Abstract
本发明涉及一种由聚烯烃材料构成的侧边折摺式袋子(2),其包括一个具有袋子(2)的前壁(5)和侧壁的软管件部段(1),其中侧壁具有侧边折摺(4)。此外还具有位于软管件部段的一个端部上的底部部段,其具有软管件材料的围绕一个轴线折叠180°的至少一个折摺,该轴线基本上在侧边折摺的横向上延伸。具有新颖性和创造性的是,设有将被折叠的部段的至少一些部分覆盖住的条子(9)。
Description
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的袋子。
这种袋子是公知的。例如DE10106289A1显示了一种这样的袋子。用这种简单制造方法制造的袋子的缺点包括,尤其是当被装满的袋子被堆置起来时底部折摺打开并且该折摺直接承受机械负载。属于这种机械负载的可以是,另一个重的被装满的袋子被引导从该底部折摺上通过而将该折摺分开。因此本发明的任务在于提出一种其底部部段具有大的坚固性的袋子。该任务通过权利要求1的特征部分的特征完成。
这种袋子的附加优点包括,由于设有底部覆盖板从而被装满的袋子能够更容易地形成长方六面体形状或者箱子的形状。由直接的聚烯烃材料构成的袋子具有特别的强度。一般地,为此目的而形成聚烯烃纱线并且大多数情况下是单轴地,亦即沿着其纵轴线被拉伸。这种纱线常常被编织成平幅带材。以后由其制成软管。当然,纱线也可以直接加工成圆形软管。这种聚烯烃材料和其特性是已知的。其在WO95/30598等文献中被描述。这种材料的进一步的加工需要大的技术诀窍。例如在焊接时该袋子需要遵守特殊的方法步骤,以便不再次失去被拉伸的材料的强度。上述文献也包括有关该方面和有关使用的温度范围的内容。
尽管存在这种情况,但是与本发明的袋子的加工相关联的热感应的接合方法是特别有利的。热感应此处是指需要输入热量的那种接合方法。也就是说,用依赖温度的粘接剂实施的粘接法也属于热感应的接合方法。同样的情况特适用于压出胶的各种类型的加工。
但是特别有利的是其中例如将聚烯烃织物焊接起来的焊接方法。如所述的那样,此时要注意,不要由于在聚烯烃带中大分子的单轴定向而失去聚烯烃织物的强度。
在加工这种材料中的另一个有利的可能性是熔接覆层,该覆层通常施加到聚烯烃带织物上。织物常常被涂层,以便特别是在充填可粉尘化的材料时提供更高的织物密封性。
本发明的袋子具有围绕一个轴线施加的底部折摺,该轴线基本上在软管件或软管件部段的纵轴线的横向上延伸。这种折叠或翻卷能够非常容易地实施。并且这种折叠或翻卷也为以后被填充的袋子的箱子形状作出贡献,因此是特别有利的。通过双重折叠,不仅底部部段的稳定性而且其密封性都大大地和以吃惊的程度提高。双折叠产生更厚的底部,其尤其是与条子共同作用时,再次支持了袋子的箱子形状。在施加条子时需要注意至少底部折摺的一些部分用条子覆盖住,从而通过条子保护该折摺。但是,依据条子的不同情况,当宽的部段处于不被保护的状态和当条子例如以胶带的形式仅仅覆盖住折摺的局部部段时,也可以是足够的了。
具有直线切割面(Geradschnitte)和/或阶梯形切割面(Staffelschnitte)的软管件适合用于制造本发明的袋子。但是特别简单的是用直线切割制造本发明的袋子。本发明的袋子的一个优选的应用领域可以在储存和运送散装货物,特别是粉尘状的货物中找到。在该领域中通常使用这样的袋子,其同样具有箱子形状但是配置了折叠的块状底部。这种袋子的制造费用较大。在该领域中也通常使用十字形底部的袋子。
关于接合工艺,在本文献中应理解为将材料相互连接起来的各种工艺。已经明确提到过的有焊接工艺和粘接工艺以及用压出胶连接塑料部件。依据对袋子的稳定性的不同要求,条子也可以使用各种不同的材料。该材料可以与袋子的材料或软管件的材料相同或不同。在特别高的机械负载下可以使用聚烯烃织物。此时同样也要遵守连接方式或在加工聚烯烃织物时值得推荐的加工条件。再次参见文献WO95/30598。此时特别有利的是,为了产生连接,将软管材料或袋子材料的外层熔化。优选将一个外部覆层熔化。为此所需要的热量此时可以通过向结合部鼓吹的加热的空气提供。

图1示出了软管1或软管件的透视图,该软管适合于实施用于制造本发明的袋子2的本发明的方法。在所示的实施例中,软管1具有纵缝3。通过形成这种纵缝,一般由扁平材料带制造软管。或者也可以用圆形成形的材料构成软管1,从而不存在纵缝。在图1中示出的软管1具有侧边折摺4,其以深度A(参见图3)置于软管1的前壁5和后壁6之间。
用于制造本发明的袋子2的方法的一个步骤由图2表示。围绕一个在纵缝3的横向上和在平行于软管的壁5和6的平面中延伸的轴线将软管的端部8折叠或卷起。此时软管的被折叠的端部8可以贴靠在软管1或袋子2的前壁5上(如所示的那样)或者贴靠在后壁6上(没有示出)。通过翻折或卷起而相互叠置起来的层的各两个层可以通过合适的接合工艺相互连接起来。
端部8被卷起或折叠之后,将条子9与折叠的端部8连接并且连接到折摺或卷起部在其上贴紧的壁上。按照这种情况,在图3和4中示出的实施例中,条子9是与端部8和与前壁5连接。条子9在袋子2或软管1的整个宽度上延伸。条子9的宽度B在所示的实施例中略小于或者等于侧边折摺的深度A。如果条子9的宽度小于或者等于深度A并且条子9的一个侧边布置在折叠轴线或卷起轴线的附近时,那么当该袋子例如由于被充填而形成一种块状形状时,条子9则只是位于袋子的底部区域中。在这种情况下,该底部即使在袋子被充填的状态下相对于机械负载也具有很大的抵抗能力。为了进一步改善强度,可以规定,被卷起的或者折叠的端部8在条子9的宽度B的一半上延伸。

Claims (10)
2.按照上面权利要求所述的侧边折摺式袋子,其特征在于,袋子材料包括由拉伸的聚烯烃材料构成的织物。
3.按照上面权利要求之一所述的侧边折摺式袋子,其特征在于,条子与软管件材料的连接和/或从翻折的软管件材料到软管件材料的至少一个壁的连接是热感应产生的。
4.按照上面权利要求之一所述的侧边折摺式袋子,其特征在于,该至少一个底部部段具有软管件材料的围绕一个轴线折叠180°的两个折摺,该轴线基本上在侧边折摺的横向上延伸。
6.按照权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,导致被翻折的软管件材料与软管件部段的至少一个壁连接的接合工艺和/或导致被翻折的软管件材料与条子连接的接合工艺至少部分地是热感应的。
7.按照上面权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,用于热感应的接合工艺的热量至少部分地用空气输入。
8.按照上面两个权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,借助于该热量施加到袋子材料上的覆层至少部分地熔化。
9.按照上面四个权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,袋子由软管件构成。
