Description

The invention relates to a packaging element, in particular a packaging insert according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention further relates to a packaging with a folding box and at least one therein arranged packaging insert and a method for producing a packaging with an inventive packaging insert. Such packaging elements are used in particular for handling elongated objects such as vials, ampoules or syringes for pharmaceutical products in particular. Depending on the field of application, the packaging element can be used as a packaging insert in a folding box.

A generic comparable packaging insert is for example in the EP 0 522 225 A2 described. A blank provided for the packaging insert has a bottom section, on which hinged side tabs connect on opposite sides. Between the side lobes dividers are arranged, which connect to the bottom portion. The side tabs and the dividers are each separated by Gelenkfalze from the bottom section. These objects are achieved with a packaging element having the features in claim 1. The separating web can have a partition wall section which can be erected from the bottom section. The partition wall section can be articulated for erecting the separating web via a bottom crease line at the bottom section, which extends transversely, advantageously perpendicular to the longitudinal crease line between the bottom section and the side wall section. The side fold lines can form an acute angle to the respective longitudinal fold lines and / or to the joint fold lines. The said angle can be between 30 ° and 60 °. A preferred angle may be, for example, about 45 °. In this case, it may be advantageous if the partition wall portion and the flap portion are separated from each other by a Gelenkfalz, which is predetermined by the Längsfalzlinien or runs. The divider can have at least one receiving opening in the end position for positioning of packaged goods such as ampoules, vials, syringes or other elongate objects. The receiving openings may be configured such that the packaged goods perpendicular to the plane of the separating web as in the EP 0 522 225 A2 is insertable or can be inserted into the receiving opening. The lay-up direction runs approximately plane-parallel to the plane of the separating web.

The receiving opening can be created in a simple manner that it is predetermined by a recess or by a cutting line in the bottom section in the blank. The recess may be a hole corresponding to the packaged goods as in the EP 0 522 225 A2 be. It may be advantageous if the packaging element has a plurality of separating webs arranged one behind the other. This arrangement is particularly advantageous for receiving relatively long packaged goods. With such an arrangement but also a plurality of packaged goods could be packed one behind the other.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a package with a carton and at least one packaging insert disposed therein. A further aspect of the invention relates to a method for producing a packaging with a folding box and at least one packaging insert of the type described above. To produce the packaging, the packaging insert 1 must first be at least partially erected before being arranged in the folding box.
