Description

  • La présente invention concerne un perfectionnement apporté à un flan et à un emballage en un matériau semi-rigide tel que le carton ou le carton ondulé, de type plateau, avec trottoir.
  • Les emballages de type plateau connaissent une grande vogue, notamment pour les produits frais distribués dans les marchés ou dans la petite ou grande distribution. Les emballages de type plateau les plus solides comprennent au moins un rabat, de préférence deux rabats, relié(s) à la partie supérieure d'une paroi d'extrémité par un refoulage, et positionné(s) sensiblement perpendiculairement à ladite paroi elle même dressée perpendiculairement au fond. Un tel rabat est communément appelé trottoir.
  • Ainsi qu'il est par exemple décrit dans la demande de brevet JP 2002-255149 ou dans le brevet US-B1-6.296.178 , la réalisation d'un tel trottoir, outre qu'elle complique la fabrication du flan dont est issu le plateau, est très gourmande en matière première, ce qui pose des problèmes pratiques et économiques.
  • Le document FR 2 669 301 montre un flan et un emballage selon le préambule des revendications 1 et 5 respectivement.
  • La présente invention vise à remédier à l'inconvénient cité ci-dessus d'une façon simple, en permettant de réaliser un trottoir pour plateau de façon simple et pratique, et peu gourmande en matière première.
  • A cet effet, l'invention a pour effet un flan prédécoupé et refoulé en un matériau semi-rigide, tel que le carton ou le carton ondulé, pour la réalisation d'un emballage, ce flan comprenant :
    • Un panneau central formant fond,
    • deux panneaux formant parois latérales, de préférence sensiblement rectangulaires et de mêmes dimensions, articulées au panneau central suivant un bord longitudinal par deux lignes de pliage parallèles, et destinées à être dressées perpendiculairement au panneau central,
    • deux panneaux formant parois d'extrémités, de préférence sensiblement rectangulaires et de mêmes dimensions, articulées au panneau central suivant un bord longitudinal par deux lignes de pliage parallèles, et destinées à être dressées perpendiculairement au panneau central et perpendiculairement aux parois latérales,
    • au moins un rabat formant trottoir, de préférence deux rabats formant trottoirs, articulé(s) à une paroi d'extrémité suivant un second bord longitudinal parallèle et opposé au bord longitudinal précédent, ledit rabat formant trottoir étant destiné à être dressé perpendiculairement à la paroi d'extrémité correspondante et parallèlement au panneau central, et
    • quatre rabats d'extrémité, situés aux extrémités des parois d'extrémités et articulés à ces parois d'extrémités par des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliage précédentes, ces rabats d'extrémité étant destinés à être dressés au moins en partie perpendiculairement au panneau central et sensiblement parallèlement aux parois latérales,
      ledit flan comprenant en outre :
    • au moins un rabat de fixation, articulé à un rabat d'extrémité sur une partie de sa longueur, suivant une ligne de pliage parallèle aux bords longitudinaux, de préférence sensiblement dans le prolongement du second bord longitudinal, ledit rabat de fixation comportant une partie support, destinée à être dressée parallèlement au panneau central, et à supporter au moins en partie le trottoir de la paroi d'extrémité correspondante, et une partie de fixation, destinée à être dressée perpendiculairement au panneau central et à se fixer au moins partiellement sur la partie du rabat d'extrémité sensiblement parallèle aux parois latérales.
  • La désignation des parois d'extrémité est arbitraire. Selon l'invention, ces parois peuvent être les parois les plus longues ou bien les parois les plus courtes parmi les parois perpendiculaires au panneau central.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le flan selon l'invention est tel que la partie support est de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique, de préférence de forme sensiblement de losange, et la partie de fixation est de forme sensiblement triangulaire.
  • De préférence, le flan selon l'invention comporte deux trottoirs et deux rabats de fixation par trottoir soit quatre rabats de fixation.
  • L'invention concerne aussi un emballage issu d'un flan tel que décrit précédemment, ledit emballage ayant été mis en volume à partir dudit flan.
  • L'invention concerne enfin un emballage en un matériau semi-rigide, tel que le carton ou le carton ondulé, comprenant :
    • Un fond,
    • deux parois latérales, de préférence sensiblement rectangulaires et de mêmes dimensions, articulées au fond suivant un bord longitudinal par deux lignes de pliage parallèles, et dressées perpendiculairement au fond,
    • deux parois d'extrémités, de préférence sensiblement rectangulaires et de mêmes dimensions, articulées au fond suivant un bord longitudinal par deux lignes de pliage parallèles, et dressées perpendiculairement au fond et perpendiculairement aux parois latérales,
    • au moins un trottoir, de préférence deux trottoirs, articulé(s) à une paroi d'extrémité suivant un second bord longitudinal parallèle et opposé au bord longitudinal précédent, ledit trottoir étant dressé perpendiculairement à la paroi d'extrémité correspondante et parallèlement au fond, et
    • quatre rabats d'extrémité, situés aux extrémités des parois d'extrémités et articulés à ces parois d'extrémités par des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliage précédentes, ces rabats d'extrémité étant dressés au moins en partie perpendiculairement au fond et sensiblement parallèlement aux parois latérales, ces rabats étant assemblés de préférence par tout moyen de maintien par exemple par collage,
      ledit emballage comprenant en outre :
    • au moins un rabat de fixation, articulé à un rabat d'extrémité sur une partie de sa longueur, suivant une ligne de pliage parallèle aux bords longitudinaux, de préférence sensiblement dans le prolongement du second bord longitudinal, ledit rabat de fixation comportant une partie support, dressée parallèlement au fond, et supportant au moins en partie le trottoir de la paroi d'extrémité correspondante, et une partie de fixation, dressée perpendiculairement au fond et fixée au moins partiellement sur la partie du rabat d'extrémité sensiblement parallèle aux parois latérales.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, l'emballage selon est tel que la partie support est de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique, de préférence de forme sensiblement de losange, et la partie de fixation est de forme sensiblement triangulaire. Mais toute autre forme peut être également envisagée par l'homme du métier.
  • De préférence, l'emballage selon l'invention est tel qu'il comporte deux trottoirs, et deux rabats de fixation par trottoir soit quatre rabats de fixation.
  • L'emballage selon l'invention est de préférence tel qu'il a été fabriqué sans collage par rembordement des parois d'extrémité et des parois latérales.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation, l'emballage comporte une pellicule plastique thermoformée en assurant l'étanchéité et le maintien.
  • Une forme de mise en oeuvre de l'invention va être décrite ci-après à titre d'exemple.
  • Dans cette description, on se référera aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels :
    • La figure 1 est une vue en plan d'un flan de carton ondulé destiné à la réalisation d'un emballage conforme à l'invention.
    • La figure 2 est une vue en perspective partielle de l'emballage issu du flan de la figure 1, en cours d'assemblage.
    • La figure 3 est une vue en perspective partielle de l'emballage issu du flan de la figure 1, assemblé.
    • Sur ces figures, les mêmes chiffres de référence désignent les mêmes organes.
  • La figure 1 est une vue en plan d'un flan 1 de carton ondulé destiné à la réalisation d'un emballage 10 conforme à l'invention.
  • Le flan 1 prédécoupé et refoulé est en un matériau semi-rigide, par exemple en carton. Le flan 1 comprend un panneau central 6 formant fond, de forme sensiblement rectangulaire mais avec des coins biseautés, et deux panneaux formant parois latérales 2 et 3, rectangulaires et de mêmes dimensions, articulées au panneau central 6 suivant un bord longitudinal par deux lignes de pliage parallèles, et destinées à être dressées perpendiculairement au panneau central 6. Le flan 1 comporte encore deux panneaux formant parois d'extrémités 4 et 5, rectangulaires et de mêmes dimensions, articulées au panneau central 6 suivant un bord longitudinal par deux lignes de pliage parallèles, et destinées à être dressées perpendiculairement au panneau central 6 et perpendiculairement aux parois latérales 2 et 3, ainsi que deux rabats formant trottoirs 14 et 15. Chaque rabat formant trottoir 14 et 15 est articulé à une paroi d'extrémité respectivement 4 et 5 suivant un second bord longitudinal parallèle et opposé au bord longitudinal précédent, et est destiné à être dressé perpendiculairement à la paroi d'extrémité correspondante 4 ou 5 et parallèlement au panneau central 6.
  • Le flan 1 comporte encore quatre rabats d'extrémité ou pattes latérales, (12,18), (13,19), (16,20) et (17,21), chacun comportant deux parties articulées entre elles par une ligne de pliage perpendiculaire aux bords longitudinaux, lesdits rabats d'extrémité étant situés aux extrémités des parois d'extrémités 5 et 4, et articulés à ces parois d'extrémités par des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliage précédentes, ces rabats d'extrémité ou pattes latérales étant destiné(e)s à être dressé(e)s en partie, par leur partie 18,19, 20 ou 21, perpendiculairement au panneau central 6 et sensiblement parallèlement aux parois latérales 2 et 3.
  • Selon l'invention, le flan 1 comprend en outre deux rabats de fixation par trottoir, soit quatre rabats de fixation (22,24 ; 23,35 ; 26,27 ; 27,29), chacun comportant deux parties articulées entre elles par une ligne de pliage faisant un angle d'environ 45° par rapport aux bords longitudinaux, chaque rabat de fixation étant articulé à un rabat d'extrémité (12,18 ; 13,19 ; 16,20 ; 17,21) sur une partie de sa longueur, suivant une ligne de pliage parallèle aux bords longitudinaux, et ici dans le prolongement du second bord longitudinal.
  • Le rabat de fixation (22,24 ; 23,25 ; 26,27 ; 27,29) selon l'invention comporte une partie support respectivement 22, 23, 26, et 27, destinée à être dressée parallèlement au panneau central 6, et à supporter au moins en partie le trottoir 15 ou 14 de la paroi d'extrémité 5 ou 4 correspondante, et une partie de fixation respectivement 24, 25, 28 et 29, destinée à être dressée perpendiculairement au panneau central 6 et à se fixer par collage ou tout autre système de maintien, au moins partiellement sur la partie 18, 19, 20 et 21 du rabat d'extrémité sensiblement parallèle aux parois latérales 3 et 2.
  • Le rabat de fixation tel qu'il est conçu ici, avec la partie support (22 ; 23 ; 26 ; 27) de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique, et plus particulièrement de forme sensiblement de losange, et la partie de fixation (24 ; 25 ; 28 ; 29), attenante, de forme sensiblement triangulaire, est particulièrement adapté pour économiser de la matière première constituant le flan, surtout par rapport aux flans de l'état de la technique.
  • La figure 2 est une vue en perspective partielle de l'emballage 10 issu du flan 1 de la figure 1, en cours d'assemblage, et la figure 3 est une vue en perspective partielle de l'emballage 10 issu du flan 1 de la figure 1, assemblé.
  • L'emballage 10 en carton tel que représenté partiellement sur les figures 2 et 3 comporte une paroi latérale 2, dressée perpendiculairement au fond (non représenté ici), et une paroi d'extrémités 5, dressée perpendiculairement au fond et perpendiculairement à la paroi latérale 2. Le rabat d'extrémité (12, 18) est dressé perpendiculairement au fond et parallèlement à la paroi latérale 2. Le rabat de fixation (22,24), articulé au rabat d'extrémité (12,18), comporte une partie support 22, parallèle au fond, et destinée à supporter le trottoir 15, et une partie de fixation 24, perpendiculaire au fond et fixée sur la partie 18 du rabat d'extrémité parallèle à la paroi latérale 2. Lors du montage, les parois 2 et 18 sont assemblées entre elles et maintenues par collage, ou par un autre système de maintien, puis les parties 22 et 24 du rabat de fixation (22,24) sont rabattues, et assemblées par collage ou tout autre système de maintien, lors de la mise en volume de l'emballage 10.
  • Une fois le rabat de fixation (22,24) mis en place, le trottoir 15 est dressé perpendiculairement à la paroi d'extrémité 5 correspondante et parallèlement au fond, et le plus couvert maintenu en place lors de la mise en place d'une pellicule plastique de thermoformage (non représentée), sur la partie 22 du rabat de fixation (22, 24) qui le supporte en partie. Sa fonction est d'assurer la résistance et la bonne assise lors du gerbage de l'emballage 10.
  • L'emballage 10 selon l'invention est donc avantageusement solide, extrêmement simple et facile à mettre en oeuvre, d'un coût plus faible que les emballages de l'état de la technique, et réalisable à l'aide d'un machine plus simple.

    • deux panneaux formant parois d'extrémités (4,5), de préférence sensiblement rectangulaires et de mêmes dimensions, articulées au panneau central (6) suivant un bord longitudinal par deux lignes de pliage parallèles, et destinées à être dressées perpendiculairement au panneau central (6) et perpendiculairement aux parois latérales (2,3),
    • au moins un rabat formant trottoir (14,15), de préférence deux rabats formant trottoirs, articulé(s) à une paroi d'extrémité (4,5) suivant un second bord longitudinal parallèle et opposé au bord longitudinal précédent, ledit rabat formant trottoir (14,15) étant destiné à être dressé perpendiculairement à la paroi d'extrémité (4,5) correspondante et parallèlement au panneau central (6), et
    • quatre rabats d'extrémité (12,18 ; 13,19 ; 16,20 ; 17,21), situés aux extrémités des parois d'extrémités (5,4) et articulés à ces parois d'extrémités par des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliage précédentes, ces rabats d'extrémité étant destinés à être dressés au moins en partie (18, 19, 20 ,21) perpendiculairement au panneau central (6) et sensiblement parallèlement aux parois latérales (2 ,3),
    ledit flan (1) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend
    • au moins un rabat de fixation (22,24 ; 23,35 ; 26,27 ; 27,29), articulé à un rabat d'extrémité (12,18 ; 13,19 ; 16,20 ; 17,21) sur une partie de sa longueur, suivant une ligne de pliage parallèle aux bords longitudinaux, de préférence sensiblement dans le prolongement du second bord longitudinal, ledit rabat de fixation (22,24 ; 23,25 ; 26,28 ; 27,29) comportant une partie support (22 ; 23 ; 26 ; 27), destinée à être dressée parallèlement au panneau central, et à supporter au moins en partie le trottoir (15 ; 14) de la paroi d'extrémité (5 ; 4) correspondante, et une partie de fixation (24 ; 25 ; 28 ; 29), destinée à être dressée perpendiculairement au panneau central (6) et à se fixer au moins partiellement sur la partie (18, 19, 20 ,21) du rabat d'extrémité sensiblement parallèle aux parois latérales (3,2).
  2. Flan (1) selon la revendication précédente, tel que la partie support (22 ; 23 ; 26 ; 27) est de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique, de préférence de forme sensiblement de losange, et la partie de fixation (24 ; 25 ; 28 ; 29), est de forme sensiblement triangulaire.
  3. Flan (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, tel qu'il comporte deux trottoirs (14 ; 15), et deux rabats de fixation par trottoir soit quatre rabats de fixation (22,24 ; 23,35 ; 26,28 ; 27,29).
  4. Emballage (10) issu d'un flan (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, ledit emballage (10) ayant été mis en volume à partir dudit flan (1).
  5. Emballage (10) en un matériau semi-rigide, tel que le carton ou le carton ondulé, comprenant :
    • Un fond (6),
    • deux parois latérales (2,3), de préférence sensiblement rectangulaires et de mêmes dimensions, articulées au fond (6) suivant un bord longitudinal par deux lignes de pliage parallèles, et dressées perpendiculairement au fond (6),
    • deux parois d'extrémités (4,5), de préférence sensiblement rectangulaires et de mêmes dimensions, articulées au fond (6) suivant un bord longitudinal par deux lignes de pliage parallèles, et dressées perpendiculairement au fond (6) et perpendiculairement aux parois latérales (2,3),
    • au moins un trottoir (14,15), de préférence deux trottoirs, articulé(s) à une paroi d'extrémité (4,5) suivant un second bord longitudinal parallèle et opposé au bord longitudinal précédent, ledit trottoir (14,15) étant dressé perpendiculairement à la paroi d'extrémité (4,5) correspondante et parallèlement au fond (6), et
    • quatre rabats d'extrémité (12,18 ; 13,19 ; 16,20 ; 17,21), situés aux extrémités des parois d'extrémités (5,4) et articulés à ces parois d'extrémités par des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires aux lignes de pliage précédentes, ces rabats d'extrémité étant dressés au moins en partie (18, 19, 20 ,21) perpendiculairement au fond (6) et sensiblement parallèlement aux parois latérales (2 ,3),
    ledit emballage (10) étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend
    • au moins un rabat de fixation (22,24 ; 23,35 ; 26,27 ; 27,29), articulé à un rabat d'extrémité (12,18 ; 13,19 ; 16,20 ; 17,21) sur une partie de sa longueur, suivant une ligne de pliage parallèle aux bords longitudinaux, de préférence sensiblement dans le prolongement du second bord longitudinal, ledit rabat de fixation (22,24 ; 23,25 ; 26,28 ; 27,29) comportant une partie support (22 ; 23 ; 26 ; 27), dressée parallèlement au fond (6), et supportant au moins en partie le trottoir (15 ; 14) de la paroi d'extrémité (5 ; 4) correspondante, et une partie de fixation (24 ; 25 ; 28 ; 29), dressée perpendiculairement au fond (6) et fixée au moins partiellement sur la partie (18, 19, 20 ,21) du rabat d'extrémité sensiblement parallèle aux parois latérales (3,2).
  6. Emballage (10) selon la revendication précédente, tel que la partie support (22 ; 23 ; 26 ; 27) est de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique, de préférence de forme sensiblement de losange, et la partie de fixation (24 ; 25 ; 28 ; 29), est de forme sensiblement triangulaire.
  7. Emballage (10) selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, tel qu'il comporte deux trottoirs (14 ; 15), et deux rabats de fixation par trottoir soit quatre rabats de fixation (22,24 ; 23,35 ; 26,28 ; 27,29).
  8. Emballage (10) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, tel qu'il a été fabriqué sans collage par rembordement des parois d'extrémité (4,5) et des parois latérales (2,3).
  9. Emballage (10) selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, tel qu'il comporte une pellicule plastique thermoformée en assurant l'étanchéité et le maintien.
