Claims (11)
- Rotating bar lock for locking a door, preferably for trucks or trailers or freight containers, comprising a base part (10) which can be installed on the door and is provided with at least one latching structure (44), a lever (11) which can be pivoted relative to the base part (10) and locked by the latching structure (44) thereof and which is connected at one end in a rotationally fixed manner to the rotating bar (7) of the rotating bar lock and is provided at its other end with a handle (20), wherein the lever (11) consists in its basic structure of a moulded sheet-metal part,
characterised
in that the metal sheet moulded to form the lever (11) integrally comprises:- a shell structure composed of an outer wall (22) defining the outer side (A) of the lever (11) and side walls (23 A, 23 B) proceeding therefrom and angled in the direction of the base part (10),- an inner wall (32) arranged in a plane (E) parallel to the outer side (A) and extending between the two side walls (23 A, 23 B), which inner wall together with the side walls (23 A, 23 B) and at least regions of the outer wall (22) forms a box-shaped cross-section,and in that the inner wall (32) is provided with a centring element (39) for centring the lever (11) with respect to a corresponding centring element (41) of the base part (10). - Rotating bar lock according to claim 1, characterised in that the moulded sheet-metal part also integrally comprises a connecting shell (28) which is supported against the rotating bar (7) and is connected thereto in a rotationally fixed manner and which is directly adjoined by the inner wall (32).
- Rotating bar lock according to claim 2, characterised in that the connecting shell (28) encloses the rotating bar (7) over an angle of at least 180°.
- Rotating bar lock according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the side edges of the inner wall (32) are connected to the respective side wall (23 A, 23 B), preferably by welding.
- Rotating bar lock according to claim 4, characterised in that side edge regions (34 A, 34 B) of the inner wall (32) proceed from the latter and are angled in the direction of the base part (10) and bear internally against the respective side wall (23 A, 23 B).
- Rotating bar lock according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a centrally arranged sub-region (26) of the outer wall (22) is deformed towards the base part (10) in such a way that a free edge (26A) of the sub-region (26) is connected to the inner wall (32), preferably by welding to the inner wall (32).
- Rotating bar lock according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the centring element (39) on the lever is formed on the inner wall (32).
- Rotating bar lock according to claim 7, characterised in that the centring element (39) on the lever is the rim of a preferably round opening (40) in the inner wall (32), into which the corresponding centring element (41) of the base part (10) can pass.
- Rotating bar lock according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the corresponding centring element (41) on the base part (10) is an annular collar protruding towards the lever (11).
- Rotating bar lock according to claim 9, characterised in that the base part (10) consists in its basic structure of a moulded sheet-metal part, on which the annular collar (41) is produced by chiselling or deep-drawing.
- Rotating bar lock according to one of the preceding claims, characterised by a base part (10) of such small length (L) that it ends before the rotating bar (7).
