Claims (39)
- Einheit (1) zur Verpackung und Auftragung aufweisend:- einen Applikator (2) zur Entnahme des im Behälter enthaltenen Produkts und Auftragung auf die Fingernägel, umfassend eine biegsame Lamelle (6), die eine Auftragungsseite (15) bildet,wobei die Einheit dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie einen Behälter (3) aufweist, der ein auf die Fingernägel aufzutragendes dickflüssiges Produkt (P) mit einer Viskosität grösser oder gleich 0,3 Pa.S enthält, und der derart ausgebildet ist, dass er die Entnahme des Produkts ohne Durchgang durch ein Abstreiforgan erlaubt.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 1, wobei die biegsame Lamelle (6) gebogen ist und eine insgesamt konkave Auftragungsseite (15) bildet.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die biegsame Lamelle auf den Längsseiten der Auftragungsseite Reliefs (29) aufweist.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die biegsame Lamelle einander gegenüberliegende Kontaktflächen für die Finger bildet, um es dem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, ihre Biegung zu ändern.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die biegsame Lamelle eine nicht konstante Dicke aufweist.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Lamelle eine Rückseite aufweist, die sich zwischen Flügeln befindet, die dicker als die Rückseite sind.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die biegsame Lamelle über einen dickeren Abschnitt (13) mit einem Stiel (5) verbunden ist.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die biegsame Lamelle (6) aus einem elastomeren Thermoplast ausgebildet ist.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 1, wobei die biegsame Lamelle einen in einer Draufsicht konvexen distalen Rand (20) aufweist.
- Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die biegsame Lamelle mit einem Greifteil (36) ausgebildet ist, der mit ihr einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Applikator einen Stiel (5) aufweist, an dem die Lamelle befestigt ist.
- Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die biegsame Lamelle unbeweglich am Stiel befestigt ist.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 11, wobei die biegsame Lamelle am Stiel einstellbar befestigt ist.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Applikator ein Organ zur Einstellung der Biegung der Auftragungsseite (15) aufweist.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 14, wobei das Einstellungsorgan (5) dazu ausgebildet ist, als Greiforgan zu dienen.
- Einheit nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Applikator einen Stiel (5) aufweist und die Lamelle relativ zum Stiel beweglich ist, wobei dieser so angeordnet ist, dass er die Lamelle je nach ihrer Stellung am Stiel zur Einstellung der Biegung der Auftragungsseite spannt.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 16, wobei mindestens die Lamelle und/oder der Stiel Reliefs (44) aufweisen, die eine inkrementelle Einstellung der Biegung der Auftragungsseite erlauben.
- Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, wobei die Lamelle durchbrochen ist.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Applikator zwei Lamellen (6) unterschiedlicher Größe aufweist.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 14, wobei das Einstellungsorgan einen Ring (60) aufweist, der auf der Lamelle aufgesteckt ist und relativ zu ihr beweglich ist.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Behälter einen Deckel aufweist, der eine Aufnahme (10) bildet, die bei Nichtverwendung zumindest die biegsame Lamelle aufnimmt.
- Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die eine Vielzahl von Applikatoren aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Nagelpflege, das folgende Schritte aufweist:- Entnahme des Produkts, das eine Viskosität grösser oder gleich 0,3 PaS aufweist, aus einem Behälter, der dazu ausgebildet ist, die Entnahme des Produkts ohne Durchgang durch ein Abstreiforgan, unter Verwendung der Lamelle (6) eines Applikators nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, zu erlauben,- Auftragung des Produkts unter Verwendung der Auftragungsseite (15) der Lamelle.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, wobei das Produkt weiß ist und zum Schminken von Fingernägeln nach Art einer French manucure aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, bei dem der Benutzer vor oder nach der Entnahme des Produkts die Biegung der Lamelle der Biegung des zu behandelnden Fingernagels anpasst.
- Applikator (6) zur Auftragung eines Produkts auf die Fingernägel, aufweisend eine gebogene Lamelle (6), die eine insgesamt konkave Auftragungsseite (15) bildet,
wobei die Lamelle eine obere Wandung aufweist und die Rückseite mit beidseitig dieser oberen Wandung angeordneten Flügeln gebildet wird, wobei diese obere Wandung eine geringere Materialdicke als die Flügel aufweist,
wobei der Applikator dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Lamelle biegsam ist. - Applikator nach Anspruch 26, wobei die biegsame Lamelle (6) aus einem elastomeren Material besteht, das eine Shore A-Härte zwischen 25 und 60 aufweist.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 26 oder 27, wobei die biegsame Lamelle durch Formen mit dem Stiel einstückig ausgebildet wird.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 26 oder 27, welcher zwei biegsame Lamellen (6) aufweist.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 29, wobei beide Lamellen Rückseiten aufweisen, die in einem Winkel (a) zueinander ausgebildet sind.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 30, wobei der Winkel (a) zwischen 110° und 150° beträgt.
- Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 31, wobei beide Lamellen durch ein hohles Verbindungsteil (205) verbunden sind, welches zwei Seitenwände aufweist, die im Anschluss an die Längsseiten der Lamellen ausgebildet sind.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 32, wobei die beiden Seitenwände (221) aufeinander zu gebogen sind.
- Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Auftragungsseite eine abwickelbare Auftragungsfläche bildet.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 34, wobei die Auftragungsfläche zylindrisch ist.
- Applikator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 26 bis 35, wobei die Rückseite der Lamelle durch eine Aussparung durchbrochen wird.
- Applikator nach Anspruch 36, wobei die Aussparung eine insgesamt dreieckige Form aufweist, mit einer auf der Seite des distalen Rands der Lamelle befindlichen Grundseite.
- Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 37, wobei der distale Rand der Lamelle in einer Draufsicht insgesamt konvex ist.
- Applikator nach einem der Ansprüche 26 bis 37, wobei der distale Rand der Lamelle in einer Draufsicht insgesamt konkav ist.
