Abstract

One of the guides (11) or gliding elements in the body (10) is on a side other than the facing insides of the body and the guide comes in T- or L-section groove form (11). Closure is by roll shutter (20) or sliding door whose guides or elements are on the body exterior (104) and arranged on the e.g. cabinet walls or baseplate and cover plate. All parts of body to include both side plates and top and base are hollow in part at least so the guides and elements extend into this hollow. The guide elements riding in the grooves are balls or rollers and in the case of a roll shutter (20), the slats (24) house their rollers or balls and associated slides in the slat end caps (26).

Description

The present invention relates to a carcass element in the form of a cabinet element, of shelves, strips or a combination of these elements with roller shutter or sliding door through which the body element is at least partially closed, wherein the body element or the roller shutter or the sliding door guides and the other the elements comprises guide elements, which are movably received in the guides, wherein the guides or guide elements of the body element are arranged on the outside of the body element.

Such carcass elements are designed for example as cabinets, which can be configured as a wall unit, upper or lower cabinet or as a corner cupboard. It is also conceivable that a body element is formed by two rims or a board and a bar, wherein the interior located between the rims or between the board and bar interior can be closed by the roller shutter or the sliding door. In previously known carcass elements, the roller shutter or the sliding door is usually arranged displaceably by means of guide elements in guide grooves of the carcass element. The guide elements are generally designed as mounted on the roller shutter or the sliding door carriages. It is also possible that the guides are arranged on the roller shutter or the sliding door and the guide elements on the body element.

In prior art body elements, the guides or guide elements are arranged on the mutually facing inner sides of the body element. The guides may be designed as guide grooves which extend parallel to two inner sides of the body element. In these grooves, for example, designed as a carriage guide elements of the shutter or the sliding door are added, the grooves are aligned with the shutter or the sliding door.

Such an arrangement of the guide has the disadvantage that the groove can pollute relatively easily and in the open state of the shutter or the sliding door is always visible, which affects the overall appearance of the body element. In addition, in the closed state always the bottom edge generic carcass elements is visible. Another disadvantage is that due to the arrangement of the guides or guide elements, a front integration of the body element is not feasible.

From DE-U-297 14 158 a body element is known that has guides on its outer side, engage in the guide elements of the closure element. The guide elements are part of a support and guide bracket. The guide pins arranged thereon engage from above or from below into the grooves of the body element. The grooves have a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional profile.

From FR-A-2 005 911 a carcass member is known that in its upper portion not on the outside, but on its front side guides. The upper guides are thus accessible from the front of the body element. In the lower region of the body member guides are also arranged, which are formed by legs of a U-shaped profile, run on which rollers.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to develop a generic cabinet element, shelves, strips or a combination of these elements to the effect that this gives a uniform visual impression and allows optimal front integration.

The term "body element" used below stands exclusively for a cabinet element, shelves, strips or a combination of these elements.

This object is achieved on the basis of a generic cabinet element, Borden, strips or a combination of these elements by that the guides are designed as guide grooves having a T or L-shaped cross-section Due to the fact that the guides or guide elements of the body element on the outside of the body element are arranged, there is the advantage that the corresponding inner surface has no groove, which gives a favorable visual impression and thus pollution is excluded. In addition, there is the advantage that covered with closed shutter or sliding door, the bottom of the body element and thus is no longer visible.

While in prior art body elements always in the closed state, the guides having corpus walls are visible, according to the invention can now realize a harmonious joint image and front integration of the body element is easily possible.

The guide is a guide groove. The body element may have the guide groove, but it is also conceivable that the body element comprises a projection which is guided in a corresponding groove of the roller shutter or the sliding door. The groove is designed according to the invention or L-shaped.

For example, it is conceivable that the shutter or the sliding door serves to lock a cabinet. It is also possible that two spaced shelves are provided, the gap is closed by a roller shutter or sliding door arranged according to the invention. Moreover, it is possible that the body element is formed by a board and a bar, with a guide on the board and the other guide is arranged in the bar.

In a further embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that the guides or guide elements are arranged in the lateral walls of a cabinet element and / or in the bottom and cover plate. Accordingly, the roller shutter or the sliding door can be moved horizontally or vertically. In addition, any other directions of movement of the roller shutter or the sliding door are conceivable.

According to the invention it is provided that the guides or guide elements are arranged on the outside of the body element.

It is particularly advantageous if one or both cheeks and / or the cover plate and / or the bottom of the carcass element or all components of the carcass element are at least partially hollow and the guides or guide elements extend into the cavity. Thus, it is possible to include a shutter when sliding the body element partially or completely, for example, in the body side wall, the cover plate or in the ground.

Holz, einsetzbar. The sliding door may be at least partially made of glass and / or metal. In addition, any other materials, such as e.g. Wood, usable.

In a further embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that the guide element of the roller shutter or the sliding door is made of standing with the roller shutter or the sliding door connection carriage. The carriages are correspondingly connected to the shutter, the sliding door and slidably received in a guide groove arranged according to the invention.

Likewise, it is conceivable that the guide element of the roller shutter or the sliding door is made of rollers or rollers in communication with the roller shutter or the sliding door. By such an embodiment, a particularly smooth mobility of the shutter or the sliding door can be realized.

The roller shutter may have louvers which have end caps in their two end regions, the end caps comprising the carriages, rollers or rollers. The end caps can be detached from the lamellae be executed. The slats may have round, flattened or any other cutout shapes.

In a further embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that the lamellae of the shutter have on its inside two part-circular cross-section recesses in which a connecting element engages, which is designed to be pivotable relative to the recesses. Such connecting elements serve to connect two adjacent lamellae at a designated distance from each other. The connecting elements are inserted or inserted, for example, from the back of the shutter in the corresponding recesses of the slats and are pivotally connected to the slats in combination. The connecting elements prevent inadvertent release of the slats from each other and ensure the pivotability of the slats to each other.

Die Lamellen 24 weisen in ihren Endbereichen Endkappen 26 auf, die die in der Nut 11 aufgenommenen Führungselemente umfassen.FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a body element 10 according to the invention. The body element 10 has on its outer side 104 the groove 11 in which guide elements of the roller shutter 20 or of the lamellae 24 forming the latter are slidably received. The fins 24 have in their end regions end caps 26, which include the recorded in the groove 11 guide elements.

Fig. 2 shows the shutter according to FIG. 1 in a side view. The associated with the end caps 26 guide elements are hidden in Fig. 2 by this and movably received in the groove 11. Fig. 2 illustrates that the groove 11 does not extend on the inside of the body member 10, but on the outside 104 thereof. As a result, the body element 10 is partially or completely covered by the roller shutter 20 depending on the embodiment. Thus, not only a uniform joint pattern, but also a favorable front integration can be achieved.

Fig. 3 shows the shutter 20 and the body member 10 in a cross-sectional view. It can be seen that the end caps 26 have the carriage 22 which is movably received in the groove 11. The groove 11 is arranged on the outer side 104 of the body element 10. In this way, the inside of the body element 10 and its front side 102 is covered by the closed shutter 20. Even in the open state, none are the optical Impression disturbing grooves visible because they extend on the outside 104 of the body member 10.

Fig. 4 zeigt eine Längsschnittdarstellung gemäß der Schnittlinie A-A in Fig. 3. Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal sectional view along the section line A-A in Fig. 3. It can be seen that each of the blades 24 has a carriage 22 which is movably disposed in the groove 11. The fins 24 have part-circular recesses 28 which serve to receive a connecting element.

Eine derartige Ausgestaltung ermöglicht zudem die Realisierung von besonders engen Krümmungsradien des Rolladens 20.The arrangement of the connecting elements 40 can be seen from FIG. 5. Here are fins 24 are shown, each having two in the longitudinal direction of the blade 24 extending part-circular recesses 28. In each one of these recesses 28, the connecting element 40 engages, which prevents a release of the slats 24 from each other and ensures that the slats are arranged pivotable relative to each other. Such a configuration also allows the realization of particularly narrow radii of curvature of the shutter 20.

Fig. 6 zeigt in einer vergrößerten Ansicht Detail C gemäß Fig. 4. From this, the arrangement of the carriage 22 as well as the lamellae 24 and the part-circular recesses 28 are again illustrated. The carriages 22 and the lamellae 24 advantageously have a length which allows the guide of the roller shutter 20 to have radii of curvature of ≦ 50 mm, preferably ≦ 20 mm.

Fig. 7 zeigt in vergrößerter Darstellung Detail D gemäß Fig. 3. It can be seen that the roller shutter 20 or the lamellae 24 forming the latter cover the front side 102 of the body element 10 and are guided on the outside 104 of the body element 10 in the groove 11. The guide takes place by means of the carriage 22, which is arranged on the end cap 26. The end cap 26 may be fixed to the blade 24 or detachable from this.

Fig. 8 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform des Rolladens 20. In this case interlocking lamellae 24 are provided, whereby the arrangement of separate connecting elements 40 becomes superfluous. The fins 24 are mutually pivotable arranged and are each connected to a roller or roller 23 in connection, which is rotatably guided in the groove 11. The groove 11 is arranged according to the invention in the body element 10. Again, it is possible to realize very tight radii, which opens up new applications and can realize new forms of shuttering. The lamellae 24 have covers which cause no large gaps between the lamellae 24 even when passing through a convex curvature.

In addition to the shapes shown in Fig. 1-8 any configurations of the slats are possible. These may e.g. have a round, oval, elongated or rod-shaped cross-sectional shape.

Grundsätzlich ist jedoch auch jedes andere Material, beispielsweise Holz denkbar.9 shows a schematic representation of various body elements 10, which comprise a cabinet element 16, shelves 12 and a combination of a shelf 12 and a bar 14. All illustrated body elements 10 are designed to be closed by the sliding door 30. The sliding door 30 is movably received in guides, which extend according to the invention on the front or outside of the body element or the cabinet element 16, the shelves 12 or the bar 14. From Fig. 9, left, it is clear that the bottom 162 and the cover plate 164 of the cabinet element 16 have guides on their outer side, in which the sliding door 30 is guided. The same applies to the shelves 12 and the combination of board 12 and bar 14. The sliding door can be made of glass or metal. In principle, however, any other material, such as wood is conceivable.

Fig. 10 zeigt schematische Schnittdarstellungen von Eckschränken 16. Fig. 10 shows schematic sectional views of corner cabinets 16. These are designed to be closed by the shutter 20, which can be performed by very small radii both concave and convex.

The shutter 20 is guided on the outside of the body member 10 and can be accommodated in the open state in the cavity 106, which allows a particularly space-saving arrangement.

According to FIG. 12, above, which represents an embodiment not encompassed by the invention, this is arranged on the front side 102 of a body element 10. It is also conceivable to provide these on the outside 104, as shown in Fig. 12 in the middle and lower figure. In the embodiments according to FIG. 12, a favorable joint pattern and optimum front integration can be realized. In addition, the bottom plate can be covered in all cases. Another advantage arises from the fact that the groove is not located on the inside, which excludes a corresponding problem of contamination and on the other hand conveys a favorable visual impression. The groove can not only be T-shaped, but also, for example, L-shaped or have any other cross-sectional shape. As can be seen from FIG. 12 (middle illustration), the outside 104 of the body element 10 can be recessed in the region of the groove 11 with respect to the outside of the body element 10.

Fig. 13 zeigt eine schematische Darstellung des Korpuselementes 10 und einer auf der Innenseite angeordneten Nut gemäß dem Stand der Technik.FIG. 13 shows a schematic representation of the body element 10 and a groove arranged on the inside according to the prior art.
