Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Vorzelt für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit einem an einer im ausgeklappten Zustand zumindest im Wesentlichen horizontalen Hecktür des Kraftfahrzeugs befestigbaren Befestigungsabschnitt, wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt als Dachteil ausgebildet ist, das auf der Außenseite der ausgeklappten Heckklappe aufliegt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Vorzelt für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit einem an einer im ausgeklappten Zustand zumindest im Wesentlichen horizontalen Hecktür des Kraftfahrzeugs befestigbaren Befestigungsabschnitt.
  • Ein solches Vorzelt ist aus Vorbenutzungen bekannt. Bei dem bekannten Vorzelt wird der Befestigungsabschnitt an der Heckklappe befestigt und das Vorzelt mit Hilfe eines Gestänges versteift. Der Aufbau dieses Vorzelts ist vergleichsweise zeitaufwändig.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Vorzelt der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das möglichst schnell und einfach aufgebaut werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt als Dachteil ausgebildet ist, das auf der Außenseite der ausgeklappten Heckklappe aufliegt.
  • Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Vorzelt kann auf die Verwendung eines Gestänges verzichtet werden. Da das Dachteil auf der Außenseite der Heckklappe aufliegt, übernimmt die Heckklappe eine Tragfunktion. Die für diese Art der Befestigung geeigneten Heckklappen sind üblicherweise vergleichsweise schwer, so dass relativ hohe Haltekräfte erforderlich sind, die beispielsweise von Gasdruckelementen bereitgestellt werden. Um ein unbeabsichtigtes Schließen einer Heckklappe zu vermeiden, sind die Haltekräfte üblicherweise so hoch, dass nicht nur das Eigengewicht einer ausgeklappten Heckklappe abgestützt werden kann, sondern auch ein zusätzliches Gewicht.
  • Da das erfindungsgemäße Vorzelt durch den Verzicht auf ein Gestänge sehr leicht bauen kann, ist es möglich, dass die Heckklappe das gesamte Gewicht des Vorzelts tragen kann und trotzdem ein Schließen der Heckklappe vermieden wird. Besonders gut eignet sich das erfindungsgemäße Vorzelt für Kraftfahrzeuge wie Vans, bspw. einen VW-Bus, für Kombis und allgemein für Fahrzeuge mit einer Heckklappe, die im ausgeklappten Zustand das Kraftfahrzeug in Fahrtrichtung nach hinten überragt.
  • Zum Aufbau des Vorzelts genügt es, das Dachteil des Vorzelts über die ausgeklappte Heckklappe zu legen. Durch die oben beschriebenen Haltekräfte verbleibt die Heckklappe in ihrer ausgeklappten Lage. Zum Abbau des Vorzelts kann das Dachteil von der ausgeklappten Heckklappe abgehoben werden. Natürlich ist es auch möglich, die Heckklappe zunächst zumindest anteilig zu schließen, wobei die hierfür benötigte Schließkraft um die von dem Gewicht des Vorzelts ausgeübte Kraft reduziert ist.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise sind die Abmessungen des Dachteils den Abmessungen der Heckklappe entsprechend gewählt. Dies bedeutet, dass das Dachteil der Größe und Form der Heckklappe entsprechende Abmessungen aufweist, so dass das Dachteil vollflächig auf der Außenseite der Heckklappe aufliegen kann. Für eine optimale Passform kann das Dachteil passend zu einem bestimmten Fahrzeugtyp geschnitten sein.
  • Für einen möglichst universellen Einsatz des Vorzelts wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Dachteil zumindest annähernd rechteckig oder quadratisch ist. Auf diese Weise kann das Dachteil vollflächig auf Heckklappen aufgelegt werden, die eine besonders verbreitete, im Wesentlichen rechteckige oder quadratische Form haben.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist das Vorzelt mit dem Dachteil einstückig ausgebildete oder mit diesem verbundene Seitenteile auf. Diese Seitenteile sind mit ihrem oberen Rand mit den Rändern des Dachteils verbunden, sind dort aufgehängt und nehmen unter dem Einfluss der Schwerkraft eine vertikale Lage ein. Ein Seitenteil kann sich beispielsweise parallel zu den Seiten des Kraftfahrzeugs oder senkrecht hierzu erstrecken.
  • Nach einer zusätzlichen Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass ein parallel zur Längsrichtung des Kraftfahrzeugs angeordnetes Seitenteil einen Verlängerungsabschnitt aufweist, der sich von dem Heck des Kraftfahrzeugs in Richtung nach vorne erstreckt. Auf diese Weise kann ein wetterfester Übergang zwischen dem Seitenteil und der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs geschaffen werden.
  • Für eine besonders flexible Nutzung des Vorzelts wird vorgeschlagen, dass zumindest ein Seitenteil ein Fensterteil und/oder einen Türausschnitt aufweist.
  • Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in der unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung ein besonders bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel im Einzelnen beschrieben ist. Dabei können die in der Zeichnung gezeigten sowie in den Ansprüchen sowie in der Beschreibung erwähnten Merkmale jeweils einzeln für sich oder in beliebiger Kombination erfindungswesentlich sein. In der Zeichnung zeigen:
    • Figur 1
    eine perspektivische Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Vorzelts; und
    Figur 2
    eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Vorzelt gemäß Figur 1 bei Anordnung an einem Kraftfahrzeug.
  • In Figur 1 ist ein Vorzelt insgesamt mit dem Bezugszeichen 2 bezeichnet. Dieses weist ein flächiges Dachteil 4 auf, das beispielsweise aus einem beschichteten Polyestergewebe gebildet sein kann. An das Dachteil 4 schließen sich vertikal verlaufende Seitenteile 6 und 8 an. Das Vorzelt 2 weist ein weiteres Seitenteil auf, das parallel zu dem Seitenteil 6 angeordnet ist, aufgrund der in Figur 1 gewählten Perspektive jedoch nicht sichtbar ist.
  • Das in Figur 1 dargestellte Seitenteil 6 weist einen Türausschnitt 10 auf; das Seitenteil 8 weist ein Fenster 12 auf.
  • In Figur 2 ist das Vorzelt 2 bei Anordnung an einem Kraftfahrzeug 14 dargestellt. Das Kraftfahrzeug 14 weist eine Heckklappe 16 auf, die an einer im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden Anlenkung angelenkt ist und in den in Figur 2 dargestellten Zustand hochgeklappt werden kann. In diesem Zustand nimmt die Heckklappe 16 eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Lage ein. In Figur 2 ist die Heckklappe 16 gegenüber der Horizontalen leicht nach vorn geneigt, wodurch das Dachteil 4 des Vorzelts 2 besonders sicher auf der Außenseite der Heckklappe 16 gehalten ist. Die Seitenteile 6 und 8 hängen unter dem Einfluss ihres Eigengewichts nach unten, so dass das Vorzelt 2 allein durch die Auflage des Dachteils 4 auf der Außenseite der Heckklappe 16 an dem Kraftfahrzeug 14 fixiert ist. Die Verwendung eines Gestänges ist nicht erforderlich, so dass die Montage- und Demontagezeit des Vorzelts 2 extrem kurz ist.
  • Das in Figur 2 dargestellte Seitenteil 6 und das hierzu parallele Seitenteil, das in etwa fluchtend mit der in Fahrtrichtung linken Seite des Kraftfahrzeugs 14 verläuft, weisen einen Verlängerungsabschnitt 18 auf, der sich jeweils von dem Heck des Kraftfahrzeugs 14 in Fahrtrichtung nach vorne erstreckt und einen Teil der jeweiligen Seitenfläche des Kraftfahrzeugs 14 überdeckt. Auf diese Weise wird ein wetterfester Übergang zwischen dem Seitenteil 6 und dem Kraftfahrzeug 14 geschaffen.
  • Die Seitenteile 6 und 8 weisen an ihrem in Figur 2 unteren Ende Bodenabschnitte 20 auf, die lose auf einer Aufstellfläche oder einer Aufstellplane aufliegen. Durch die Bodenabschnitte kann ein wetterfester Übergang zwischen den Seitenteilen 6 und 8 und der Aufstellfläche des Vorzelts 2 geschaffen werden.
  • Bei der in Figur 2 dargestellten Ausführungsform ist das Fenster 12 mittels eines aufrollbaren Vorhangteils 22 verschließbar bzw. freigebbar.

Claims (7)

  1. Vorzelt (2) für Kraftfahrzeuge (14), mit einem an einer im ausgeklappten Zustand zumindest im Wesentlichen horizontalen Hecktür (16) des Kraftfahrzeugs (14) befestigbaren Befestigungsabschnitt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt als Dachteil (4) ausgebildet ist, das auf der Außenseite der ausgeklappten Heckklappe (16) aufliegt.
  2. Vorzelt (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessungen des Dachteils (4) den Abmessungen der Heckklappe (16) entsprechend gewählt sind.
  3. Vorzelt (2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dachteil (4) zumindest annähernd rechteckig oder quadratisch ist.
  4. Vorzelt (2) nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorzelt (2) mit dem Dachteil (4) einstückig ausgebildete oder mit diesem verbundene Seitenteile (6, 8) aufweist.
  5. Vorzelt (2) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein parallel zur Längsrichtung des Kraftfahrzeugs (14) angeordnetes Seitenteil (6) einen Verlängerungsabschnitt (18) aufweist, der sich von dem Heck des Kraftfahrzeugs (14) in Fahrtrichtung nach vorne erstreckt.
  6. Vorzelt (2) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Seitenteil (8) ein Fensterteil (12) aufweist.
  7. Vorzelt (2) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Seitenteil (6) einen Türausschnitt (10) aufweist.
