Claims (15)
- Multi-pole switching device (1), which comprises a main housing (2), in which a moveable contact for a respective pole and an actuating member (9) operatively connected to the contacts are arranged, and a separate additional housing (3), which is laterally fastened to the main housing (2) and in which a contact and an actuating member (10) operatively connected to this contact are arranged for at least one further pole, the actuating member (10) in the additional housing (3) being mechanically coupled to the actuating member (9) in the main housing (2), characterised in that the switching device (1) can be mutually mechanically locked by means of the actuating member (10) in the additional housing (3) to a further switching device, which can be arranged laterally on the additional housing (3), wherein mutually mechanically locked switching devices cannot be simultaneously switched on.
