusting mechanism configured as described above thus provides a certain degree of freedom for the form of length adjustment of the bending tools 3.
- the bending tool group 3A has the end-only bending tools 3 1 . 3 2 , positioned at the opposite ends thereof.
- the end of the arrangement of the bending tool group at the tip surface of each of the end-only bending tools 3 1 , 3 2 constitutes the curved surface portion 3a exhibiting a curved line in a cross section in the bending tool arranging direction. Consequently, the opposite ends of the bending tool group 3A can be rounded even with a variation in the length of the bending tool group 3A.
- the abutting member moving mechanism 24 is able to move the end-only bending tool 32 located farther from the bending machine main body 1, to the position where the end-only bending tool lies away from the end of the maximum arranging length of the bending tools 3 on the bending tool storage mount 25. This allows the middle bending tools 3 to be smoothly changed without posing any problem such as interference, while using the end-only bending tool 3 2 .

Claims (3)
- Machine à courber avec un mécanisme de réglage de la longueur de l'outil de pliage, la machine à courber ayant un groupe d'outils de pliage (3A) comprenant plusieurs outils de pliage (3) agencés en une ligne, et un mécanisme d'entraînement de presse (6) qui relève et abaisse un matériau de plaque (W) relativement au groupe d'outils de pliage (3A), ledit groupe d'outils de pliage (3A) exécutant un processus de pliage sur ledit matériau de plaque (W), ledit mécanisme de réglage (2) de la longueur de l'outil de pliage réglant la longueur dudit groupe d'outils de pliage (3A) dans une direction d'agencement des outils de pliage,
la machine à courber étant caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de réglage (2) de la longueur de l'outil de pliage comprend un élément de déplacement (21), sur lequel ledit groupe d'outils de pliage (3A) est placé, et qui rentre dans, et sort d'un corps principal de machine à courber (1) dans ladite direction d'agencement des outils de pliage, le corps principal (1) de la machine à courber comprenant ledit mécanisme d'entraînement de presse (6), une paire d'éléments de butée (22, 23) qui est prévue sur l'élément de déplacement (21) et contre laquelle butent les extrémités opposées du groupe d'outils de pliage (3A) sur l'élément de déplacement (21), un mécanisme de déplacement d'éléments de butée (24) qui déplace un ou les deux éléments de butée (22, 23) dans la direction d'agencement des outils de pliage par rapport à l'élément de déplacement (21), un montage de stockage d'outils de pliage (25) qui est réalisé à l'extérieur dudit corps principal (1) de la machine à courber le long d'un chemin de déplacement pour l'élément de déplacement (21) et sur lequel des outils de pliage supplémentaires non inclus dans ledit groupe d'outils de pliage (3A) sont placés en juxtaposition le long dudit chemin de déplacement, un mécanisme de poussée de déchargement (26) qui pousse les outils de pliage sur ledit élément de déplacement (21) sur ledit montage de stockage d'outils de pliage (25), et un mécanisme de poussée de placement (27) qui place n'importe quel nombre d'outils de pliage (3) sur ledit montage de stockage d'outils de pliage (25) sur ledit élément de déplacement (21). - Machine à courber avec un mécanisme de réglage (2) de la longueur d'outil de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit groupe d'outils de pliage (3A) sur ledit élément de déplacement (21) possède des outils de pliage extrémité-seulement positionnés aux extrémités opposées dudit groupe d'outils de pliage (3A), et une extrémité d'un agencement du groupe d'outils de pliage (3A) à une surface de pointe de l'outil de pliage extrémité-seulement constitue une portion de surface courbée présentant une ligne courbée en section transversale dans la direction d'agencement des outils de pliage, et en ce que ledit mécanisme de déplacement d'éléments de butée (24) est apte à déplacer l'outil de pliage extrémité-seulement situé plus loin du corps principal (1) de la machine à courber à une position où l'outil de pliage extrémité-seulement se trouve à une distance d'une extrémité d'une longueur d'agencement maximum des outils de pliage sur ledit montage de stockage d'outils de pliage (25).
- Machine à courber avec un mécanisme de réglage de la longueur d'outil de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit mécanisme de poussée de placement (27) comprend une pluralité de tiges de poussée (41) agencées en juxtaposition le long de positions de réglage d'outil de pliage sur ledit montage de stockage d'outils de pliage (25), et à une position opposée audit chemin de déplacement, un élément de pivotement sans fin (42) situé d'une manière opposée audit chemin de déplacement de sorte qu'un chemin de pivotement pour l'élément de pivotement sans fin (42) s'étend le long d'un agencement des tiges de poussée (41), un mécanisme de déplacement vers l'avant et vers l'arrière (43) de l'élément pivotant qui déplace l'élément pivotant sans fin (42) vers l'avant et vers l'arrière vers lesdites tiges de poussée (41), et une pluralité d'éléments de poussée sélectifs (48) qui sont réalisés dans une partie dudit élément de pivotement sans fin (42) dans sa direction longitudinale et en juxtaposition dans la direction longitudinale, les éléments de poussée sélectifs (48) poussant lesdites tiges de poussée (41) par suite du mouvement dudit élément de pivotement sans fin (42) exécuté par ledit mécanisme de déplacement vers l'avant et vers l'arrière (43) de l'élément de pivotement.
