Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen und Verwenden einer Vorlegierung zum Legieren von Aluminium vorgeschlagen. Um günstige Herstellungsverhältnisse zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass zunächst eine aus Aluminium und wenigstens einem nichteisenmetallischen Legierungselement bestehende Gusslegierung über ein Eingusssieb in eine Gussform eingebracht wird, wonach der vom Gussstück abgenommene und ausgehärtete Anguss mit dem darin enthaltenen und aus wenigstens einem nichteisenmetallischen Legierungselement der Aluminiumlegierung bestehenden Eingusssieb in weiterer Folge eine Vorlegierung für die Aluminiumlegierungsherstellung selbst oder für eine Legierungskorrektur zur Erhöhung des betreffenden Legierungselementes in einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt bildet.
