Description

The invention relates to a refrigerator with one or more trays, according to the preamble of claim 1.

In refrigerators usually one or more trays made of glass or plastic are used, which are inserted into side ribs in side walls of the refrigerator or held by special support members, such as from CH-A-687 891 known. The support parts are inserted into designated blind holes in side walls of the refrigerator. Although there are in each case a plurality of superimposed ribs or blind holes for arranging the tray or the trays to choose from, the height spacing of the trays (or the distance of the single tray from the floor) can only be changed to a limited extent. For higher containers or, for example, for already opened bottles, there is often no room except in the door, unless one of the trays (or the only tray) is taken out completely. This tray must then be stored somewhere protected and available again when needed, which can lead to problems especially in smaller kitchens.

The generic JP 59 217486 A discloses a trained as a roller shutter tray tray, which has a number of mutually hingedly connected and guided in the side walls of the refrigerator guide grooves slats. The guide grooves are each made in a lateral guide strip The tray can be pushed back and bent in a located in front of the refrigerator rear wall, substantially U-shaped part of the guide so that about one half can be pushed under the other half. Thus, the total area of the tray is substantially halved. The halved tray can be pivoted upwards, to the refrigerator rear wall, but this claimed a corresponding space in the refrigerator.

The present invention has for its object to provide a refrigerator in which the space in the interior of the current needs can be quickly adjusted without individual trays must be removed and stored separately.

This object is achieved by a refrigerator with the features of claim 1.

In the refrigerator according to the invention, the roller shutter tray can be rolled up in a space-saving manner in the direction of the refrigerator rear wall in a helical part of the guide grooves located directly in front of the refrigerator rear wall. The guide grooves are each made in a lateral guide strip, wherein the two guide strips form part of a holder which has at least one cross bar which connects the two guide strips and can be positioned in front of the refrigerator rear wall. The holder can be positioned together with the roller shutter tray at a desired height in the refrigerator, just like ordinary glass or plastic trays. Thus, a freely selectable, optimal utilization of the refrigerator interior is made possible, which can be adapted quickly to the current needs. To provide additional space for larger containers such as e.g. To create bottles, a shelf space can be reduced, or it can be completely dispensed with a tray surface, without taking a tray must be removed and stored separately.

In order to determine the size of the tray surface, in a particularly preferred manner in the straight part of the guide grooves, a number of mutually spaced recesses are provided, in which a front lamella of the roller shutter tray can be locked with its locking cam.

The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.

In Fig.1 a refrigerator 1 is shown, in the interior 2 two trays are arranged one above the other, which are formed according to the invention as a kind of roller shutter trays 10, which can be rolled up to the refrigerator rear wall 3. While according to Fig. 1 the full shelf of the lower shelf is used, the upper shelf is rolled up, so that on the lower tray and relatively high containers such as bottles can be placed. Of course, the refrigerator could also be equipped with several such trays, or - in smaller versions - have only such a tray. It could also be combined conventional trays with one or more inventive, rollable trays.

The respective roller shutter tray 10 is formed by a number of mutually hingedly connected slats 11 and held in a holder 12, the two associated with the side walls 4 of the refrigerator 1 Guide rails 13, of which in Fig. 1 only one can be seen, as well as at least one of the guide rails 13 connecting cross bar 14 has. The holder 12 can be positioned at a desired height in the refrigerator 1, which, for example, in the from CH-A-687 891 known manner (insertion into slots 15 in the rear corner, engaging in blind holes 16 in the side walls 4). In this case, the cross bar or the transverse strips 14 on the refrigerator rear wall 3 comes to rest.

The roller shutter tray 10 and the slats 11 which are connected to one another in an articulated manner can be inserted into the holder 12, adjusted therein and, for example, removed again for the purpose of cleaning, as will now be described in more detail.

Fig. 2 shows the already mentioned holder 12 for the roller shutter tray 10, which has the guide rails 13 and the transverse strips 14a, 14c (as shown in FIG Fig. 4 can be seen in the illustrated embodiment, a total of three angle profiles as cross bars 14a, 14b, 14c available). On the outside of the guide rails 13 elements 15 ', 16' are provided for attaching the holder 12 in the refrigerator interior, z. B. for insertion into the corner region slots 15 and for fixing in the side walls 4, wherein a different fastening would be quite possible.

The lateral guide rails 13 are provided with guide grooves 20 for the slats 11. Each guide groove 20 has a straight part 20a and a rear spiral part 20b.

Fig. 4 und 5).The guide grooves 20 and their parts 20a, 20b are each bounded by a bottom wall 22a, 22b and an upper wall 23a, 23b (cf. Fig. 4 ). The mutually hingedly connected slats 11 are guided with a play 24 in the guide grooves 20 (see. 4 and 5 ).

The lower wall 22a of the straight portion 20a is provided with a number of spaced recesses 25 which are adapted to engage the foremost blade 11 '(see FIG. Fig. 3 . 5 and 6 ) are provided to fix a certain adjustment of the roller shutter tray 10 and thus also determine the size of the tray surface to be used. The foremost blade 11 'is provided for this purpose, in contrast to the other Lammelen 11 with a locking cam 26 ( FIGS. 5 and 6 ).

For the articulated connection of the adjacent lamellae 11, a round-shaped, pin-shaped projection 30 is provided on each lamella 11 or 11 ', which extends in the longitudinal direction of the lamella 11 or 11', and which engages in a corresponding recess 31 (cf. Fig. 7 ) can be latched in the adjacent blade 11. In the frontmost slat 11 'eliminates this recess. Thanks to this articulated connection, the roller shutter tray 10 can be introduced and rolled laterally into the helical part 20b of the guide grooves 20 provided on both sides, as in FIG Fig. 4 indicated. Instead of a single projection 30, the lamella 11 or 11 'could also have a plurality of coaxial projections distributed over the lamella length.

The transverse strips or the angle profiles 14a, 14b, 14c form according to Fig. 4 on the one hand, a rear wall associated with the refrigerator rear wall 3, and the ribs 14a ', 14b', 14c 'projecting therefrom, which separate the rolling shutter tray 10 from the refrigerator rear wall 3. The uppermost rib 14a 'covers a gap between the downwardly rolling part of the roller shutter tray 10 and the refrigerator rear wall 3, so that no objects or products can get down from the tray. The uppermost angle profile 14a also forms an upwardly directed, rear abutment surface 32 for the products located on the tray, which should not touch the refrigerator rear wall 3.

The guide rails 13 have at their front ends in the region of the respective upper wall 23a each have an upwardly and forwardly open recess 35, wherein the upper wall 23a is provided in each case with an oblique insertion surface 36. The roller shutter tray 10 composed of lamellae 11 can be inserted from above below the insertion surfaces 36 into the guide grooves 20 until the foremost lamella 11 'rests on the lower wall 22a and is latched with its cams 26 into the desired two opposite recesses 25. If you want to take out the shutter tray 10 back to it, for example. To clean, so the foremost blade 11 'by lifting (which is possible thanks to the gap 24) disengaged again and pulled out of the guide grooves 20. For cleaning, the individual slats can even be separated from each other and cleaned again put together. The lower wall 22a of the respective guide groove, which extends below the recess 35, is provided at its front end with an upwardly directed stop 38, which secures the roller shutter tray 10 inserted into the holder 12 against unplanned withdrawal.

The inventive refrigerator allows a freely selectable, optimal utilization of the refrigerator interior, which can be adapted quickly to the current needs. To provide additional space for larger containers such as e.g. To create bottles, a shelf space can be reduced, or it can be completely dispensed with a tray surface, without taking a tray must be removed and stored separately.
