Abstract

Um bei der Kupfergewinnung den Wirkungsgrad zu erhöhen, wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kupferhalbzeug vorgeschlagen, bei welchem zunächst Kupfer geschmolzen und in einem Anstich innerhalb mehrerer Kokillen zu Kupferanoden gegossen, anschließend durch Elektrolyse unter Verwendung wenigstens einer der Kupferanoden Kupferkathoden gebildet und diese Kupferkathoden dann zu Kupferhalbzeug weiterverarbeitet werden, welches sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass auf wenigstens eine der Kokillen eine Langzeitbeschichtung als Schlichte aufgetragen wird, eine schwefelfreie Schlichte auf die Kokille aufgetragen wird und/oder dass ein Teil der in den Kokillen gegossenen Werkstücke unmittelbar zu Kupferhalbzeug weiterverarbeitet wird. Die Erfindung bewirkt fernen ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen einer Schlichte auf einer Kokille und eine Anlage zu Herstellung von Kupferhalbzeug.
