Claims (14)
- Sac à plis latéraux, qui comprend les caractéristiques suivantes:- une zone de pièce tubulaire avec les parois frontales (5, 6) et les parois latérales du sac, où les parois latérales présentent des plis latéraux (4) qui sont insérés avec une profondeur (A),- au moins une zone de fond à une extrémité de la zone de pièce tubulaire, qui présente au moins un pliage du matériau de pièce tubulaire de 180° autour d'un axe qui s'étend transversalement aux plis latéraux,- où une petite feuille de la largeur (B) est prévue qui recouvre au moins des parties de la zone pliée dans la zone de fond et est reliée à l'extrémité pliée et à la paroi frontale sur laquelle repose le pliage, où la largeur (B) de la petite feuille s'étend transversalement à l'axe du pliage de la zone de fond de la pièce tubulaire, caractérisé en ce que
le sac à plis latéraux comprend un tissu revêtu en matériau de polyoléfine orienté et
en ce que la largeur (B) de la petite feuille est plus petite ou égale à la profondeur (A) des plis latéraux (4). - Sac à plis latéraux selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'aussi la petite feuille comprend du tissu revêtu en matériau de polyoléfine orienté.
- Sac à plis latéraux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les liaisons de la petite feuille avec le matériau de la pièce tubulaire et/ou le matériau de pièce tubulaire rabattu sont induites par la chaleur vers au moins une paroi du matériau de pièce tubulaire.
- Sac à plis latéraux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une zone de fond présente deux pliages du matériau de pièce tubulaire de 180° autour d'un axe qui s'étend transversalement aux plis latéraux.
- Sac à plis latéraux selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque fois deux couches du matériau tubulaire qui, après le pliage, reposent l'une sur l'autre, sont reliées l'une à l'autre par un processus de jonction approprié.
- Sac à plis latéraux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité pliée du sac à plis latéraux s'étend sur la moitié de la largeur (B) de la petite feuille.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un sac à plis latéraux, qui comprend un tissu revêtu en matériau de polyoléfine orienté,- dans lequel des sections d'un tuyau à plis latéraux sont mises à disposition et- dans lequel, dans au moins une zone d'extrémité de la section, un pliage du matériau de pièce tubulaire de 180° autour d'un axe est effectué, qui s'étend transversalement aux plis latéraux,- dans lequel au moins des parties de la zone pliée dans la zone de fond sont recouvertes par une petite feuille de la largeur (B), et dans lequel la petite feuille est reliée à l'extrémité pliée et à la paroi frontale sur laquelle repose le pliage, où la largeur (B) de la petite feuille s'étend transversalement à l'axe du pliage de la zone de fond de la pièce tubulaire,
caractérisé en ce qu'une petite feuille est reliée à la paroi frontale et à l'extrémité pliée, où la largeur (B) de la petite feuille est plus petite ou égale à la profondeur (A) des plis latéraux (4). - Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que deux pliages sont exécutés, où à chaque fois deux couches, qui sont posées l'une sur l'autre par respectivement un pliage, sont reliées l'une à l'autre par un processus de jonction approprié.
- Procédé selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une petite feuille est posée sur des parties de la zone pliée et sur des parties d'une paroi du sac à plis latéraux, et qui comprend un tissu en matériau de polyoléfine orienté.
- Procédé selon les revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'extrémité du sac à plis latéraux, qui est repliée selon 180°, s'étend sur la moitié de la largeur de la petite feuille.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les processus- de jonction qui entraînent la liaison du matériau de pièce tubulaire replié avec au moins une paroi de la zone de pièce tubulaire et/ou les processus de jonction, qui mènent à la liaison du matériau de pièce tubulaire rabattu avec la petite feuille, sont induits au moins en partie par la chaleur.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la chaleur pour le processus de jonction induit par la chaleur est amenée au moins en partie avec l'air.
- Procédé selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'aide de la chaleur, un revêtement appliqué au matériau de sac est amené au moins partiellement à fondre.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la pièce tubulaire est formée par un tuyau par des coupes échelonnées et/ou des coupes droites.
