Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) pour des électrodes d'un four métallurgique, comme un four de réduction, un four à arc électrique, un four à induction, etc., qui enveloppe les électrodes et qui est constitué de segments individuels (2, 3, 4, 5),

    caractérisé en ce que la charnière (7) est fixée à un cadre de suspension (6).
  3. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la charnière (8) est fixée à un segment individuel voisin (2, 3, 4, 5).
  4. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que la charnière (7, 8) est réalisée sous forme de charnière à double articulation.
  5. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que la charnière (7, 8) est réalisée avec une barrette de charnière télescopique (12).
  6. Dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que la charnière (7, 8) est réalisée en un matériau hautement réfractaire.
  7. Procédé pour l'enlèvement de segments individuels (2, 3, 4, 5) d'un dispositif de refroidissement (1) pour des électrodes d'un four métallurgique, comme un four de réduction, un four à arc électrique, un four d'induction, etc., qui entoure les électrodes, en particulier d'un dispositif de refroidissement (1) selon les revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un segment individuel (2, 3, 4, 5) est pivoté en éloignement de l'électrode par au moins une charnière (7, 8).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que le segment individuel (2, 3, 4, 5) est pivoté en éloignement de façon parallèle et/ou sous un angle.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un segment individuel (2, 3, 4, 5) est relié à un cadre de suspension (6) par au moins une charnière (7).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un segment individuel (2, 3, 4, 5) est relié à un segment individuel voisin (2, 3, 4, 5) par au moins une charnière (8).
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que deux segments individuels voisins reliés (2, 3, 4, 5) sont pivotés simultanément.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que le segment individuel intérieur (5) est relié à un cadre de suspension (6) ou à un segment individuel voisin (4) par au moins une charnière (7).
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que les segments individuels (2, 3, 4, 5) sont reliés à un circuit de refroidissement par des conduites flexibles.
