Claims (13)

  1. Serrure de verrouillage d'un battant dans un bâti d'une fenêtre, d'une porte-fenêtre ou d'un élément similaire, comportant une crémone, agencée mobile dans le sens longitudinal, un élément de fermeture, propre à être déplacé par la crémone depuis une position d'ouverture en retrait dans une position de fermeture en saillie, et une gâche, à agencer en face de l'élément de fermeture et destinée à recevoir l'élément de fermeture dans une position de fermeture, caractérisée en ce qu'un levier pivotant (9, 10) est articulé sur l'élément de fermeture (4) et est monté pivotant à distance de l'élément de fermeture (4), et en ce que le levier pivotant (9, 10) est couplé à la crémone (7) en vue d'être actionné.
  2. Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fermeture (4) comporte un palier (11) pour le levier pivotant (9, 10).
  3. Serrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une têtière (6), prévue pour être fixée sur le bâti (2) ou le battant (1), comporte un palier (8) pour le levier pivotant (9, 10).
  4. Serrure selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le levier pivotant (9, 10) comporte un téton (14, 24) s'engageant dans un évidement (12, 13) de la crémone (7).
  5. Serrure selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la crémone (7) comporte un deuxième évidement (12) et en ce qu'un bord (15) de l'évidement (12) est écarté du téton (14) dans une position d'ouverture.
  6. Serrure selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fermeture (4) comporte deux leviers pivotants (9, 10).
  7. Serrure selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fermeture (4) comporte, sur une extrémité, une saillie (17), orientée tangentiellement dans sa direction de déplacement vers la position de fermeture, et la gâche (5) comporte, dans la zone de la saillie (17), une poche (16) destinée à recevoir la saillie (17).
  8. Serrure selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, outre l'élément de fermeture (4), un tenon de fermeture (19) est fixé sur la crémone (17).
  9. Serrure selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la gâche (5), outre la poche (16) pour l'élément de fermeture (4), comporte une poche (20) destinée à recevoir une collerette (25) du tenon de fermeture (19).
  10. Serrure selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la gâche (5) ou la têtière (6) comporte un téton de centrage (21) correspondant à un évidement de centrage (22) de la pièce respectivement opposée.
  11. Serrure selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'un des leviers pivotants (9, 10) est plus long que l'autre levier pivotant (9, 10).
  12. Serrure selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fermeture (4), dans la position de fermeture, est situé à fleur d'une têtière (6).
  13. Serrure selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la gâche (5) comporte des moyens de réglage en face de l'élément de fermeture (4).
