Abstract

ークス押出時にこぼれ落ちるコークスの回収装置に関す
るものである。 〈この発明が解消しようとする問題点〉この種のこぼれ
コークス回収装置としては特公昭60−19950号が
あるが、該公報は炉口下に定置したこぼれコークスの受
入れ槽をその場において傾倒回転してこぼれコークスを
コンベアー上に転載して、走行体に附設したホッパー上
に運び回収する構成のため、コンベアー上への転載と及
び移送の際に一部のコークスがこぼれ落ちるおそれがあ
り、ま九コンベアーを長大に設備することがさけられな
いという問題があった。作業床から炉底高さが少ない場
合設備できない。本発明はか\る問題点を解消しようと
するものである。 〈発明の構成〉 本発明はコークス炉の炉前全走行する走行体上に炉口方
向に張出す枠体を設け、据宜式こぼれコークス受入れ槽
を各炉口前に設置し、且つ鉄槽を後送する運搬機構を前
後方向に移動可能に設け、前記運搬機構の移動路の中間
上に前記受入れ楢の傾倒機構を設けて、こぼれコークス
を傾倒機構下に設けるホッパー内に落入させ回収するよ
うにしたこぼれコークスの回収装置にある0 〈実施例〉 以下図面に基づいて実施例を説明する。 コークス炉1の炉前全走行する走行体2に炉前後方向に
