Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging with a packaging insert for the positional fixing of elongated objects according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such packaging inserts are used to hold elongate objects, being used primarily in the pharmaceutical industry for packaging ampoules, vials, syringes, vials, etc. be used.
- a guarantee device must be destroyed, which may be, for example, tear-off tabs or other tear-off segments.
- the guarantee function of packaging ie the indication whether the packaging has remained untouched since the first filling and sealing by the manufacturer, is playing an increasingly important role especially in the packaging of pharmaceuticals with sensitive contents.
- Packing inserts for the positional fixing of elongated objects have been known and used for some time. From the DE 297 23 215 U1 For example, a packaging insert with triangular cross-section webs and arranged thereon cutouts for receiving objects has become known. In order to form the webs, the packaging insert can be erected in a harmonious manner from a flat position into an end position, in which position the packaging insert is glued to the bottom of a cuboidal box. The articles can be easily removed with the box lid open. However, such a lack of warranty function can be problematic for certain packaging items.
- the packaging has a packaging insert with two sides arranged receiving parts.
- the receiving parts are prismatically formed hollow side walls, which can be erected parallelogram-like from a ground plane.
- the hollow side walls have cutouts for receiving objects.
- a cover is attached to the package insert with tear-off segments that are independently openable.
- the at least one web can be erected from a flat position from the ground level into an end position approximately harmonica-like.
- a web can have two web side walls which are interconnected at a preferably acute angle and which form a web upper edge.
- this triangular configuration for the web are in particular trapezoidal or rectangular configurations in question, which - instead of a ridge top edge - have a two web side walls interconnecting, preferably flat trained web top.
- Packaging deposits with such webs have the advantage over those with prismatic elevatable hollow side walls that they can be produced with fewer steps, since an adhesive operation is eliminated.
- the packaging insert must be glued only once for fixing the erected webs to a bottom portion that defines the ground level.
- the bottom portion may be part of a carton.
- the packaging insert may have at least two, preferably at least three, webs.
- the webs may have a plurality of cutouts for a corresponding plurality of objects.
- a cutout can in each case advantageously extend over both web side walls.
- the cover or its covering sections on the one hand and the packaging insert on the other hand can be connected to one another via a folding line, wherein for creating a removal position the at least one tear-off segment can be opened around the folding line.
- a folding line may be defined by a weakening line, for example a groove created by an embossing process.
- tear lines that are assigned to the tear-off segment are designed such that the tear-off segment can be completely torn off. Such an arrangement is characterized by easy handling.
- the packaging insert could have a hollow side wall on one side. At a distance to this receiving part then a bridge could be arranged.
- At least one web can preferably have a trapezoidal or rectangular cross-section and form an approximately coplanar plane to bottom plane web top on which the cover rests directly or indirectly flat and wherein the cover is preferably glued to the web in the region of the support surface.
- the packaging insert may have at least one additional web provided with at least one cutout for receiving an article, which web is preferably triangular in cross section.
- the additional web can be arranged, for example, between the web and a side wall portion of the packaging insert.
- the side wall portion may connect the bottom portion of the packaging insert with the cover and is separated from the cover by the aforementioned folding line.
- At least one recess in the form of a viewing window is arranged on the cover, in particular on the at least one tear-off segment. Through the viewing window, a user can easily identify the packaged items.
- the packaging insert may have on at least one side a side wall section which is inclined by an angle of inclination relative to the ground plane, to which the cover adjoins.
- the angle of inclination between 10 ° and 70 °, preferably between 30 ° and 60 ° and more preferably be about 45 °.
- these oblique side wall portions at least one opening through which objects are feasible.
- packaging insert for packaging disposable syringes and vials is designed such that in each case a disposable syringe and a vial can each be received on a common axis in the packaging insert.
- Another aspect of the invention then relates to a blank for the previously described packaging insert.
- FIG. 1 shows a designated generally by 1 packaging with a carton 2 and a packaging insert 3 inserted therein.
- the packaging insert is covered by a cover 10, comprising two opposing covering portions 17 and 17 '.
- cover sections 17 and 17 'tear-off segments 8 formed by perforation lines 21 are arranged.
- the respective tear-off segments 8 must first be removed. A once taken syringe can not be put back into the packaging without this being recognizable, resulting in a beneficial warranty function.
- Denoted by 26 is an eruption resulting from the tearing off of the tear-off segment.
- the packaging according to FIG. 1 is particularly suitable for disposable syringes. Of course, however, other elongated objects could be fixed in position in such a packaging insert. For example, vials, ampoules or vials filled, for example, with sensitive pharmaceuticals are possible.
- openings 25 are arranged through which the respective piston rods 33 of the syringes 30 can be performed.
- the contents of the package are still visible through recesses that allow a view of the syringe barrel 34.
- These recesses or viewing windows 19 connect to the tear-open segments 8.
- five syringes can be stored side by side on one side. The two rows are evidently offset from one another.
- the syringes of the first row are designated by 30, the syringes of the second row by 30 '.
- FIG. 2 shows a side view of the package 1.
- the individual walls of the packaging insert 3 are simplified represented by simple lines. With a packaging insert 3 surrounding, forming a rectangular shape, dash-dotted line, the carton 2 is indicated. Out FIG. 2 is clearly visible that the packaging insert has two trapezoidal cross-section webs 4 and 4 'and also a trapezoidal central web 5.
- the raised from a ground plane webs 4, 4 'and 5 have (in Fig. 2 not visible) cutouts for receiving the syringes 30, 30 '.
- the cover consists of approximately plane-parallel to the ground plane extending cover portions 17, 17 'and from the laterally adjacent thereto, sloping side wall portions 15. At the perforation lines 21 in the cover corresponding perforation lines 36 in the side wall portions 15, which finally in the openings 25th lead.
- the webs consist of two upright web side walls, which are interconnected by an approximately plane-parallel to the ground level extending web top.
- the web top of the web 4 is denoted by 12
- the web top of the web 5 is denoted by 13.
- the bottom-side portions of the packaging insert are flat on the bottom portion 40 of the carton 2 and are glued to this.
- At the obliquely to the bottom plane extending side wall sections 15 close each of the cover sections 17 and 17 'at.
- the cover portions 17, 17 ' lie flat on the upper web sides of the webs 30, 30' and 5 and are glued to the respective web tops 12, 13.
- the two opposite side wall portions 15 of the packaging insert 3 are opposite the ground plane to a Inclination angle ⁇ of about 45 ° inclined. This angle of inclination ⁇ could be between 10 ° and 70 ° for other applications.
- FIG. 2 Still recognizable that for additional stabilization of the packaging insert supports 28 are provided (see FIG. 3 ). These supports serve as a stop when folding the sections 15 and 17 of the cover.
- the arrangement according to the Figures 1 and 2 has the advantage that the piston rods of the syringes are visible and thus can be advantageously controlled before removing the syringes for their integrity.
- FIG. 3 a blank 20 is shown for the packaging insert of the packaging.
- the blank 20 is advantageously made of cardboard or a cardboard laminate. Perforation lines are shown by dashed lines, grooved lines by dash-dotted lines and lines by solid lines.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a packaging with a packaging insert for the positional fixing of elongated objects according to the preamble of
It is therefore an object of the invention to avoid the disadvantages of the known and in particular to provide a package of the type mentioned, which is easy to produce. Furthermore, an improved positional fixation of the objects in the packaging insert should also be achieved.
These objects are achieved with a packaging having the features in
For an advantageous positional fixation of the articles, the packaging insert may have at least two, preferably at least three, webs. The webs may have a plurality of cutouts for a corresponding plurality of objects. A cutout can in each case advantageously extend over both web side walls. With this arrangement, the objects can also be stored or arranged one behind the other in the packaging insert as needed.
In a first embodiment, the cover or its covering sections on the one hand and the packaging insert on the other hand can be connected to one another via a folding line, wherein for creating a removal position the at least one tear-off segment can be opened around the folding line. Such a folding line may be defined by a weakening line, for example a groove created by an embossing process.
It can be advantageous if the tear lines that are assigned to the tear-off segment are designed such that the tear-off segment can be completely torn off. Such an arrangement is characterized by easy handling.
To ensure the warranty function, not all webs necessarily have to be covered by the cover. Furthermore, a combination with prismatic rectilinear hollow side walls would be conceivable. For example, the packaging insert could have a hollow side wall on one side. At a distance to this receiving part then a bridge could be arranged.
At least one web can preferably have a trapezoidal or rectangular cross-section and form an approximately coplanar plane to bottom plane web top on which the cover rests directly or indirectly flat and wherein the cover is preferably glued to the web in the region of the support surface.
In a further embodiment, the packaging insert may have at least one additional web provided with at least one cutout for receiving an article, which web is preferably triangular in cross section. The additional web can be arranged, for example, between the web and a side wall portion of the packaging insert. The side wall portion may connect the bottom portion of the packaging insert with the cover and is separated from the cover by the aforementioned folding line. Such triangular additional webs have the advantage that they ensure sufficient stability of the packaging insert. An unwanted back and forth movement can be so practically excluded.
To increase the user-friendliness, it may be advantageous if at least one recess in the form of a viewing window is arranged on the cover, in particular on the at least one tear-off segment. Through the viewing window, a user can easily identify the packaged items.
The packaging insert may have on at least one side a side wall section which is inclined by an angle of inclination relative to the ground plane, to which the cover adjoins. In this case, the angle of inclination between 10 ° and 70 °, preferably between 30 ° and 60 ° and more preferably be about 45 °. Advantageously, these oblique side wall portions at least one opening through which objects are feasible.
