Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hebevorrichtung zum Anheben und Transport von Lasten. Sie ist für Teile konstruiert, die ein hohes Gewicht und nach oben eine flache räumliche Ausdehnung besitzen, wie Steinplatten, Küchenarbeitsplatten, Glasplatten, etc. Mittels einer Hebevorrichtung können schwere und unhandliche Gegenstände transportiert werden und nach dem Transport angehoben werden. So können z.B. kleinere Strecken zwischen einem Transportfahrzeug und einer Baustelle überwunden werden. Die Erfindung kann auch genutzt werden, um vor Ort Bauteile ohne manuellen Kraftaufwand zur Erleichterung des Einbaus anzuheben.The invention relates to a lifting device for lifting and transporting loads. Die Vorrichtung besitzt zwei Achsen, an denen Räder mit Luft befüllten Reifen (Zeichnung B 7) angebracht sind. Die Achsen sind durch eine Brücke bestehend aus einem Stahl-, Holz- oder aus einem anderen haltbaren Material bestehenden Träger mittig verbunden (horizontal). Senkrecht auf die Brücke (vertikal) ist eine Linearachse (Zeichnung B 1) z.B. mit einer Schiebevorrichtung wie ein integrierter Spindeltrieb - (Zeichnung B 2) aufgestellt. Diese Achse befindet sich vorzugsweise im Schwerpunkt des Fahrzeugs. Um diese Achse sind Lastaufhahmeflächen angebracht (Zeichnung B 4), die mittels eines Hebemechanismus z.B. mittels des Kugelgewindetriebs angehoben werden. Der Hebemechanismus kann z.B. von einem Elektromotor (Zeichnung B 5) mittels eines zwischengeschalteten Getriebes (Zeichnung B 6) angetrieben. Die Lastaufnahmeflächen haben U-Profile, in die die zu transportierenden bzw, anzuhebenden Lasten parallel zur Linearachse auf der Lastaufnahmefläche - also vertikal - gelagert werden. Diese Anordnung ermöglicht es, Steinplatten, Küchenarbeitsplatten und andere schwere unhandliche Gegenstände mit einer geringen Höhe aber großen seitlichen Ausmaßen aufzunehmen und manuell durch verschieben dieses Fahrgestells zu bewegen. Die mit Luft befüllten Räder ermöglichen das Überwinden von Unebenheiten wie Schwellen und kleinere Stufen. Am Bestimmungsort angekommen, kann der transportierte Gegenstand durch die Betätigung einer nachfolgend beschrieben Steuerflasche angehoben werden. Die Vorrichtung ist einfach aufgebaut und besteht im Wesentlichen nur aus zwei mit luftbefüllten Reifen versehenen Achsen, die mittels eines Trägers mittig verbunden sind, auf dem senkrecht zu diesem eine Achse mit integriertem Hebemechanismus angebracht ist, um den ein Lastaufnahmen (unten und oben) angeordnet sind, die mittels eines Hebemechanismus angehoben bzw. abgesenkt werden kann (Anspruch 1). In die senkrecht auf dem die beiden Achsen verbindenden Träger angeordnete Achse kann ein Kugelspindeltrieb integriert sein und die Lastaufnahme mit einer dem Gewinde entsprechenden Kugelgewindemutter als Hebemechanismus versehen sein (Anspruch 2).
