Claims (6)

  1. Form panel (1) for the formwork of walls or shells, provided essentially with a formwork face (2) and horizontal reinforcers (3) and fitted with a jack (5) for adjusting the level mounted outside of the space requirement of the horizontal reinforcers (3) of the form panel, characterised in that the level adjusting jack (5) is mounted on the boundary of the bottom horizontal edge (6) and extends to a considerable height, corresponding to several layers of horizontal reinforcers (3), such that it can be operated at man height, and in that the said level adjusting jack (5) is formed by a tubular shaft (51) for securing onto the horizontal reinforcers (3) of the formwork (1), by a tubular telescopic element (52), mounted freely in translation and fixed in rotation into the tubular shaft (51) and provided with a plate for bearing on the ground (53) and by a threaded spindle (54) guided in rotation and fixed in translation onto the top end of the tubular shaft (51) and cooperating with a nut (55) joined to the top end of the telescopic tubular element (52).
  2. Formwork according to claim 1, characterised in that the tubular telescopic element (52) has a corresponding external section with slight amount of play between the inner section of the tubular shaft (51), or is provided with longitudinal means ensuring its position without the possibility of rotation in said tubular shaft (51), the nut (55) having an identical cross section to that of the tubular telescopic element (52).
  3. Formwork according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the tubular shaft (51) has a square cross section.
  4. Formwork according to claim 1, characterised in that the threaded spindle (54) is guided in rotation and fixed in translation onto the top end of the tubular shaft (51) by means of a bearing (56), which is fixed by welding to said top end and holds the threaded spindle (54) in translation by cooperation, on the one hand, with a shoulder (54') of the latter, bearing on its external face and, on the other hand, with a mounted ring (54") bearing against its internal face.
  5. Formwork according to claim 1, characterised in that the nut (55) is joined to the top end of the tubular telescopic element (52) by welding onto said top end.
  6. Formwork according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the top end of the threaded spindle (54) is provided, above the shoulder (54'), with a manoeuvring polygon (54"') and, in extension of the latter, a milled handle (54"").
