L'invention concerne un dispositif pour introduire et traiter des documents de valeur individuels ou en liasse, notamment des billets de banque ou des chèques, comportant un dispositif de transport (1) pour les documents de valeur (7) et une station d'impression (2) placée au niveau du dispositif de transport (1) et servant à imprimer individuellement les documents de valeur (7), cette station comprenant une tête d'impression (9) et un élément de contre-pression (11) L'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'écart entre la tête d'impression (9) et l'élément de contre-pression (11) peut être modifié.

Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif pour introduire et traiter des documents de valeur (7) individuels ou en liasse, notamment des billets de banque ou des chèques, avec un dispositif d'introduction et des stations de traitement ainsi qu'un dispositif de transport (1) pour les documents de valeur (7) et une station d'impression (2) disposée au niveau du dispositif de transport (1) pour imprimer individuellement les documents de valeur (7) à l'aide d'une tête d'impression (9) et d'un contre-appui d'impression (11), les documents de valeur (7) étant transportés entre la tête d'impression (2) et le contre-appui d'impression (11) ;
    caractérisé en ce que :
    l'écartement entre la tête d'impression (9) et le contre-appui d'impression (11) peut être modifié ;
    on peut détecter, dans le dispositif d'introduction, si les documents de valeur (7) introduits sont des billets de banque ou des chèques à l'aide d'éléments de détection ;
    sachant qu'en présence de chèques, l'écartement entre la tête d'impression (9) et le contre-appui d'impression (11) est réglé sur le petit écartement permettant l'impression des chèques tandis qu'en présence de billets de banque, l'écartement entre la tête d'impression (9) et le contre-appui d'impression (11) est réglé sur un écartement plus important, de sorte que les billets de banque puissent passer sans entrave dans cette zone.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la position de la station d'impression (2) dotée de la tête d'impression (9) est modifiable au niveau du dispositif de transport (1).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la station d'impression (2) est disposée de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation (12) écarté par rapport à la tête d'impression (9).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la station d'impression (2) comporte un entraînement permettant de faire pivoter la station d'impression (2) autour de l'axe de rotation (12).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (12) comporte un moteur électrique (13) et un engrenage (14) connecté en aval de celui-ci qui comporte, en tant qu'élément d'entraînement, une roue de came (19) dotée d'une came de commande (20) qui bute contre une butée en cas de rotation, de façon à provoquer un pivotement de la station d'impression (2) dotée de la tête d'impression (9) autour de l'axe de rotation (12).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moteur électrique (13) sert tant de moteur d'entraînement pour un ruban encreur (10) pour la tête d'impression (9) de la station d'impression (2) que de dispositif d'entraînement permettant de faire pivoter la station d'impression (2).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moteur électrique (13) est relié, sur son axe d'entraînement de sortie (22), à deux roues dentées (16, 17) respectivement pourvues de roues libres de sens opposés, de sorte que le moteur électrique (13) peut être utilisé dans un premier sens de rotation pour le transport du ruban encreur (11) et dans un deuxième sens de rotation pour faire pivoter la station d'impression (2).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort de rappel (23) est prévu au niveau de la roue de came, ledit ressort rappelant, en cas de changement de sens de rotation du moteur électrique (13), la station d'impression (2) dans une position d'appui située contre le dispositif de transport (1).
