Description

The invention relates to a coke oven operating device of a coke ejecting machine and / or Koksüberleitmaschine a coke oven having a plurality of juxtaposed coke oven, designed for collecting and removing Schlabberkoks in or out of the range of a master cast of the coke oven, with a at least one coke scoop having blade means, wherein Coke bucket in a Auffangstellung for catching the Schlabberkokses and the frame cleaning residues is disposed below a furnace door of the coking chamber near the ground of the master gear. Moreover, the invention relates to a coke oven operating machine with a coke oven operating device of the aforementioned type.

Coke ovens consist of a plurality of disk-like coking chambers, which are arranged side by side in a long row. Following coking of coal, the coke is discharged from the furnace with a coke-blowing machine. The necessary opening and closing of the furnace doors on the side of the coke ejecting machine is automatically carried out by the coke ejecting machine. The coke pushed out of the furnace by the coke-blowing machine is directed into a coke-fire vehicle by the cake guide integrated on a coke-transfer machine. The required opening and closing of the furnace doors on the side of Koksüberleitmaschine is automatically carried out by the Koksüberleitmaschine.

When opening the furnace doors for the Ausdrückvorgang fall on both the side of the Koksausdrückmaschine and on the side of Koksüberleitmaschine larger amounts of Schlabberkoks, which must be removed from the range of the respective master gear.

To catch Schlabberkoks coke oven control devices of the type described above are known from the prior art, wherein the coke bucket is arranged in a Auffangstellung below a furnace door of the coking chamber near the bottom of the master gear and the Coke bucket from the Auffangstellung into a discharge position can be transferred. When transferring the collecting position into the emptying position, the coke shovel is lifted from the ground-level region of the master conveyor and pivoted into a position required for the subsequent rear emptying.

JP-A-51 112805 and JP-A-62 04879 disclose devices for catching slack coke.

A disadvantage of the known coke oven operating devices of the type described above is that released from the collected with the coke bucket Schlabberkoks in the coke bucket Störs and pollutants as emissions that are not detected by the usually provided on the Koksausdrückmaschine and / or Koksüberleitmaschine suction , In addition to dusts, these emissions include, in particular, vapor, gas or smoke emissions. In part, the coke bucket for extinguishing captured Schlabberkoks is at least partially filled with water that evaporates when collecting hot Schlabberkoks. The extinguishing of Schlabberkokses is basically possible with and without water. Together with the vapor, in addition to particles, gaseous pollutants are discharged from the interior of the coke shovel into the surrounding area of the coke shovel.

The object of the present invention is to avoid the above disadvantages.

The aforementioned object is achieved in a coke oven operating device of the type described above in that at least one suction device is provided on and / or in the coke bucket for sucking released in the region of the coke bucket emissions according to claim 1. At this point, the invention is based on the idea of directly detecting the emissions released in the region of the coke bucket, before it can essentially lead to a transfer of the emissions from the interior of the coke bucket into the environment. Preferably, it is provided that the resulting emissions are substantially completely detected and can not enter the surrounding area.

Preferably, the suction device is provided on a longitudinal side of the coke bucket, in particular on both longitudinal sides of the coke bucket. Thereby In a simple way, it is possible to largely completely detect the emissions released inside the coke bucket and to prevent the transfer of emissions into the surrounding area. In addition, the emptying of the collected excess coal and the captured Schlabberkokses is not hindered by the suction device. Moreover, it is not necessary that the suction device extends over the entire longitudinal side of the coke bucket. It is sufficient in principle that the suction device extends only over a partial region of the longitudinal side, preferably over a front portion of the longitudinal side. As well, of course, it is also possible that a suction device is provided at the front of the coke bucket or that the suction device extends over the two longitudinal sides and the front of the coke bucket.

In order to largely completely detect the emissions released in the coke bucket irrespective of the degree of filling of the coke bucket, in a preferred embodiment of the invention the suction device or its suction opening is provided in the area of the upper edge of the bucket or in the region of the upper edge of a side wall of the coke bucket the suction device is connected. In this case, to further improve the suction, the side wall of the coke bucket having a downwardly angled or rounded edge, which facilitates the detection of emissions released in the interior of the coke bucket. This also ensures that it comes essentially to the exhaust of the released inside the coke shovel emissions and that the proportion of the also detected air flow from the environment is kept as low as possible.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that at least one suction opening of the suction device extends over the entire length of the side wall connected to the suction device. This ensures a uniform detection of emissions over the entire longitudinal side of the side wall. The suction opening of the suction device is directed into the interior of the coke bucket, which further promotes the detection of emissions released inside the coke bucket.

The suction device may preferably be formed as a vortex hood in order to ensure the most uniform possible detection on the entire blade length and a high suction power with a small size of the suction. For dimensioning the vortex hood, the necessary acquisition volume flow must be determined by the method of volume budgeting.

If the suction device is designed as a vortex hood suction device, an inner guide surface of the suction device can be formed by a preferably inclined sidewall of the coke shovel. The guide surface is intended to direct the emissions released in the interior of the coke bucket in the direction of the suction opening of the suction device. In this context, it can further be provided that the side wall of the coke bucket and the swirl hood are integrally formed, wherein the upper edge of the side wall of the shape of a swirl hood can be bent inwardly accordingly. If the guide surface and the vortex hood are integrally formed from a side wall of the coke bucket, this contributes to a simple design of the coke oven operating device according to the invention. However, the invention also allows for, if necessary, that a suction device connected to a side wall or a front wall of the coke bucket, for example screwed or welded, which allows a later retrofitting of the coke bucket of a coke oven operation device with a suction device.

Depending on the embodiment, the cross section of the vortex hood may be formed partially cylindrical or polygonal, wherein in both forms, an end portion of the vortex hood may be retracted to the central axis of the vortex hood to achieve a desired constriction of the flow before entering the region of the suction opening.

If a vortex hood is provided as the suction device, it may have at least two suction points. For example, it is possible that at least two guided through the jacket of the vortex hood and projecting into the hood drain pipes are provided, that the drain pipes are connected to a suction and fluidly represent each a double sink, wherein the drain pipes in such a spaced are arranged that results in each case a swirl flow between adjacent drain pipes. This ensures a particularly high extraction capacity with low energy consumption of the extraction system.

The detection volume flow of the suction device is composed of the emission volume flow, usually a pollutant-air mixture, and air flows induced from the environment. According to the invention it is therefore provided that the detection volume flow of the suction device is greater than the emission volume flow in the height of the suction device. This can be ensured in any case that the released inside the coke scoop contaminated air streams are substantially completely detected. The size of the detection volumetric flow depends inter alia on the shape of the detection element of the suction device. From the emission volume flow at the level of the suction device or at the level of the suction opening, the detection volume flow is calculated in accordance with the following equation V ˙ 1 H = V ˙ 0 H σ

Das Verhältnis aus Erfassungsvolumenstrom zu Emissionsvolumenstrom beträgt in Höhe der Absaugeinrichtung folglich zwischen 1,1 bis 3,0, vorzugsweise ca. 1,5.In experiments that were carried out in connection with the invention, a value for the safety factor σ of 1.1 to 3.0, preferably of about 1.5, could be determined. The ratio of detection volumetric flow to emission volume flow at the level of the suction device is consequently between 1.1 and 3.0, preferably approximately 1.5.

The coke oven operating device according to the invention can be provided on the coke ejecting machine and / or on the coke transfer machine. The acquisition volume flow should preferably be between 3,000 m 3 / h and 5,000 m 3 / h be as long as the coke oven is provided on the coke pushing machine. On the coke transfer side of the coke oven, the detection volumetric flow can be between 2,000 m 3 / h and 4,000 / hm 3 , since as a rule the emission volume flow on the side of the coke transfer machine is lower than on the side of the coke extruder of the coke oven. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, a detection volume flow on the side of Koksausdrückmaschine of about 4,200 m 3 / h and on the side of Koksüberleitmaschine of about 3,000 m 3 / h could be determined.

In Fig. 1 a coke oven operating device 1 according to the invention is designed for picking up and removing slag coke in or out of the region of a master run 2 of a coke blowing machine not shown in detail of a coke oven having a plurality of adjacent coking chambers 3. The coke oven operating device 1 has a blade device 4 with at least one coke bucket 5, wherein the coke bucket 5 in Fig. 1 is arranged in a Auffangstellung for catching Schlabberkoks below a door opening of the coking chamber 3 near the ground of the master gear 2. In the transition region between the interior of the coking chamber 3 and the master gear 2, a chute 7 is provided, via the manner not shown from the interior of the coking chamber 3 during the Ausdrückvorgang escaping Schlabberkoks in the coke bucket 5 of the blade device 4 is transferred.

The coke oven operating device 1 also has a transfer device 8 for transferring the slag coke received by the coke bucket 5 into a collecting container 9. The contents of the coke bucket 5 can also be transferred to a bunker or on the side of Koksüberleitmaschine in a Kokskuchenfiihrungseinrichtung. The transfer device 8 has an inclined further slide 10, which is designed to be movable back and forth between the collecting container 9 and the blade device 4.

In Fig. 2 the vane device 4 is shown with the coke bucket 5 in a discharge position or basic position. The emptying takes place via the chute 10. Further, it is necessary for transferring the coke bucket 5 from the Auffangstellung to the emptying position to raise the coke bucket 5 from the bottom portion of the master gear 2 and to pivot around the pivot axis 11 for emptying. The extinguishing of the Schlabberkokses is possible with and without water.

In the Fig. 3 to 5 a vane device 4 of the coke oven operating device 1 according to the invention is shown. The vane device 4 has a coke bucket 5 with two suction devices 12 which are connected to the both longitudinal sides of the coke bucket 5 are provided. Incidentally, the coke bucket 5 has a construction known per se from the prior art. The same applies to the blade device 4. In the illustrated embodiment, it is further provided that the suction devices 12 extend substantially over the entire length of side walls 13 of the coke bucket 5 in the region of the substantially horizontal, but also obliquely extending blade upper edges and with the side walls 13 are connected. In addition to the side walls 13 further side walls 14 are provided, which are connected to the side walls 13 and obliquely upward. The invention also allows it, if necessary, that a further suction device may be provided on the front wall 15 of the coke bucket 5 or that the suction devices 12 over the entire longitudinal side of the coke bucket 5, ie over the entire length of the side walls 13, 14 in the area appropriately trained Shovel tops extend.

Schlabberkoks that has been collected during the Ausdrückvorgang is passed in a conventional manner on the rear wall 16 of the coke bucket 5 during the emptying process of the coke bucket 5 via the chute 10 into the collecting container 9. The suction devices 12 are provided for detecting emissions which are released by the slag coke collected during the squeezing process in the region of the coke scoop during collection and / or during emptying.

In order to ensure a direct as uniform as possible detection of emissions, 12 vortex hood suction devices are provided as suction. Each suction device 12 has at least one vortex hood 17. The vortex hoods 17 each have two projecting into the vortex hood 17 drain pipes 18, which are connected to a not shown in detail exhaust system and represent each fluidically a double sink. The drain pipes 18 are arranged at a distance from one another such that in each case a swirl flow results between adjacent drain pipes 18 during suction. This contributes to a high extraction capacity with low energy consumption of the extraction system.

As can be seen in particular Fig. 5 results, emissions generated by in Fig. 5 represented in the interior of the coke bucket 5 arranged coking 19 are released, fed via guide surfaces 20 suction 21 of the vortex hoods 17 and fed. The suction openings 21 extend substantially over the entire entire length of the side walls 13. This allows the largely complete version of emissions that are released inside the coke bucket 5. The guide surface 20 is formed by an upper portion of the side wall 13 of the coke bucket 5, wherein the swirl hood 17 of the suction device 12 and the side wall 13 of the coke bucket 5 may be integrally formed.

The suction openings 21 are directed into the interior of the coke bucket 5. Emissions, such as particles and / or gaseous, vaporous or smoky substances, flow over the guide surfaces 20 in the direction of the suction openings 21 and are detected substantially completely by the suction devices 12. In addition, 12 parts of the ambient air are also detected and sucked by the suction devices, wherein an air flow from the surrounding area of the coke bucket 5 in the direction of the suction openings 21 is formed. This makes it possible to keep the surrounding area of the coke bucket 5 largely free of pollutants and contaminants.

The side wall 13 is in the illustrated embodiment in the region of the upper blade edge substantially circular inwardly bent and forms the vortex hood 17 of the suction device 12. It is provided that the side wall 13 in the region of the suction opening 21 inwardly toward the central axis of the vortex hood 17 can be confiscated. As a result, the swirl flow generated between the drain pipes 18 is pushed inwardly before entering the region of the suction opening 21 in the interior of the vortex hood 17 and thereby accelerated, so that the dynamic pressure increases and the static pressure, which is responsible for the flow of emissions and air the interior of the coke bucket 5 and the environment is responsible, because of the constant total pressure drops.

Moreover, the invention allows, if necessary, at the location of vortex hood suction devices 12, other, known per se from the prior art suction for detecting and suction of Provide emissions to and / or in the coke bucket 5. Moreover, it is pointed out that the features disclosed and described in the claims and / or with reference to the drawings can be combined with each other, although this is not described in detail. The invention is not limited to the illustrated and described embodiment. The above value specifications and the specified intervals in each case capture all values, ie not just the lower limits or at intervals the interval limits, without this requiring an explicit mention.
