Claims (25)

  1. Disjoncteur ( 1 ) contenant au moins un agencement ( 21 ) de pôle, qui comprend un contact ( 22 ) mobile, un levier ( 17 ) monté tournant à deux bras pour ouvrir et pour fermer le contact ( 22 ) mobile, un accumulateur ( 2 ) d'énergie de mise en circuit ainsi qu'une came ( 6 ), qui peut se coupler à l'accumulateur ( 2 ) d'énergie de mise en circuit et, par un élément ( 10 ) d'actionnement, à une première extrémité ( 18 ) du levier ( 17 ), la deuxième extrémité ( 20 ) du levier ( 17 ) étant reliée à la pièce ( 22 ) de contact mobile de l'agencement ( 21 ) de pôle, et au moins un accumulateur ( 14 ) d'énergie de mise hors circuit,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément ( 10 ) d'actionnement est un arbre ( 10 ) de commande, qui est monté tournant, qui peut être commandé par la came ( 6 ) et qui est relié à la première extrémité ( 18 ) du levier ( 17 ) à deux bras par l'intermédiaire de l'accumulateur ( 14 ) d'énergie de mise hors circuit.
  2. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que, pour un agencement de pôle multipolaire, l'arbre ( 10 ) de commande s'étend sur tout l'agencement de pôle et a, pour chaque contact mobile, un entraîneur ( 12 ) sur lequel est articulée une première extrémité ( 13 ) de l'accumulateur ( 14 ) d'énergie de mise hors circuit respectif.
  3. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur ( 14 ) d'énergie de mise hors circuit est articulé par une deuxième extrémité ( 15 ) à la première extrémité ( 18 ) du levier ( 17 ) à deux bras.
  4. Disjoncteur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur ( 14 ) d'énergie de mise hors circuit comprend un élément à ressort.
  5. Disjoncteur suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur ( 2 ) d'énergie de mise en circuit comprend un élément à ressort, qui est monté par une première extrémité sur une partie ( 3 ) de boîtier et qui est couplé par une deuxième extrémité à la came ( 6 ) par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre ( 5 ) de blocage.
  6. Disjoncteur suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que l'accumulateur ( 2 ) d'énergie de mise en circuit est maintenu par une première extrémité ( 24 ) et est relié par une deuxième extrémité à l'excentrique ( 4 ) d'un dispositif de mise en tension avec lequel coopèrent des moyens de limitation du mouvement de retour et les moyens ( 25, 28, 31, 32, 33 ) ont un mécanisme ( 25 ) à cliquet disposé sur la première extrémité ( 24 ) de l'accumulateur ( 2 ) d'énergie de mise en circuit.
  7. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens ( 25, 28, 31, 32, 33 ) comportent une partie ( 28 ) de guidage, qui déclenche le mécanisme ( 25 ) de cliquet, par laquelle la première extrémité ( 24 ) de l'accumulateur ( 2 ) d'énergie de mise hors circuit est montée mobile sur un axe ( 31 ) fixe au moyen d'une boutonnière ( 29 ) constituée dans la partie ( 28 ) de guidage et qui est reliée à la deuxième extrémité ( 27 ) de l'accumulateur ( 2 ) d'énergie de mise en circuit.
  8. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme ( 25 ) de cliquet a un cliquet ( 22 ) mobile pouvant tourner autour de l'axe ( 31 ) fixe entre une première et une deuxième positions, cliquet qu'attaque un élément ( 32 ) à ressort.
  9. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que l'axe ( 31 ) fixe de l'élément ( 33 ) à ressort est maintenu par un élément ( 3 ) de fixation.
  10. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 8 ou 9,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, sur la partie ( 28 ) de guidage, un élément ( 30 ) de butée, qui coopère avec un évidement ( 36 ) de mise en tension du cliquet ( 32 ).
  11. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que le cliquet ( 32 ) a un évidement ( 37 ) d'arrêt.
  12. Disjoncteur suivant l'une des revendications 6 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que, dans le dispositif de blocage de l'accumulateur d'énergie de mise en circuit
    - un arbre ( 5 ) de mise en tension, tournant au moyen d'une roue ( 46 ) d'entraînement pour mettre en tension l'accumulateur ( 2 ) d'énergie de mise en circuit, est assemblé rigidement respectivement à un excentrique ( 4 ) et à une came ( 6 ),
    - qui a une butée ( 49 ) de déclenchement, et
    - dans lequel la roue ( 46 ) d'entraînement est couplée à l'arbre ( 5 ) de mise en tension par un accouplement ( 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 53 ), et
    - l'accouplement ( 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 49 ) est un dispositif ( 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 53 ) à cliquet.
  13. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le dispositif ( 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 53 ) à cliquet a un cliquet ( 45 ) monté tournant sur la roue ( 46 ) d'entraînement, et
    - il est prévu un élément ( 43 ) fixe de butée pour la commande du cliquet.
  14. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 13,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément ( 43 ) fixe de butée est disposé de manière à ce que, lorsque l'accumulateur d'énergie de mise en circuit est mis en tension, le cliquet ( 45 ) libère l'arbre ( 5 ) de mise en tension.
  15. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 14,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif ( 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 53 ) à cliquet a un entraîneur ( 44 ) relié rigidement à l'arbre ( 5 ) de mise en tension et coopérant avec le cliquet ( 45 ).
  16. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 15,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif ( 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 53 ) à cliquet est un élément ( 47 ) à ressort.
  17. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 16,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un doigt ( 53 ) de mise en position sur la roue ( 46 ) d'entraînement.
  18. Disjoncteur suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un mécanisme ( 55 ) de verrouillage pour empêcher que l'accumulateur d'énergie de mise en circuit se décharge, ce mécanisme ayant un bouton poussoir ( 56 ) qui, dans une position de déverrouillage du mécanisme ( 55 ) de verrouillage, est couplé par une complémentarité de forme au moyen d'un élément ( 58 ) de transmission de force, à un déclencheur ( 64 ) de décharge pour décharger l'accumulateur ( 2 ) d'énergie de mise en circuit, de sorte qu'un mouvement de mise en circuit agissant sur le bouton poussoir ( 56 ) peut être transmis par l'élément ( 58 ) de transmission de force au déclencheur ( 64 ) de décharge pour décharger l'accumulateur ( 2 ) d'énergie de mise en circuit, l'élément ( 58 ) de transmission de force étant relié à des moyens ( 63, 70 ) d'interruption de la coopération de forme, qui sont conçus pour mettre le mécanisme ( 55 ) de verrouillage dans une position de verrouillage, dans laquelle la complémentarité de forme est supprimée, le bouton poussoir ( 56 ) et l'élément ( 58 ) de transmission de force étant mis, en étant mobiles dans une direction longitudinale commune, dans la position du déverrouillage de sorte qu'un mouvement de poussée du bouton poussoir ( 56 ) peut être communiqué au déclencheur ( 64 ) de mise en circuit par un mouvement longitudinal de l'élément ( 58 ) de transmission de force, l'élément ( 58 ) de transmission de force étant monté pivotant de manière à ce que, dans une position de verrouillage, une direction de déplacement de l'élément ( 58 ) de transmission de force fasse un angle avec le mouvement de poussée du bouton poussoir ( 56 ), les moyens ( 63, 70 ) d'interruption de la complémentarité de forme étant couplés à l'arbre ( 10 ) de commande du disjoncteur et/ou à un disjoncteur voisin.
  19. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 18,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'interruption de la complémentarité de forme ont un levier ( 70 ) coudé, qui est articulé à un axe de rotation fixe et qui est couplé par un palier ( 73 ) de rappel à un ressort ( 74 ) de rappel et par un palier ( 72 ) de liaison, au moyen d'un levier ( 63 ) de pivotement, à l'élément de transmission de force.
  20. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 19,
    caractérisé en ce que le levier ( 70 ) coudé est couplé au moyen d'une cinématique de levier à un arbre de commande du disjoncteur voisin, en ce que, lorsque le disjoncteur voisin se trouve dans une position de séparation, le levier ( 70 ) coudé est basculé à l'encontre de la force élastique du ressort ( 74 ) de rappel et l'élément ( 58 ) de transmission de force passe de la position de déverrouillage à la position de verrouillage.
  21. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 19 ou 20,
    caractérisé en ce que le levier ( 70 ) coudé est couplé au moyen d'une cinématique de levier à un verrouillage d'une pièce d'insertion de sorte que, lorsque le disjoncteur est poussé sur la pièce d'insertion, le levier coudé bascule à l'encontre de la force élastique du ressort ( 74 ) de rappel et l'élément ( 58 ) de transmission de force passe de la position de déverrouillage à la position de verrouillage.
  22. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 19 ou 20,
    caractérisé en ce que le levier ( 70 ) coudé a une broche ( 69 ) formant entraîneur, qui s'étend dans une boutonnière ( 68 ) d'un levier ( 67 ) d'entraînement, le levier ( 67 ) d'entraînement étant fixé par son extrémité éloignée de la boutonnière ( 68 ) à un élément ( 9 ) de bossage de l'arbre ( 10 ) de commande de sorte que, dans la position de mise en circuit de l'arbre ( 10 ) de commande, le levier ( 70 ) coudé pivote en faisant cesser la complémentarité de forme entre le bouton poussoir ( 56 ) et le déclencheur ( 64 ) de décharge.
  23. Disjoncteur suivant l'une des revendications 18 à 22,
    caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de verrouillage, qui peut passer entre une position de verrouillage, dans laquelle le déclenchement d'une opération de mise en circuit avec mise en contact des contacts de disjoncteur est empêché et une position de déverrouillage, dans laquelle le déclenchement de l'opération de mise en circuit est rendu possible, est combiné à une indication de prêt à la mise en circuit et en ce que l'indication de prêt à la mise en circuit est disposée de manière perceptible visuellement sur le disjoncteur.
  24. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 23,
    caractérisé en ce que l'indication de prêt à la mise en circuit est mécanique.
  25. Disjoncteur suivant la revendication 23,
    caractérisé en ce que l'indication de prêt à la mise en circuit est réalisée optiquement.
