Claims (15)

  1. Procédé d'amélioration du passage de véhicules, chaque véhicule (1) étant abonné à un service de prévention des accidents de circulation pour les services d'urgence, le véhicule (1) possédant :
    - des moyens (2) pour déterminer la position du véhicule, et
    - un terminal (3), qui est utilisable pour accéder à un réseau à accès sans fil (4) assurant la gestion du service et qui est connecté aux moyens (2) pour déterminer la position du véhicule, ce qui permet par conséquent d'avoir accès aux informations fournies par lesdits moyens (2) ;
    caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :
    a- le terminal (3) du véhicule (1) envoie une demande au réseau à accès sans fil (4) afin de s'abonner au service, tout en envoyant les données suivantes en conjonction avec ladite demande :
    - la position du véhicule (1) ;
    - l'identifiant du service qui est en train d'être demandé ; et
    - un identifiant inédit du véhicule (1) ;
    b- le réseau à accès sans fil (4) vérifie la validation de l'abonnement du terminal (3) ;
    c- le réseau à accès sans fil (4) envoie au terminal (3) du véhicule (1) :
    - un identifiant temporaire dudit terminal (3) ;
    - les coordonnées d'au moins un point de référence (6) ;
    - un identifiant dudit au moins un point de référence (6) ; et
    - la distance D jusqu'audit au moins un point de référence (6) auquel le terminal (3) doit entrer en contact avec le réseau à accès sans fil (4) ;
    d- le terminal (3) du véhicule (1) calcule périodiquement la distance d à partir dudit véhicule (1) jusqu'audit au moins un point de référence (6), et
    e- dans le cas où d<=D pour ledit au moins un point de référence (6) :
    - ledit terminal (3) envoie au réseau à accès sans fil (4) : la position du véhicule (1) ; l'identifiant dudit au moins un point de référence (6) pour lequel l'expression d<=D est satisfaite ; et l'identifiant temporaire du terminal (1), le réseau à accès sans fil (4) stockant lesdites données de terminal dans une base de données ;
    - le réseau à accès sans fil (4) informe les véhicules restants (7), qui se trouvent dans les limites d'une distance prédéterminée à partir dudit au moins un point de référence (6) pour lequel l'expression d<=D est satisfaite pour le véhicule (1), de la présence du véhicule d'urgence (1).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, les véhicules restants (7) circulant sur le réseau routier et participant au service possédant des moyens (10) pour effectuer la détermination de la position et un terminal (11) offrant un accès au réseau à accès sans fil (4) et offrant un accès aux informations fournies par lesdits moyens, caractérisé en ce que le réseau (4) informe lesdits véhicules restants (7) de la présence du véhicule d'urgence (1) par l'intermédiaire de leurs propres terminaux (11), en leur envoyant des paramètres de sécurité qu'ils doivent respecter et facultativement un message nécessitant une action spécifique de leur part.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, les données envoyées en conjonction avec ladite demande d'abonnement englobant en outre :
    - une clé d'accès au service associé à cet identifiant inédit ; et
    - le sens de circulation.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, lors de l'étape e), le terminal (3) envoyant de façon complémentaire au réseau à accès sans fil (4) le sens de circulation du véhicule (1).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réseau envoie périodiquement un nouvel identifiant temporaire au véhicule d'urgence.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le véhicule d'urgence (1) envoie au réseau (4) sa position, son identifiant temporaire et facultativement son sens de circulation lorsqu'un tel réseau le lui demande.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le véhicule (1) abonné au service termine son abonnement audit service dans l'un quelconque des cas suivants :
    - si ledit véhicule (1) n'entre pas en contact avec le réseau dans les limites d'un intervalle de temps prédéterminé TEXP ; ou
    - si ledit véhicule (1) envoie au réseau une demande visant à terminer l'abonnement au service.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, le véhicule ayant volontairement terminé son abonnement, caractérisé en ce que le terminal (3) du véhicule envoie les données suivantes au réseau afin de souscrire un nouvel abonnement :
    - la position du véhicule (1) ;
    - l'identifiant du service qui est en train d'être demandé ;
    - l'identifiant temporaire dudit terminal (3) ;
    et facultativement :
    - le sens de circulation;
    le réseau (4) vérifiant ensuite que la période de validité dudit identifiant inédit n'a pas expiré.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'étape d), et lorsque d>D, le terminal TE (3) envoie au réseau (4) la position du véhicule (1), son identifiant temporaire et facultativement son sens de circulation.
  10. Procédé d'amélioration du passage de véhicules, chaque véhicule (1) étant abonné à un service de prévention des accidents de circulation pour les services d'urgence, le véhicule possédant :
    - des moyens (2) pour déterminer la position du véhicule, et
    - un terminal (3), qui est utilisable pour accéder à un réseau à accès sans fil (4) assurant la gestion du service et qui est connecté aux moyens (2) pour déterminer la position du véhicule, ce qui permet par conséquent d'avoir accès aux informations fournies par lesdits moyens (2) ;
    caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :
    a- le terminal (3) du véhicule (1) envoie une demande au réseau à accès sans fil (4) afin de s'abonner au service, tout en envoyant les données suivantes en conjonction avec ladite demande :
    - la position du véhicule (1) ;
    - l'identifiant du service qui est en train d'être demandé ; et
    - un identifiant inédit du véhicule (1) ;
    b- le réseau à accès sans fil (4) vérifie la validation de l'abonnement du terminal (3) ;
    c- le réseau à accès sans fil (4) envoie au terminal (3) du véhicule (1) :
    - un identifiant temporaire dudit terminal (3) ;
    d- le terminal (3) du véhicule d'urgence (1) envoie périodiquement au réseau à accès sans fil (4) :
    - l'identifiant temporaire dudit terminal (3) ; et
    - la position du véhicule (1) ;
    e- le réseau (4) calcule la distance d à partir du véhicule (1) jusqu'à au moins un point de référence (6) positionné dans le réseau routier, et
    f- dans le cas où d<=D pour ledit au moins un point de référence (6), le réseau à accès sans fil (4) informe les véhicules restants (7), qui se trouvent dans les limites d'une distance prédéterminée à partir dudit au moins un point de référence (6) pour lequel l'expression d<=D est satisfaite pour le véhicule (1), de la présence du véhicule (1).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, les véhicules restants (7) circulant sur le réseau routier et participant au service possédant des moyens (10) pour effectuer la détermination de la position et un terminal (11) offrant un accès au réseau à accès sans fil (4) et offrant un accès aux informations fournies par lesdits moyens, caractérisé en ce que le réseau (4) informe lesdits véhicules restants (7) de la présence du véhicule (1) par l'intermédiaire de leurs propres terminaux (11), en leur envoyant des paramètres de sécurité qu'ils doivent respecter et facultativement un message nécessitant une action spécifique de leur part.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le réseau envoie périodiquement un nouvel identifiant temporaire au véhicule.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le véhicule (1) envoie au réseau (4) sa position, son identifiant temporaire et facultativement son sens de circulation lorsqu'un tel réseau le lui demande.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le véhicule (1) abonné au service termine son abonnement audit service dans l'un quelconque des cas suivants :
    - si ledit véhicule (1) n'entre pas en contact avec le réseau dans les limites d'un intervalle de temps prédéterminé TEXP ; ou
    - si ledit véhicule (1) envoie au réseau une demande visant à terminer l'abonnement au service.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, le véhicule (1) ayant volontairement terminé son abonnement, caractérisé en ce que le terminal (3) du véhicule (1) envoie les données suivantes au réseau afin de souscrire un nouvel abonnement :
    - la position du véhicule (1) ;
    - l'identifiant du service qui est en train d'être demandé ;
    - l'identifiant temporaire dudit terminal (3) ;
    et facultativement :
    - le sens de circulation ;
    le réseau (4) vérifiant ensuite que la période de validité dudit identifiant temporaire n'a pas expiré.
