  3. The shower device according to claim 2, wherein the valve can be operated by means of a manually activated element.
  4. The shower device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the valve is located in the hand-held shower (5, 45).
  5. The shower device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the valve is located in the sanitary fitting (1).
  6. The shower device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the valve is operated by establishing a mechanical connection between the hand-held shower (5, 45) and the inlet port of the accessory shower.
  7. The shower device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the outlet connection (24) of the hand-held shower (5, 45) comprises a part of a plug-in coupling, of which the other part is located in the accessory shower.
  8. The shower device according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the valve is formed such that when the outlet port of the hand-held shower (5, 45) is open, the water supply to the jet outlet element of the hand-held shower (5, 45) is at least partially switched off.
  9. The shower device according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the valve is formed such that when the outlet port of the hand-held shower (5, 45) is open, the water supply to the jet outlet element of the hand-held shower (5, 45) is maintained.
  10. The shower device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the outlet port out of the hand-held shower (5, 45) and/or the coupling device are/is arranged on the hand-held shower (5, 45) such that when the connection is established between the hand-held shower (5, 45) and the accessory shower, the jet outlet element of the hand-held shower (5, 45) points in a user-facing direction.
  11. The shower device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the coupling device comprises a water guiding plug-in nipple (27).
  12. The shower device according to claim 11, wherein the plug-in nipple (27) is covered and is only exposed when the mechanical connection is established.
  13. The shower device according to claim 12, wherein a covering element (26) is formed as a functional element for the hand-held shower (5, 45).
  14. The shower device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the accessory shower itself is mechanically mounted to a wall or the like.
  15. The shower device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the wall-mounted rail (11) comprises a preferably sliding holder (16) for the hand-held shower (5, 45) not functionally connected with it.
  16. The shower device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the inlet port into the wall-mounted rail (11, 30) and/or on the part of the coupling device associated to the wall-mounted rail (11, 30) are/is arranged in the area at the lower end of the wall-mounted rail (11, 30).
  17. The shower device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the head shower (13) and/or the side shower are/is controllable by the sanitary valve inside the sanitary fitting (1).
  18. The shower device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein in the area of the lower end of the wall-mounted rail (11, 30) a console (12) is provided, which comprises the parts of the connection device and/or the coupling device.
