Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a climbing formwork in the construction sector with a climbing shoe, as it is used for holding rails on walls of a building on already created concreting sections. The known climbing shoes lead and hold the climbing rail on the wall, with the necessary attachments for the shuttering of a newly created concreting section are attached to the climbing rails. Within the climbing shoes, the climbing rails can be moved as required and kept immovable in desired positions in the climbing shoes. After acting on the climbing shoes and provided in the wall anchor points on the climbing shoes attached there large loads, both the anchor points and the climbing shoes must be constructively designed so that they can secure and sustain these forces.
The object of the invention is to provide a climbing formwork with a climbing shoe, the moments as possible forces resulting from the weight of a climbing rail and the associated attachments, in an anchor point of a wall initiates or can absorb these forces torque-free, the climbing shoes on rounded walls can be used.
The problem is solved by the subject matter of the independent claim. The climbing shoe of the climbing formwork according to the invention in the construction sector, has a Gleitschuhteil and a wall shoe part, wherein the wall shoe part is fixedly attachable to a wall of a concreting section and the Gleitschuhteil is articulated, and wherein the wall shoe part about a vertically oriented axis pivotally and the Gleitschuhteil opposite the wall shoe part is pivotable about a horizontally oriented axis.
Die gelenkige Lagerung erlaubt eine Ausrichtung des Gleitschuhteils zur Kletterschiene, zum Wandschuhteil und zurAbout the articulated connection to form a gimbal joint between wall and Gleitschuhteil, it is possible that the Gleitschuhteil under the load bearing a climbing rail on the climbing rail and acts as an abutment to the formed in Gleitschuhteil pawls that support the bearing bolts of the climbing rail hold. The articulated mounting allows alignment of the sliding shoe part to the climbing rail, the wall shoe part and the
Anchor point in the wall under power flow-optimized aspects. If climbing shoes have gimbal joints, then climbing rails held in the climbing shoes can always be aligned parallel to one another. This also allows the parallel alignment of attachments to the climbing rails, such. B. consoles or rails.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the wall shoe part is connected to the sliding shoe part via a detachable stub shaft. This has the advantage that the climbing shoe can be shared if necessary. This allows easier installation and removal of a climbing rail.
The pivoted pawls mounted in the sliding shoe part serve as supports of supporting bolts of the climbing rails and the pawls can be pivoted within the sliding shoe part so that a displacement of the climbing rails within a sliding shoe part is possible. When climbing the climbing rails, the pawls are pressed out of engagement with the support bolts and a climbing process is completed, the pawls automatically pivot back to their original position and can hold the climbing rail in the new position immovable to the wall of a building.
A climbing shoe of a climbing formwork according to the invention is shown in the following FIGS. shown and described. The joints shown and described in the embodiment are to be understood as examples and can also be realized via constructive training. Also, the support bolts of the climbing rail can be replaced by openings, tabs or projections, can engage in the corresponding Klinkenausformungen the Gleitschuhteils.
