Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Feingießen eines metallischen Formteiles oder mehrerer vorzugsweise dimensionsgleicher metallischer Formteile, bei welchem eine metallische Schmelze in eine keramische Gießform abgegossen wird, wonach die metallische Schmelze erstarren gelassen wird. Um insbesondere auch bei einer verstärkten Abkühlung der Schmelze bei der Erstarrung ein lunkerfreies Gefüge zu erhalten, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass die abgegossene Schmelze unter Ausübung eines Druckes auf die Schmelze verstärkt abgekühlt wird, wobei Druckausübung und verstärktes Abkühlen zumindest bis zur Formbeständigkeit des erstarrenden Formteiles bzw. der Formteile aufrechterhalten werden.The invention relates to a method for investment casting of a metallic molded part or more preferably dimensionally similar metallic moldings, in which a metallic melt is poured into a ceramic mold, after which the metallic melt is allowed to solidify.
