Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de fermeture (6) pour une ferrure à crémone (3) d'un battant (2) d'une fenêtre, d'une porte-fenêtre ou similaire basculant contre un châssis (1), avec une première pièce de fermeture (9) disposée sur une crémone (7) déplaçable longitudinalement et une seconde pièce de fermeture (10) disposée à l'opposé de la crémone, les pièces de fermeture (9, 10) venant en prise l'une dans l'autre par complémentarité de formes dans la position de fermeture de la ferrure à crémone (3) lorsque le battant se trouve dans le châssis (1), caractérisé en ce que la première pièce de fermeture (9) comporte une partie supérieure (13) disposée sur un élément de guidage (24) déplacé par la crémone (7) et en ce que l'élément de guidage (24) comporte un dispositif de guidage (25) pour la partie supérieure (13) disposé transversalement au sens de déplacement de la crémone (7).
  2. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la crémone (7) est relié par complémentarité de formes à l'élément de guidage (24).
  3. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la seconde pièce de fermeture (10) est réalisée sous forme de traverse de blocage et la partie supérieure (13) de la première pièce de fermeture (9) est réalisée sous forme de tôle de fermeture avec un évidement allongé (12) pour le logement de la seconde pièce de fermeture (10) réalisée sous forme de traverse de blocage.
  4. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (24) est guidé dans une tôle de guidage (26) de manière déplaçable parallèlement au sens de déplacement de la crémone (7).
  5. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la crémone (7) comporte une rangée de parties en saillie (22) et en ce que l'élément de guidage (24) est maintenu par complémentarité de formes dans la rangée de parties en saillie (22).
  6. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'encoche allongée (12) de la partie supérieure (13) de la première pièce de fermeture (9) comporte un entonnoir d'insertion (27) dirigé vers la pièce de fermeture (10) réalisée sous forme de traverse de blocage.
  7. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 3 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement allongé (12) de la première pièce de fermeture (9) comporte une rampe inclinée (16) pour un élargissement radial (14) de la seconde pièce de fermeture (10) réalisée sous forme de traverse de blocage.
  8. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la seconde pièce de fermeture (10) réalisée sous forme de traverse de blocage est guidée de manière déplaçable entre une position rétractée et une position en saillie.
  9. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la seconde pièce de fermeture (10) réalisée sous forme de traverse de blocage est disposée sur une bascule (17) et en ce que qu'un élément de déclenchement en saillie (18) est disposé sur l'élément de la fenêtre, de la porte-fenêtre ou similaire comportant la crémone (7) pour l'actionnement de la bascule (17) lorsque le battant (2) se trouve dans le châssis (1).
