Claims (8)
- Procédé pour produire une bande métallique (1), dans lequel la bande métallique (1) est guidée sur un certain nombre de rouleaux (2, 3, 4, 5) et on applique une telle tension à la bande et en la déplaçant dans une direction de convoyage (F) de telle manière qu'elle est largement plane au moins entre deux rouleaux (2, 3), dans lequel, dans la bande métallique (1) sous tension de traction largement plane entre lesdits au moins deux rouleaux (2, 3), les contraintes de traction internes agissant dans la bande métallique (1) sont rendues optiquement visibles et les contraintes de traction ou les différences de contraintes de traction constatées sont exploitées lors de la production de la bande métallique (1),
caractérisé en ce que
la bande métallique (1) est illuminé avec une source lumineuse (6) et des images de celle-ci sont prises avec deux caméras (7, 8) depuis deux directions différentes. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la tension (S) exercée sur la bande métallique (1) est choisie en fonction des contraintes de traction constatées dans la bande métallique (1). - Procédé selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que lorsque les contraintes de traction dans la bande métallique (1) augmentent, la tension (S) exercée sur la bande métallique (1) est augmentée. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que les contraintes de traction agissant dans la bande métallique (1) sont constatées plusieurs fois à brefs intervalles temporels. - Procédé selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que la modification des contraintes de traction agissant dans la bande métallique (1) est constatée par comparaison d'un certain nombre de contraintes de traction constatées à intervalles temporels. - Appareil pour la production d'une bande métallique (1), comprenant un certain nombre de rouleaux (2, 3, 4, 5) sur lesquels la bande métallique (1) est guidée sous une telle tension (S) en étant déplacée dans une direction de convoyage (F), de telle manière qu'elle est largement plane au moins entre deux rouleaux (2, 3), en particulier pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
au moins une source lumineuse (6) qui illumine la bande métallique (1) est agencée entre deux rouleaux (2, 3), et en ce que deux caméras (7, 8) sont agencées dans la zone de la source lumineuse (6), lesquelles prennent des images de la bande métallique (1) illuminée, dans lequel le système constitué par la source lumineuse (6) et par les caméras (7, 8) convient pour déterminer les contraintes de traction agissant dans la bande métallique (1), les deux caméras (7, 8) étant agencées à distance l'une de l'autre de telle manière qu'elles prennent des images de la bande métallique (1) depuis deux directions différentes. - Appareil selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens d'enregistrement (9), qui mémorisent les images prises par la caméra ou par les caméras (7, 8) à brefs intervalles temporels. - Appareil selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'enregistrement (9) sont connectés à des moyens d'évaluation (10), qui conviennent pour la comparaison des images prises par la caméra ou par les caméras (7, 8).
