  • one surface of a biaxial oriented polyethylene terephthalate film with a thickness of 50 ⁇ m was subj ected to corona treatment, and to the corona treated surface, natural rubber-based adhesives with a thickness of 50 ⁇ m were coated, thereby forming a pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
  • an m-LLDPE film with a thickness of 40 ⁇ m was laminated, thereby manufacturing a laminated film. Then, the laminated film was cut to a width of 35 mm by a slit processing, thereby manufacturing a display strip.
  • a display strip was manufactured by the same method as Comparative Example 1 wi th the exception that thin paper (70g/m 2 ) was used as a substrate layer.
  • Pressure sensitive adhesive samples were prepared by bag materials in which 100 g content was heat bonded with display strips manufactured by Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 with a heat sealing temperature of 120°C, and with a sealing time of 250 m sec using a strip-pack device.
  • strip-pack devices those disclosed in Japan Unexamined Patent Publication 2004-90949 were used and as bag materials, films with a total thickness, that is, thickness of sealable OPP/ink/polyethylene/sealable OPP from the surface of 50 ⁇ m were used.
  • a display strip easy for automating the process of bonding product-enclosed bags and capable of bonding the product-enclosed bags once removed again can be provided.

Claims (16)

  1. Ausstellstreifen (1) zum Halten und Ausstellen einer Vielzahl von Produkt-einschließenden Beuteln (B), der wenigstens eine Substratschicht (5) und eine Haftschicht (2) aufweist, wobei die Haftschicht (2) eine Schichtstruktur mit zwei oder mehr Schichten hat, die eine wärmeversiegelbare Polymerschicht (2a), die die äußerste Schicht des Ausstellstreifens (1) bildet, und eine druckempfindlichen Haftschicht (2b) aufweisen, die die innere Schicht der wärmeversiegelbaren Polymerschicht (2a) bildet, wobei die wärmeversiegelbare Polymerschicht (2a) ein heißschmelzendes Harz aufweist, das bei einer normalen Temperatur im Wesentlichen keine Haftung aufweist und mit den Beuteln (B) verbindbar ist, wobei die druckempfindliche Haftschicht (2b) Haftmittel aufweist, die bei einer normalen Temperatur Haftung aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wärmeversiegelbare Polymerschicht (2a) wenigstens in der Nähe von Abschnitten, an die die Produkt-einschließenden Beutel (B) heißverklebt werden, eine Schwächelinie (3) aufweist.
  2. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schwächelinie (3) so ausgebildet ist, dass die wärmeversiegelbare Polymerschicht (2a) dann, wenn der durch das Wärmeversiegeln heißverklebte Produkteinschließende Beutel (B) abgelöst wird, sicher zerstört wird, um die druckempfindliche Haftschicht (2B) freizulegen.
  3. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das heißschmelzende Harz das aus der aus Polypropylen, einem Copolymer aus Propylen und anderen Olefinen, Polyethylen mit niederiger Dichte und einem Ethylen- /Vinylacetatcopolymer bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählte Harz ist.
  4. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Haftschicht-(2b)-Seite der wärmeversiegelbaren Polymerschicht (2a) in der äußersten Schicht einer Silikonbehandlung unterzogen war.
  5. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das druckempfindliche Haftmittel ein auf Gummi basierendes Haftmittel oder ein Acrylhaftmittel ist.
  6. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Substratschicht (5) aus einem biaxial orientierten Polypropylen, einem biaxial orientierten Polyethylenterephthalat , einem Papier, einem Metall, einem nichtgewobenen Stoff, einem gewobenen Stoff oder einem Verbund aus diesen besteht.
  7. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Substratschicht (5) aus einem Verbund besteht, in dem ein gewobener Stoff an ein biaxial orientiertes Polypropylen, ein biaxial orientiertes Polyethylenterephthalat oder ein Papier geschichtet ist.
  8. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei der gewobene Stoff aus einem Flachgarn besteht.
  9. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei ein biaxial orientiertes Polypropylen, ein biaxial orientiertes Polyethylenterephthalat oder ein Papier und ein gewobener Stoff geschichtet sind, wobei eine Polyethylen-umfassende Zwischenschicht dazwischen angeordnet ist.
  10. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei eine Verankerungsüberzugschicht zwischen der Substratschicht (5) und der Haftschicht (2) ausgebildet ist.
  11. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Schwächelinie (3) eine geschlitzte Linie oder eine Perforierung ist.
  12. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Schwächelinie (3) eine durchgezogene Linie oder eine unterbrochene Linie ist.
  13. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die Schwächelinie (3) aus Formen besteht, die Bereiche aufteilen, in denen die Beutel heißverklebt werden können.
  14. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei die Schwächelinie (3) in der Querrichtung mit Abständen in der Längsrichtung des Ausstellstreifens (1) ausgebildet ist und wobei die Schwächelinie (3) ausgebildet ist, um sich in der Querrichtung der wärmeversiegelbaren Polymerschicht (2a) zu dem Rand hin entlang dem Abschnitt zu erstrecken, in dem die Beutel (B) durch Heißverkleben heißverklebt sind.
  15. Ausstellstreifen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei eine zur Aufhängung verwendete Lochstanzung (4) in einem oberen Abschnitt des Ausstellstreifens (1) bereitgestellt ist.
  16. Ausstellstreifen und Produktbaugruppe (S), die aus wenigstens Produkt-einschließenden Beuteln (B) und einem Ausstellstreifen (1) nach Anspruch 1 besteht, wobei eine Vielzahl dieser Beutel an diesem gehalten und ausgestellt wird.
