Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein System zum Kühlen von vorzugsweise flüssigen Kühl- oder Arbeitsmedien, wie sie bei Werkzeugmaschinen zum Einsatz kommen, wobei sich das Einsatzgebiet eines solchen Kühlsystems nicht nur hierauf beschränkt, sondern es können auch andere Medien, wie Luftverhältnisse in bestimmten Räumen, beispielsweise in Klimakammern, auf ein vorgegebenes Temperaturniveau gekühlt werden.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein verbessertes Kühlsystem zu schaffen, mit dem ein vorgegebenes Temperaturniveau in einem sehr kleinen Toleranzfeld gehalten werden kann, wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Verdampfereinheit, bestehend aus dem Verdampfer (1) und einer mit diesem in Verbindung stehenden Saugdruck-Sammelflasche (5), vollständig mit dem Kältemittel gefüllt ist und für den Füllstandssensor (13) für die Regelung des Füllstandes des Kältemittels in der Verdampfereinheit ein Schwinggabel-Schalter angeordnet ist, wobei für das Öffnen bzw. Schließen der Verdampfereinheit ein Saugdruckreglerventil (4) vorgesehen ist.
