Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung, umfassend eine Wagenschiene und einen auf der Wagenschiene geführten Laufwagen für Schiebetüren, -fenster odgl. mit einem in Laufrichtung ortsfesten, federnd von unterhalb an einem Anschlag am Laufwagen zur Sperrung der Bewegung angreifenden Arretierglied.
  • Eine solche Einrichtung ist aus US 4 872 287 bekannt.
  • Um eine spezielle Absperrmechanik, vor allem für Glasvitrinen, zu schaffen, ist das etwa segmentförmige Arretierglied in den Laufwagen einschwenkbar unterhalb der Wagenschiene gelagert und untergreift sperrend ein federnd ausfahrbarer, in eine Freigabestellung zurückziehbarer sowie am Arretierglied anliegender Anker eines Elektrohubmagneten das Arretierglied in der in den Laufwagen eingeschwenkten Stellung, wobei der als Rastklinke ausgebildete Anschlag im Laufwagen schwenkbargelagert und federnd zur Schiene gerichtet ist.
  • Eine solche Konstruktion ist vor allem für abschließbare Glasvitrinen in Kaufhäusern und Schmuckgeschäften geeignet, bei welchen bisher nur mechanisch verriegelbare Schlösser verwendet wurden, wobei vielfach aus Nachlässigkeit das Abschließen in der Endstellung vergessen wurde. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführungsform wird dagegen ein zwangsläufiger Verschluss in der Endstellung erreicht, welcher nur durch Betätigen des Elektrohubmagneten wieder gelöst werden kann. Dessen Schaltvorrichtung kann dabei an sicherer Stelle angeordnet sein. Die Erfindung hat den weiteren Vorteil, dass die gesamte Anordnung sehr flach ausgelegt werden kann, so dass sie bei geschlossener Tür nicht sichtbar ist. Da die Verriegelung im Laufwagen erfolgt, bleiben Höhendifferenzen beim Korpus oder bei der Tür ohne Auswirkungen auf die Funktion des Verschlusses.
  • Außerdem ermöglicht diese Art der Verriegelung ohne größeren zusätzlichen Aufwand eine elektronische Zustandskontrolle über die jeweilige Lage des Laufwagens und damit der Schiebetür. Zu diesem Zweck weist der Anschlag einen in der Endstellung zur Schiene gerichteten Permanentmagneten auf und ist in einer oder beiden Endstellungen des Laufwagens etwa in oder an der Schiene ein Reedkontakt so angeordnet, dass sich der Permanentmagnet über diesem befindet. Damit wird der Reedkontakt in einer oder beiden Endstellungen geschlossen und man kann dann über eine Anzeigevorrichtung die Lage der Schiebetür feststellen.
  • Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Es stellen dar:

  • Der Laufwagen 1 einer nicht dargestellten Glasschiebetür ist mit seinen Rollen 2 auf einer Schiene 3 verfahrbar gelagert. Er weist in seinem vorderen Teil 4 einen schwenkbar gelagerten Anschlag 5 auf, welcher mit einer Feder 6 in die in den Fign. 2 und 3 dargestellte untere Lage geschwenkt wird.
  • Unterhalb der Schiene 3 ist ein segmentförmiges Arretierglied 7 schwenkbar gelagert und wird gegen die Kraft einer Feder 8 in seine untere Lage nach Fig. 3 geschwenkt. Das Arretierglied 7 ragt dabei durch einen Schlitz 9 in der Schiene 3 in die Laufbahn des Laufwagens 1 hinein. Weiterhin ist unterhalb der Schiene 3 ein Elektrohubmagnet 10 vorgesehen, dessen Anker 11 durch eine Feder 12 in der Stellung nach Fig. 3 an das Arretierglied angepresst wird.
  • In der Darstellung nach Fig. 1 ist eine teilweise Offenstellung des Laufwagens 1 dargestellt, wobei das Arretierglied 7 durch Federdruck 8 in eine obere Stellung ausgeschwenkt ist und der Anker 11 des Elektrohubmagneten 10 das Arretierglied 7 untergreift, so dass es in dieser Stellung festgehalten ist. Der schwenkbare Anschlag 5 ist bei der Bewegung des Laufwagens 1 auf das Arretierglied 7 aufgelaufen und gleitet an dessen Aussenumfang entgegen der Kraft der Feder 6 in seine obere Stellung.
  • Beim Erreichen der Endstellung nach Fig. 2 ist der Anschlag 5 federnd 6 hinter dem Arretierglied 7 wieder in seine untere Stellung geschwenkt worden, so dass der Laufwagen 1 in dieser Lage arretiert ist. Dabei liegt der Anschlag 5 am Arretierglied 7 an und dieses ist in seiner Lage durch den Anker 11 festgehalten.
  • Zur Öffnung wird der Elektrohubmagnet 10 mit Strom versorgt, sodass der Anker 11 gegen die Kraft der Feder 12 zurückgezogen und das Arretierglied 7 wieder freigegeben wird. Bei der anschliessenden Bewegung des Laufwagens 1 in die Öffnungsrichtung 13 nach Fig. 3 drückt dann der Anschlag 5 das Arretierglied 7 gegen die Kraft der Feder 8 nach unten und überwindet dieses damit, sodass der weiteren Öffnungsbewegung kein Hindernis mehr im Wege steht.
  • Der Anschlag 5 weist außerdem einen Permanentmagneten 14 auf. Ausserdem ist in der Schiene 3 ist ein Reedkontakt 15 so angeordnet, dass der Permanentmagnet 14 in der Endstellung des Laufwagens 1 nach Fig. 2 oberhalb desselben zu liegen kommt und der Reedkontakt 15 somit zu einer Signalgabe geschlossen wird. Sobald der Permanentmagnet 14 in eine Stellung nach den Fign. 1 oder 3 gelangt, wird der Reedkontakt 15 wiederum gelöst. Man kann dabei an einer nicht dargestellten, mit dem Reedkontakt 15 verbundenen Anzeigevorrichtung dann die geschlossene oder offene Stellung der Glasschiebetür feststellen.

Claims (3)

  1. Einrichtung, umfassend eine Wagenschiene (3) und einen auf der Wagenschiene (3) geführten Laufwagen (1) für Schiebetüren, -fenster odgl. mit einem in Laufrichtung ortsfesten, federnd von unterhalb an einem Anschlag (5) am Laufwagen (1) zur Sperrung der Bewegung angreifenden Arretierglied (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das etwa segmentförmige Arretierglied (7) in den Laufwagen (1) einschwenkbar unterhalb der Wagenschiene (3) gelagert ist und ein federnd ausfahrbarer, in eine Freigabestellung zurückziehbarer sowie am Arretierglied (7) anliegender Ariker (11) eines Elektrohubmagneten (10) das Arretierglied (7) in der in den Laufwagen (1) eingeschwenkten Stellung sperrend untergreift, wobei der als Rastklinke ausgebildete Anschlag (5) im Laufwagen (1) schwenkbar gelagert und federnd zur Schiene (3) gerichtet ist.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (5) einen zur Schiene (3) gerichteten Permanentmagneten (14) aufweist und in einer oder beiden Endstellungen des Laufwagens(1) etwa in oder an der Schiene (3) ein Reedkontakt (15) so angeordnet ist, dass sich der Permanentmagnet (14) in den Endstellungen über diesem befindet.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reedkontakt (15) mit einer Anzeigevorrichtung für die Endstellung des Laufwagens (1) verbunden ist
