Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Verbessern der Durchfahrt für Fahrzeuge, wobei jedes Fahrzeug (1) bei einem Verkehrsunfallverhütungsdienst für Notfallfahrzeuge angemeldet ist, wobei das Fahrzeug (1) Folgendes aufweist:- Mittel (2) zum Ermitteln der Position des Fahrzeugs, und- ein Endgerät (3), mit dem Zugang zu einem drahtlosen Zugangsnetz (4) erhalten werden kann, das den Dienst verwaltet und das mit dem Mittel (2) zum Ermitteln der Position des Fahrzeugs verbunden ist, um dadurch Zugang zu den von dem genannten Mittel (2) bereitgestellten Informationen zu haben;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Verfahren die folgenden Schritte beinhaltet:a) Senden, durch das Endgerät (3) des Fahrzeugs (1), einer Dienstanforderung zu dem drahtlosen Zugangsnetz (4), Senden der folgenden Daten mit der genannten Anforderung:- die Position des Fahrzeugs (1);- die Kennung des angeforderten Dienstes; und- eine eindeutige Kennung des Fahrzeugs (1);b) Prüfen, durch das drahtlose Zugangsnetz (4), der Gültigkeit der Anmeldung des Endgeräts (3);c) Senden, durch das drahtlose Zugangsnetz (4), der folgenden Informationen zum Endgerät (3) des Fahrzeugs (1):- eine vorübergehende Kennung des genannten Endgeräts (3);- die Koordinaten von wenigstens einem Referenzpunkt (6);- eine Kennung des wenigstens einen Referenzpunkts (6); und- die Entfernung D zu dem wenigstens einen Referenzpunkt (6), an dem das Endgerät (3) Kontakt mit dem drahtlosen Zugangsnetz (4) aufnehmen muss;d) periodisches Berechnen, durch das Endgerät (3) des Fahrzeugs (1), der Entfernung d von dem genannten Fahrzeug (1) zu dem wenigstens einen Referenzpunkt (6), unde) falls d<=D für den genannten wenigstens einen Referenzpunkt (6) ist:- Senden, durch das genannte Endgerät (3), der folgenden Informationen zu dem drahtlosen Zugangsnetz (4): die Position des Fahrzeugs (1); die Kennung des wenigstens einen Referenzpunkts (6), für den d<=D erfüllt ist; und die vorübergehende Kennung des Endgeräts (1), wobei das drahtlose Zugangsnetz (4) die genannten Endgerätedaten in einer Datenbank speichert;- Informieren, durch das drahtlose Zugangsnetz (4), der übrigen Fahrzeuge (7), die sich innerhalb einer vorbestimmten Entfernung von dem wenigstens einen Referenzpunkt (6) befinden, für den d<=D für das Fahrzeug (1) erfüllt ist, über die Anwesenheit des Notfallfahrzeugs (1).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die übrigen Fahrzeuge (7), die sich in dem Straßennetz aufhalten und an dem Dienst teilnehmen, Mittel (10) zum Ermitteln der Position und ein Endgerät (11) mit Zugang zu dem drahtlosen Zugangsnetz (4) und mit Zugang zu den von dem genannten Mittel bereitgestellten Informationen haben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Netzwerk (4) die genannten übrigen Fahrzeuge (7) über die Anwesenheit des Notfallfahrzeugs (1) über ihre eigenen Endgeräte (11) informiert, ihnen Sicherheitsparameter, die sie einhalten müssen, sowie optional eine Nachricht sendet, die eine bestimmte Aktion von ihnen verlangt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei die mit der Anmeldeanforderung gesendeten Daten ferner Folgendes beinhalten:- einen Zugangsschlüssel zu dem Dienst für diese eindeutige Kennung; und- die Fahrtrichtung.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei in Schritt e das Endgerät (3) zusätzlich die Fahrtrichtung des Fahrzeugs (1) zu dem drahtlosen Zugangsnetz (4) sendet.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Netzwerk periodisch eine neue vorübergehende Kennung zu dem Notfallfahrzeug sendet.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Notfallfahrzeug (1) dem Netzwerk (4) seine Position, seine vorübergehende Kennung und optional seine Fahrtrichtung sendet, wenn diese von einem solchen Netzwerk angefordert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bei dem Dienst angemeldete Fahrzeug (1) seine Anmeldung bei dem genannten Dienst in den folgenden Fällen beendet:- wenn das genannte Fahrzeug (1) nicht innerhalb einer vorbestimmten Zeitperiode Texp Kontakt mit dem Netzwerk aufgenommen hat; oder- wenn das genannte Fahrzeug (1) dem Netzwerk eine Anforderung zum Beenden der Anmeldung bei dem Dienst sendet.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Fahrzeug seine Anmeldung freiwillig beendet hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endgerät (3) des Fahrzeugs die folgenden Daten zum Netzwerk zum Durchführen einer neuen Anmeldung sendet:- die Position des Fahrzeugs (1);- die Kennung des angeforderten Dienstes;- die vorübergehende Kennung des genannten Endgeräts (3);und bei Bedarf:- die Fahrtrichtung;wobei das Netzwerk (4) dann prüft, ob die Gültigkeitsperiode der genannten eindeutigen Kennung nicht abgelaufen ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endgerät TE (3) in Schritt d), und wenn d>D ist, dem Netzwerk (4) die Position des Fahrzeugs (1), seine vorübergehende Kennung und bei Bedarf seine Fahrtrichtung sendet.
- Verfahren zum Verbessern der Durchfahrt für Fahrzeuge, wobei jedes Fahrzeug (1) bei einem Verkehrsunfallverhütungsdienst für Notfallfahrzeuge angemeldet ist, wobei das Fahrzeug Folgendes umfasst:- Mittel (2) zum Ermitteln der Position des Fahrzeugs, und- ein Endgerät (3) mit der Aufgabe, auf ein den Dienst verwaltendes drahtloses Zugangsnetz (4) zuzugreifen, das mit dem Mittel (2) zum Ermitteln der Position des Fahrzeugs verbunden ist, um dadurch Zugang zu den von dem genannten Mittel (2) bereitgestellten Informationen zu erhalten;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Verfahren die folgenden Schritte beinhaltet:a) Senden, über das Endgerät (3) des Fahrzeugs (1), einer Dienstanmeldungsanforderung zu dem drahtlosen Zugangsnetz (4), und dabei Senden der folgenden Daten mit der genannten Anforderung:- die Position des Fahrzeugs (1);- die Kennung des angeforderten Dienstes; und- eine eindeutige Kennung des Fahrzeugs (1);b) Prüfen, durch das drahtlose Zugangsnetz (4), der Gültigkeit der Anmeldung des Endgeräts (3);c) Senden, durch das drahtlose Zugangsnetz (4), der folgenden Informationen zum Endgerät (3) des Fahrzeugs (1):- eine vorübergehende Kennung des genannten Endgeräts (3);d) periodisches Senden, durch das Endgerät (3) des Notfallfahrzeugs (1), der folgenden Informationen zu dem drahtlosen Zugangsnetz (4):- der vorübergehenden Kennung des genannten Endgeräts (3); und- der Position des Fahrzeugs (1);e) Berechnen, durch das Netzwerk (4), der Entfernung d von dem Fahrzeug (1) zu wenigstens einem in dem Straßennetz befindlichen Referenzpunkt (6), undf) Informieren durch das drahtlose Zugangsnetz (4), falls d<=D für den genannten wenigstens einen Referenzpunkt (6) ist, der übrigen Fahrzeuge (7), die sich in der vorbestimmten Entferung von dem wenigstens einen Referenzpunkt (6) befinden, für den d<=D für das Fahrzeug (1) erfüllt ist, über die Anwesenheit des Fahrzeugs (1).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die übrigen Fahrzeuge (7), die durch das Straßennetz fahren und an dem Dienst teilnehmen, Mittel (10) zum Ermitteln der Position und ein Endgerät (11) mit Zugang zu dem drahtlosen Zugangsnetz (4) und mit Zugang zu den von dem genannten Mittel bereitgestellten Informationen haben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Netzwerk (4) die genannten übrigen Fahrzeuge (7) über die Anwesenheit des Fahrzeugs (1) durch ihre eigenen Endgeräte (11) informiert, ihnen Sicherheitsparameter, die sie einhalten müssen, und bei Bedarf eine Nachricht sendet, die eine spezifische Aktion von ihnen verlangt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Netzwerk periodisch eine neue vorübergehende Kennung zu dem Fahrzeug sendet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrzeug (1) dem Netzwerk (4) seine Position, seine vorübergehende Kennung und bei Bedarf seine Fahrtrichtung sendet, wenn ein solches Netzwerk diese verlangt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bei dem Dienst angemeldete Fahrzeug (1) seine Anmeldung bei dem genannten Dienst in den folgenden Fällen beendet:- wenn das genannte Fahrzeug (1) nicht innerhalb einer vorbestimmten Zeitperiode Texp Kontakt mit dem Netzwerk aufnimmt; oder- wenn das genannte Fahrzeug (1) dem Netzwerk eine Anforderung zum Beenden der Anmeldung bei dem Dienst sendet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei das Fahrzeug (1) seine Anmeldung freiwillig beendet hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endgerät (3) des Fahrzeugs (1) die folgenden Daten zum Netzwerk für die Durchführung einer neuen Anmeldung sendet:- die Position des Fahrzeugs (1);- die Kennung des angeforderten Dienstes;- die vorübergehende Kennung des genannten Endgeräts (3);und bei Bedarf:- die Fahrtrichtung;wobei das Netzwerk (4) dann prüft, ob die Gültigkeitsperiode der genannten vorübergehenden Kennung nicht abgelaufen ist.
