Abstract

Bekannte Stellvorrichtungen weisen zur Kontaktierung eines Motors, eines Steckers oder einer Regelelektronik miteinander Leiterbahnen auf, die mit den entsprechenden Gegenkontakten verschweißt werden oder als entsprechende Steckkontakte ausgeführt sind. Derartige Stellvorrichtungen in einem Antriebsmotor sowie einem nachfolgenden Getriebe, welches im Gehäuse angeordnet ist und durch einen Deckel verschlossen wird, sind allgemein bekannt.
Erfindungsgemäß wird nun vorgeschlagen, die Leiterbahnen (19) als Stanzgitter (21) auszuführen und mit dem Kunststoff eines Deckels (22) zu umspritzen. Des Weiteren können die entgegengesetzten Enden der Leiterbahnen ebenfalls von einem Kunststoff des Gehäuses (1) umspritzt werden. Zwischen den beiden Gehäuseteilen (1, 22) angeordnete, nicht umspritzte Abschnitte (23) der Leiterbahnen (19) dienen erfindungsgemäß als Scharnier zum definierten Auf- und Zuklappen des Deckels (22) relativ zum Gehäuse (1). Des Weiteren ist die gesamte Regelelektronik (20) mit Drehwinkelsensor (18) und Leistungstransistoren im Deckel (22) durch Umspritzen integriert.
