Description
The present invention relates to a contact device for electrical Switching devices, in particular contactors, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a contact device is known from the prior art. The Patent document 147 587 of the former GDR describes one double-break contact device for electrical switching devices. This Contact device ensures a no longer changeable Switching state of the contact device through the movable design of the Fixed contacts. Here, the fixed contact is a pivotable leg part formed which by means of a compression spring, which is on the housing of the Switching device supports, in the direction of moving switch contacts against one Limit stop is pressed.
The invention has for its object a contact device for To create switchgear that burns out more evenly Contact materials and on the other hand a clear due to their structure easier assembly of the individual parts guaranteed.
The contact device mentioned at the outset was used to solve this task by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1 further training. Due to the straight, linear direction of movement of the Fixed contacts is a constant contact erosion of the contact materials guaranteed. Furthermore, through a defined path limitation Fixed contacts in the direction of actuation of the magnet armature of the magnet drive the use of a burn-up indicator is feasible.
Further advantages and embodiments of the invention are in the Subclaims and included in the following description of the figures.
The single figure of the drawing shows the sectional view of a contactor with the contact device according to the invention in one possible embodiment.
The contact device shown comprises a movable contact piece in the form of a switching bridge 2 and a
