Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbindungsvorrichtung zum Anbringen einer Platte an einer parallel zu ihr verlaufenden Tragstrebe eines Möbels, insbesondere einer Tischplatte auf einem Traggestell, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Eine Verbindungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art ist nach der DE 299 06 833 U1 bekannt. Diese besteht aus einem einerseits an der Platte und andererseits an der Tragstrebe anbringbarem Halteelement, wobei das Halteelement eine zur Tragstrebe achsparallele, von zwei Halteschenkeln und einem dazwischen liegenden Stegabschnitt begrenzte Halteaufnahme zum teilweisen Umfassen der Tragstrebe aufweist.
  • Zum Aufsetzen des Haltestücks auf der Tragstrebe ist nach der DE 299 06 833 U1 vorgesehen (siehe Seite 6, letzter Absatz), dass die beiden Halteschenkel in ihrem Endbereich von der Halteaufnahme ausgehend nach außen sich erweiternd ausgebildet sind. Die Halteaufnahme umfasst dabei die Tragstrebe um mehr als 180°, wobei die Halteschenkel eine genügende Eigenelastizität besitzen, damit sie beim Aufdrücken des Haltestücks auf die Tragstrebe federnd auseinander weichen können und sich anschließend wieder gegeneinander bewegen, so dass das Haltestück an der Tragstrebe fixiert ist.
  • Mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt, ist das Halteelement nach der DE 299 06 833 U1 gewissermaßen wie ein elastischer, auf die Tragstrebe aufschnappbarer Halteclip ausgebildet. Je nach Ausführungsform erfolgt das Aufclippen auf die Tragstrebe von oben oder von der Seite, wobei das Halteelement selbst an der Platte angeschraubt ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde eine Verbindungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art bezüglich ihrer Handhabbarkeit und Variabilität zu verbessern.
  • Diese Aufgabe ist mit einer Verbindungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art durch die im Kennzeichen des Patentanspruchs 1 aufgeführten Merkmale gelöst.
  • Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Verstellung werden die Halteschenkel selbst praktisch nicht (elastisch) verformt; sie sind somit gewissermaßen eigenverformungsfrei. Die Montage- bzw. Demontagemöglichkeit ergibt sich durch die Verstellbarkeit der Halteschenkel zueinander.
  • Andere vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungsvorrichtung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Verbindungsvorrichtung einschließlich ihrer vorteilhaften Weiterbildungen gemäß der abhängigen Patentansprüche wird nachfolgend anhand der zeichnerischen Darstellung eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.

  • Die in den Figuren 1 bis 19 dargestellte Verbindungsvorrichtung zum Anbringen einer Platte 1 an einer parallel zu ihr verlaufenden, typischerweise einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisenden Tragstrebe 2 eines Möbels, insbesondere einer Tischplatte auf einem Traggestell, umfasst ein einerseits an der Platte 1 und andererseits an der Tragstrebe 2 anbringbares Halteelement 3. Dabei weist das typischerweise (aber nicht zwingend) aus Kunststoff gebildete Halteelement 3 eine zur Tragstrebe 2 achsparallele, von zwei Halteschenkeln 4, 5 begrenzte Halteaufnahme zum mindestens teilweisen Umfassen der Tragstrebe 2 auf.
  • Wesentlich für die erfindungsgemäße Verbindungsvorrichtung ist nun, dass die Halteschenkel 4, 5 zur Montage bzw. Demontage der Platte 1 auf bzw. von der Tragstrebe 2 zueinander verstellbar ausgebildet sind. Wie dargestellt, besteht dabei eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform darin, dass die Halteschenkel 4, 5 in einer Ebene parallel zur Platte 1 zueinander verschieblich verstellbar ausgebildet sind.
  • Zur Ausbildung der Halteschenkel 4, 5 ist vorgesehen, dass das Halteelement 3 aus zwei voneinander lösbaren Bauteilen 6, 7 besteht, wobei das eine Bauteil 6 (siehe hierzu insbesondere die Figuren 14 bis 19) zur Befestigung an der Platte 1 Durchgangsbohrungen 17 für Befestigungsmittel wie Schrauben und einen der beiden Halteschenkel 4 aufweist, wobei das andere Bauteil 7 (siehe hierzu insbesondere Figuren 8 bis 13) den anderen Halteschenkel 5 aufweist und wobei zwischen den beiden Bauteilen 4, 5 eine parallel zur Platte 1 verlaufende Schiebeführung 8 (siehe Figur 5 und 6) vorgesehen ist.
  • Um die Schiebeführung 8, die aus an beiden Bauteilen 6, 7 vorgesehenen, zueinander formschlüssigen Stegen 13 und Nuten 14 gebildet ist, leicht bedienen zu können, ist am Bauteil 7 ein Griffelement 9 angeordnet, das mit einem in der Schiebführung 8 integrierten Rastmechanismus wirkverbunden ist. Dieser Rastmechanismus ist am einen Bauteil 6 aus einem auf einer elastischen, blattfederartigen Querstrebe 12 angeordneten Vorsprung 10 und am anderen Bauteil 7 aus zwei dazu formschlüssigen Vertiefungen 11 gebildet. Wie ohne Weiteres vorstellbar, definiert dabei die eine Vertiefung die Öffnungs- und die andere die Verschlussstellung der Verbindungsvorrichtung. Mit dem Griffelement 9 kann somit das Bauteil 7 rastend zwischen zwei Endpositionen in Bezug auf das Bauteil 6 verstellt werden.
  • Um eine gewisse Elastizität zwischen der Verbindung von Platte 1 und Tragstrebe 2 zu gewährleisten, weist mindestens einer der Halteschenkel 4, 5 tragstrebenseitig ein elastisches Element 15 auf. Dabei sind der Halteschenkel 4, 5 und das elastische Element 15 vorzugsweise einstückig ausgebildet, wobei sich das elastische Element 15 blattfederartig vor einer Ausnehmung 16 am Halteschenkel 4, 5 von einer zur anderen Seite des Halteschenkels 4, 5 erstreckt.

Claims (9)

  1. Verbindungsvorrichtung zum Anbringen einer Platte (1) an einer parallel zu ihr verlaufenden Tragstrebe (2) eines Möbels, insbesondere einer Tischplatte auf einem Traggestell, umfassend ein einerseits an der Platte (1) und andererseits an der Tragstrebe (2) anbringbares Halteelement (3), wobei das Halteelement (3) eine zur Tragstrebe (2) achsparallele, von zwei Halteschenkeln (4, 5) begrenzte Halteaufnahme zum mindestens teilweisen Umfassen der Tragstrebe (2) aufweist, wobei die Halteschenkel (4, 5) zur Montage bzw. Demontage der Platte (1) auf bzw. von der Tragstrebe (2) zueinander verstellbar ausgebildet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Halteschenkel (4, 5) in einer Ebene parallel zur Platte (1) zueinander verschieblich verstellbar ausgebildet sind.
  2. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Halteelement (3) aus zwei voneinander lösbaren Bauteilen (6, 7) besteht, wobei das eine Bauteil (6) an der Platte (1) befestigbar ausgebildet ist und einen der beiden Halteschenkel (4) aufweist, wobei das andere Bauteil (7) den anderen Halteschenkel (5) aufweist und wobei zwischen den beiden Bauteilen (4, 5) eine Schiebeführung (8) vorgesehen ist,
    wobei vorzugsweise am Bauteil (7) ein Griffelement (9) angeordnet ist,
    wobei vorzugsweise das Griffelement (9) mit einem in der Schiebführung (8) integrierten Rastmechanismus wirkverbunden ist,
    wobei vorzugsweise der Rastmechanismus am einen Bauteil (6) aus einem Vorsprung (10) und am anderen Bauteil (7) aus mindestens einer dazu formschlüssigen Vertiefung (11) gebildet ist,
    wobei vorzugsweise der Vorsprung (10) auf einer elastischen, blattfederartigen Querstrebe (12) des einen Bauteils (6) angeordnet ist.
  3. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Schiebeführung (8) parallel zur Platte (1) verläuft.
  4. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Schiebeführung (8) aus an beiden Bauteilen (6, 7) vorgesehenen, zueinander formschlüssigen Stegen (13) und Nuten (14) gebildet ist.
  5. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass mindestens einer der Halteschenkel (4, 5) tragstrebenseitig ein elastisches Element (15) aufweist.
  6. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Halteschenkel (4, 5) und das elastische Element (15) einstückig ausgebildet sind, wobei sich das elastische Element (15) blattfederartig vor einer Ausnehmung (16) am Halteschenkel (4, 5) von einer zur anderen Seite des Halteschenkels (4, 5) erstreckt.
  7. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das eine Bauteil (6) zur Befestigung an der Platte (1) Durchgangsbohrungen (17) für Befestigungsmittel wie Schrauben aufweist.
  8. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Halteelement (3) aus Kunststoff gebildet ist.
  9. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das die Tragstrebe (2) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
