Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hebevorrichtung zum Anheben und Transport von Lasten. Die Vorrichtung besitzt zwei Achsen, an denen Räder mit Luft befüllten Reifen angebracht sind. Die Achsen sind durch eine Brücke bestehend aus einem Stahl-, Holz- oder aus einem anderen haltbaren Material bestehenden Träger mittig verbunden (horizontal). Senkrecht auf die Brücke (vertikal) ist eine Linearachse z.B. mit einer Schiebevorrichtung wie ein integrierter Spindeltrieb aufgestellt. Diese Achse befindet sich vorzugsweise im Schwerpunkt des Fahrzeugs. Um diese Achse sind Lastaufnahmefilächen angebracht, die z.B. mittels eines Hebemechanismus angehoben werden. Die zu transportierenden bzw. anzuhebenden Lasten werden aufgestellt parallel zur Linearachse auf den Lastaufnahmeflächen gelagert. Diese Anordnung ermöglicht es, Steinplatten, Glasplatten, Küchenarbeitsplatten und andere schwere unhandliche Gegenstände mit einer geringen Höhe aber großen seitlichen Ausmaßen aufzunehmen und manuell durch verschieben dieses Fahrgestells zu bewegen. Die mit Luft befüllten Räder ermöglichen das Überwinden von Unebenheiten wie Schwellen und kleinere Stufen. Am Bestimmungsort angekommen, kann der transportierte Gegenstand auf die einzubauende Höhe angehoben werden. The invention relates to a lifting device for lifting and transporting loads. The device has two axles to which wheels with air-filled tires are attached. The axles are connected by a bridge consisting of a steel, wood or other durable material carrier centered (horizontal). Perpendicular to the bridge (vertical) is a linear axis, for example with a pusher as an integrated spindle drive set up. This axis is preferably located in the center of gravity of the vehicle. Around this axis load bearing surfaces are attached, which are raised for example by means of a lifting mechanism. The loads to be transported or lifted are positioned in parallel to the linear axis on the load-bearing surfaces. This arrangement makes it possible to pick up stone slabs, glass plates, kitchen countertops and other heavy, bulky items with a small height but large lateral dimensions and move them manually by moving this chassis. The air-filled wheels make it possible to overcome unevenness such as sleepers and smaller steps. Arrived at the destination, the transported object can be raised to the height to be installed.
