Claims (11)

  1. Fermeture à crémone pour un verrouillage de porte, de préférence pour les camions ou remorques ou conteneurs de transport, comportant une partie de base (10), apte à être montée de manière solidaire à la porte et munie d'au moins une structure de blocage (44), un levier (11), qui est apte à pivoter contre la partie de base (10) et est apte à être verrouillé avec la structure de blocage (44) de celle-ci et qui est relié par l'une de ses extrémités de manière solidaire en rotation avec la crémone (7) de la fermeture à crémone et par son autre extrémité à une poignée (20), le levier (11) étant réalisé dans sa structure de base dans une pièce profilée en tôle,
    caractérisée
    en ce que la tôle métallique configurée pour former le levier (11) comporte d'un seul tenant :
    - une structure en coque formée par une paroi extérieure (22), définissant la face extérieure (A) du levier (11), et des parois latérales (23A, 23B) pliées à partir de ladite paroi extérieure vers la partie de base (10),
    - une paroi intérieure (32), qui est disposée dans un plan (E) parallèlement à la face extérieure (A) et s'étend entre les deux parois latérales (23A, 23B) et qui, conjointement avec les parois latérales (23A, 23B) et au moins des zones de la paroi extérieure (22), forme une section en forme de caisson,
    et en ce que la paroi intérieure (32) est munie d'un élément de centrage (39) pour centrer le levier (11) par rapport à un élément de centrage (41) correspondant de la partie de base (10).
  2. Fermeture à crémone selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce profilée en tôle comporte, en outre, d'un seul tenant une coquille d'assemblage (28), qui est en appui sur toute sa surface contre la crémone (7) et est assemblée à celle-ci de manière solidaire en rotation et qui est prolongée directement par la paroi intérieure (32).
  3. Fermeture à crémone selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la coquille d'assemblage (28) entoure la crémone (7) sur un angle d'au moins 180°.
  4. Fermeture à crémone selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les bords latéraux de la paroi intérieure (32) sont assemblés, de préférence par soudage, à la paroi latérale (23A, 23B) respective.
  5. Fermeture à crémone selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les zones de bord (34A, 34B) latérales de la paroi intérieure (32) sont pliées à partir de cette dernière vers la partie de base (10) et sont en appui à l'intérieur contre la paroi latérale (23A, 23B) respective.
  6. Fermeture à crémone selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une zone partielle (26), située au centre de la paroi extérieure (22), est formée vers la partie de base (10) de telle sorte qu'un bord libre (26A) de la zone partielle (26) est assemblée à la paroi intérieure (32), de préférence par soudage à la paroi intérieure (32).
  7. Fermeture à crémone selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de centrage (39) du côté levier est réalisé sur la paroi intérieure (32).
  8. Fermeture à crémone selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de centrage (39) du côté levier est le bord d'une ouverture (40) de préférence ronde, qui est ménagée dans la paroi intérieure (32) et dans laquelle peut s'engager l'élément de centrage (41) correspondant de la partie de base (10).
  9. Fermeture à crémone selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de centrage (41) correspondant de la partie de base (10) est un collet annulaire en saillie vers le levier (11).
  10. Fermeture à crémone selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la partie de base (10) est réalisée dans sa structure de base dans une pièce profilée en tôle, sur laquelle le collet annulaire (41) est réalisé par mortaisage ou emboutissage profond.
  11. Fermeture à crémone selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une partie de base (10) avec une longueur (L) si faible que celle-ci se termine encore avant la crémone (7).
