Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Gussformteilen (2) aus Leichtmetall im Druckgussverfahren vorgeschlagen, wobei unmittelbar nach dem Öffnen der Druckgiessform (4) das Gussformteil (2) gezielt an spannungsempfindlichen Bereichen mit einem Kühlmittel gekühlt wird. Es wird auch eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Gussformteilen (2) vorgeschlagen. A method is proposed for the production of cast parts (2) from light metal in the die-casting method, wherein immediately after the opening of the die-casting mold (4) the casting part (2) is cooled specifically at voltage-sensitive areas with a coolant. A device for producing molded parts (2) is also proposed.
