Claims (5)
- Echangeur de chaleur, en particulier condenseur (1) pour des systèmes de climatisation, en particulier de véhicules automobiles, comprenant au moins un tube collecteur (4) et au moins une bride de raccordement (9) qui, par continuité de matière, est assemblée au tube collecteur (4) et communique avec lui, où le tube collecteur (4) présente un collet (8) et la bride de raccordement (9) un trou traversant (10) dans lequel le collet (8) peut être fixé avant l'assemblage par continuité de matière,
caractérisé en ce que le collet (8) est fixé par une déformation réalisée au moyen d'un poinçon présentant une section polygonale. - Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le collet (8) présente une section intérieure (8a) qui peut être élargie par rapport au trou traversant (10), au moyen du poinçon polygonal. - Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que le tube collecteur (4) est réalisé en deux parties et présente un fond (5) et un couvercle (6) sur lequel le collet (8) est formé d'un seul tenant. - Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3,
caractérisé en ce que le collet (3) présente, après déformation ou élargissement, une section intérieure (8a) ayant la forme d'un polygone, de préférence d'un hexagone régulier. - Procédé utilisé pour l'assemblage par continuité de matière, en particulier pour le brasage d'un échangeur de chaleur (1) comprenant au moins un tube collecteur (4) et une bride de raccordement (9) devant y être fixée, caractérisé en ce qu'un collet (8) est formé à partir du tube collecteur (4, 6), en ce que la bride de raccordement (9) est positionnée sur le tube collecter (4, 6) et en ce que le collet (8) est introduit dans un trou traversant (10) de la bride de raccordement (9), puis déformé au moyen d'un poinçon polygonal, fixé à la bride de raccordement, et enfin brasé dans un four à braser.
